Very nice, clean and charming hotel in a perfect location very close to the main attractions in Selçuk. Warm reception with all we needed to know about the city and its attractions. Easy way out to Ephesus. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. We highly recommend it!

The rooms and bedding are super comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best we’ve had! They prepare it fresh and solely for each room booking, they even asked us how we’d like our coffee/tea and also how we’d like our eggs cooked. Can’t find anywhere else with better hospitality than Livia Garden! I wished that we spent more time here
