We have stayed here before, returning because we loved it. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and pet friendly! Best workout facility inside a hotel that we have ever encountered! Even had kettle balls, TRX and Peleton bikes included. Will always stay there when in Boise or elsewhere.

Love the decor in the hotel. It is located in an industrial area with easy access to main busy roads. The population in Meridian has grown quickly and is close to restaurants and stores. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they have snacks and soda pop for sale. Beautiful courtyard and outdoor furniture to relax outside.

room was not super clean the TV didnt work , when i called the front desk they said they would get back to me and didn't. it was unhooked either way the only response was sorry nothing i can do ill call maintenance and call you back but they never did... also i found unknown meds on the floor. so not real happy especially since i paid for 2 rooms

This hotel was absolutely fabulous! Looks brand new. The housekeeping staff attends to every detail in the room. Friendly staff. Quick service at the front desk. Extremely comfortable bed. And the room had everything - full size refrigerator, dishes and silverware, coffee maker, couch, lots of space. This is my new go-to place to stay when I am in the Meridian area.

The property has potential to be a nice place to stay. It's fairly new but things are not working and the cleanliness is an issue. Our room had black curly hair in the shower, on the floor and on the bathroom counter. The table had sticky jam on it and there were large crumbs on the floor. Our dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The manager promised to send someone to clean but they never came. He also said he would give us compensation on our bill but that didn't happen either. We used the treadmills in the workout room and they worked well. The bikes were not working. They provided a fun coffee/tea machine in the lobby that was nice. There were homeless people camping in cars near the dumpster. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay there. We won't be back.

The stay was nice. Beds were comfortable for the most part. My only negative would be that the floor had some crumbs by the bed and there was some garbage left over from the previous guest in the shower. Nothing big and really nothing to complain about. The safe was friendly and quick checkin.

my wife liked the room features and comfort, but their internet was down the whole stay. The staff didn't seem too worried about it either. "Oh, we'll check you in manually. The internet for all our hotels even out to missouri is down. When do you expect to get it back? We don't know. They don't talk to us." We rely on hotel wifi when traveling so no wifi was a great inconvenience.

Overall, our stay was great. We were there for a week. Our only issues were somewhat minor, although quite annoying: (1) our door was finicky & about 25%+ of the time it would get stuck electronically and the deadbolt would engage, meaning our keycard wouldn’t work to get us in… even if nobody was in our room… & (2) bedroom TV didn’t have a signal, on-&-off for most of our week, so it was largely unusable — & the staff had zero clue why or how to fix it, so we eventually gave up… but this place costs too much $ per night for that sort of thing to be OK. Other than those issues, it was a clean & safe & quiet place to stay and the in-room laundry was incredibly useful. I’d stay there again (& would hope to get a room without the door/TV glitches).

Newer facility, huge rooms. Big kitchen & full size washer/dryers. Could definitely be comfortable for long term stays. Clean. The mattresses are a little short for the bedframe so watch your shins. Staff is very friendly. There is not much around there to walk to as far as restaurants, but there was access to Door Dash & Uber Eats.

This hotel looked brand new. It was clean and comfortable. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchenette looked well stocked, and had a full sized fridge. It was very close to the interstate but far enough away to not hear the noise. The only complaint I had was the bathroom door handle was installed backwards and I could not physically close the door. Since I was traveling alone, this was not a problem but would have been annoying, had my family been with me.

Very nice place but due to the the proximity to one of the busiest roads in boise it was hard to sleep. People racing, loud trucks, etc. If your a light sleeper take that into account. Otherwise, it's a nice new place.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. We had to quickly work a large number of rooms when my mother fell ill, and they were so accommodating. The facility is wonderful, very comfortable, and I highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed here a few times before and were always impressed. This time, one in our party woke up in pain because of a broken-down bed and the situation was not addressed. Our room was just beat to heck. The coffeemaker leaked and didn't;'t function properly, many items with which the suites are typically equipped were missing (i.e. no spoons) and no remedy offered by management, so we had to do without. The blinds in our room had been broken so they didn't reach to the bottom of the window. The rug was threadbare in places. Also, since I stayed here last, the road and adjacent business noise has increased considerably and there is no longer a "quiet side" to the property. This property has a unique function in that some units are actually rented as apartments, either furnished or unfurnished.

I love staying at the Water Walk Boise, when I travel down to Boise area. The only downside this last trip was the coffee machine in my room looked like it had been dropped. Water ran all out of the machine and on the floor, creating a huge mess. When I notified the front desk, the guy that morning said he would take care of it before he left. When I returned later that evening it was not changed. I ended up waiting a good 20 minutes, because that phone at the front desk where it said if there is no one at the desk to call 0. I did that but no answer for the entire time. When she arrived she said she was doing 'maintenance' which I thought was funny since I was asking for new coffee maker and she told me maintenances didn't work on the weekend. The gal finally said she would bring one up, but in doing that told me I needed to bring the old one down which I felt was a little odd?? It won't change my staying there but just not the normal treatment I'm used to staying there.

Checkin was painful; took very long time (20-30 minutes) to figure out how to use my card to secure $50 amenity hold; bank confirmed no issue with card; clerk had to call supervisor at home to resolve. Otherwise, really liked hotel stay, and would stay again.

We were greeted at checkin with a sincere smile and enthusiasm, while being informed that they were a 24/7 service desk. And that was the truth! Every interaction we had throughout our stay was extremely pleasant and positive. We inadvertent left something behind and they immediately called to let us know. We enjoyed our room and the three night stay. We travel to Meridian to visit family on a regular basis, and intend to make this our regular place to stay.

The staff is unprofessional and lacks hospitality. Your room gets cleaned once a week if you are lucky, however there are maids in the hallways 24/7 being noisy regardless. The walls are thin and need noise proofing. The neighboring businesses are industrial and extremely loud early in the morning and throughout the day. The staff is unresponsive to notifications about excessive noise at 2:30AM. I had to get the local police department involved to get any help. Overall I would never recommend this place under its current ownership.

Room size was great, with no carpet and many nice amenities but recommend having a broom, dustpan, mop, etc available in room. The area immediately surrounding the property was a bit undeveloped. However, the general location was very good for its proximity to other shops, food, freeway, etc. I'd stay here again.

This property is brand new so it’s in great condition and the staff is attentive. The rooms are not soundproof and the smack of cornhole in the yard echoes. Great accommodations for long term stays but not really walkable to restaurants. The cleaning staff has a big job with every unit having a kitchen so hopefully they can up the staff dedicated to cleaning rooms.

We really enjoyed having a clothes washer & dryer. The front desk was pleasant and not stingy about giving us laundry soap. The kitchen area was well stocked with cooking and eating wares, including a dish washer. These amenities more than made up for there being no breakfast.

Conveniently located to the freeway, Top Golf and Meridian Village. Great stay for the price! More amenities than expected including washer/dryer sheets. There is a coffee machine downstairs that offers multiple choices, however there was always something not working or empty first thing in the morning. I felt bad for the employees. Overall definitely worth the price.
