I was here 10 years ago and nothing has changed, so it all feels and looks so outdated. The rooms have outdated fans that sound like it's about to fall off, old beds, poor bathroom lighting, broken door handles, hard to open sliding door to patio, etc. The restaurant menu also outdated, food was just OKAY, they should add new dishes and desserts. Poolside bars were mostly closed, when opened they lacked water and ice. The servers were unfriendly, had to ask several times for drinks and always got an attitude or just ignored all together. I booked a massage, but the masseuse was a no show after waiting 15 minutes, 30mins to get a refund for that. I was then approached by one of their "club med" like sales person, said I would get a "free" room for a night in one of their hotels if I listened to their sales pitch for 20mins, which I did and they had me running around to get the "free" room voucher, which ended up not being "free". You actually have to pay $54 and it comes with several rules and regulations on how and when you get to use it making difficult for you to actually use. Needless to say, this was not a great visit to this resort, won't be coming back. I would recommend Oceana resort near the same area, much more modern, cleaner, friendly staff and great food and atmosphere.

The bathroom near the snack area was soiled... Disgusting!. They should keep it clean. The pool by the hotel was closed for renovation, only the pools at the beach club were open. They should have made renovations before the busy season... it was full and Hotel guests did not have the option to use the closer pool, only the ones also open to day-pass visitors. They had newer staff at check in, and it took a long time in the lobby to check us in at 3:00 p.m.

The personnel is excellent. They are very polite and hospitable. The pool has mold all over. In general the pool shape really bad. It needs to be remodeled. The dinner buffet is horrible. It tasted like food I can make at home, not like the food a professional chef cooked, which a resort of this category should have. Very mediocre food. I’d give this place a 2.5 star resort, maybe a 3.0 star really pushing it. But never a 4 star like they preaume to be

Deben darle mantenimiento a la piscina, ya tenía varios azulejos rotos y mi hijo se cortó el pie con uno de ellos. Al fondo de la piscina y donde se quitaba la arena del mar se veía moho. No me gustó en absoluto. Dejan entrar cualquier tipo de persona, proxénetas acompañados de escorts, mala atención de los trabajadores. Desatención para los huéspedes del hotel, por recibir personas de ingreso por día a las cuales les otorgan bebidas, comidas, etc., algo que a los huéspedes nos cobran carísimo. Las sábanas raídas, los baños públicos y el elevador destruidos y sucios. Es demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrecen. Expedia debe sacarlos de las opciones, son una porquería.

Habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. La comida muy buena (el único detalle es que si van en familia sin plan “All Inclusive” y quieren buffet, es obligatorio que toda la familia compre buffet, no puede comprar solo 1 miembro, aspecto que no me parece bueno). El personal muy amable, todos muy educados. La playa limpia. Las piscinas podrían mejorar su estado ya que hay azulejos sueltos y eso lastima, pero visualmente y todo alrededor muy bonito!

The hotel needs to reinvest in key facilities. Example the pool itself the tiles are falling apart, the tiles around the pool had a film of dirt, the beach is dirty and it needs to be cleaned and the rooms definitely need to be remodeled and cleaned better.

The resort was really nice the swimming pool really nice too the food excellent . But l had some inconveniences with my booking. The customer service awful they give. Really hard time with the booking and breakfast included. They didn’t had the information in the computer and they refused to give me my breakfast included. Bad customer service the sheets in the bed were clean but the skirt look nasty . Ho edtly l will come back to that resort.

They offered “Free WiFi” but it did not work. They told us it would be fixed soon, but it was not and they told us only in the Lobby it works. For a tourist that requires WiFi for business needs, it’s most important. There is no fridge or microwave in our room. Contacting the lobby takes a long time because there’s not enough staff. Other than that, the location, pool, and breakfast was good

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, the only thing was the air condition machine seems it would need service or change as it didn´t cool as it should, also if you need to get out of parking it´s difficult as you need to get your parking ticket stamp by hotel and there are a lot of queues at lobby.

Los menús para almuerzo y cenas, están muy limitados, cenas más que todo, lamentable, deben mejorar eso. Frijoles, huevos al gusto, queso, salsas, etc., una buena cena. Almuerzos de igual manera. Servicio de meseros se tardan más del promedio, para servir lo pedido. No hay variedad de canales de TV, muchos de novelas. Saludos.

Terribly expensive for what you get. All inclusive was a complete joke and a huge rip off!! We left a day early even though we paid for another night. Could not wait to leave. Food was less than average at best.
