Can’t complain about the hotel at all really. Good location, clean and comfy! Car park needs to be prebooked which was easy. Found out by luck that you can’t access Bathurst street by car (only road out of car park) on Sunday mornings but otherwise it was brill.

Apartment was conveniently located to the centre of town, only 8 minutes walk to the waters edge. Elizabeth street has many option be eating out. If you have a car book the parking which cost $20 day, we’ll worth it.

This is second time staying at Hobart City Apartment and definitely will come back when I visit Hobart next time. Conveniently located, parking is under covered, feel safe to stay and staffs are all friendly.

Lovely spacious room with adequate kitchen area Bathroom was great would like it in my flat Removable shower head as well as fixed is a bonus for the ladies with long hair and washing other bits Bed was a little on the hard side for our liking but that’s personal opinion Receptionists we’re all helpful and approachable Laundry in basement worked well and not overly expensive

The apartments are situated right in the midst of busy Hobart city so great for walking to the museum, the wharves and ferries, shops, rivulet walk and fairly straightforward for driving anywhere. Our apartment was comfortable and clean with a good kitchen that enabled us to cook our evening meals rather than eat out all of the time. They are serviced every day. Important to note that, if you have a car and want convenient parking, you must book a car park under the apartment block when you book your apartment; it costs $20 a day but is well worth it as I think other car parks are more costly and less convenient. We stayed here for eight nights and although it was more expensive than we had planned, it turned out to be worth it for the position, the kitchen, and the car park! The staff were friendly and helpful also and the room was quiet (we were on the 8th floor). There is a Japanese and a Malaysian restaurant in the building but plenty of eateries nearby, including in Criterion Street that runs behind the apartment block. That little one way street also has a great, packed-to-the-brim organic goods shop which we recommend and an independent wine shop called Cool Wines which is also good.

Great location, nearby everything. Overall nice studio. The AC worked nicely. Only negative thing in the apartment was the awful odour. The smell was like fusty and musty, which was not nice at all.

I liked because it was in the city and we didn't need to rent a car to go around hobart because the pablic transport was axecible at all time. But the apartment wasent exactly what i expected or what i saw on the pictures. There was not enough space around the room, the toilet door would not close, they didn't clean up the room as they said it was very dusty and the carpet was very dirty and didn't get clean during the time we were there, they didn't have any equipment to clean the room ourselves.

The property is centrally located and well connected. The bathroom needs some attention. Water from shower area comes into the main area of the bathroom as the glass wall is not long enough to keep the two areas separate. Another problem is with the slope of the wash basin as the water always trickle down to the ground. The small dishwasher needs some repair / replacements.

The status of the hotel is not as good as it looks on the pictures. The daylight is dim in the room and the decoration looks good and tired. Especially the lobby , looks so shabby. I felt cheated by the pictures. However the receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Exceptional location, wonderful friendly staff, daily cleaning, enough kitchen equipment to make some basic meals. Room itself is looking tired and dated. Bedside lamps not working, very low light even during the day. Bathroom fan not working. Lots of marks all over walls. Some minor fixes would make this a very good hotel choice.

We arrived tired from driving, to find out that there wasn't a parking space for us. The gentleman at reception could not have been more helpful, and he made sure we knew where to park until a space became available. The whole stay was excellent, convenient for dining and sightseeing, and very comfortable.

This property looks nothing like the photos, we stayed in the double family apartment. The curtains where broken the mixer in the kitchen sink was loose, the taps/ shower head leaked. We had to ask for fresh towels/ tea towels, no fresh milk in the fridge, after hours check in the staff were rude.

Excellent location, Bus stop out the front, for Nth Hobart services was handy, and just a short walk to Franklin Square for all other services, through Elizabeth St mall, which was on the door step, apartment was spacious and very modern and secure, had a very enjoyable stay, would choose this Hotel again.

This property is well-situated in downtown Hobart. East walk to the pier and to the Visitor's Centre, close to lots of shopping and groceries. Lots of great cafes too. There is a Banjo's Bakery right across the street for early coffee. Kitchenette has the very basics for 2 people, but no oven. Not a big deal for us. There is a microwave and 2-buner stovetop.

An awesome stay, really liked the kitchen facilities in the room, allowed me to handle breakfast and dinner and not eat at restaurants everyday. Nestled right in the middle of the city, easy walking access to the mall and waterfront.
