This hotel was very enjoyable!! It has an upscale feel! The bar is really nice, the food was great. They don’t deliver to the rooms tho. The fitness room was great!! The outside pool gets the afternoon sun which was awesome!! Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows!!

Everybody was super friendly had a heated outside pool and they had it covered and even the maintenance guy that took off the cover for us was super friendly and turned on the gas fire pit for us and right across is a fast food chicken place and it was good and also top golf is right there.

Room was spotless. Amenities and breakfast were great. We had nearby rooms on our floor where the people were extra loud so getting to sleep was going to be a problem. The hotel addressed the noise issue immediately which was greatly appreciated.

There was a significant amount of dust accumulated on the hanging ceiling light above the couch and I found hair in the rolled up plastic shower mat. The hand soap takes FOREVER to rinse off , it leaves a really hard to remove residue on your hands. Staff were helpful and friendly and gym was well kept. Overall room could hav even a bit cleaner since I am allergic to dust/dust mites.

Old and outdated rooms with chipped walls. Shower didn’t drain, even after a request to have it fixed. AC was extremely loud. Closet could only half be used as the other half is blocked by the sink. Definitely not up to normal Hyatt standards. Would not stay here again.

I slept in a room that had a vent directly over the bed, I complained and the maintenance staff said that vent was a mistake and these rooms should be not used until the vent moved, being 36 weeks pregnant and breathing a vent all night I woke up with horrible allergies, worst sleep of my life. The fan doesn’t turn off automatically either and is hard to use. For a new hotel it was an awful stay

I stayed here for the first time and was very impressed! My room was spacious, clean, and neat. I had a king bed with a couch, refrigerator, and microwave, which was perfect since I usually bring my own food. The location was quiet with a brewery and sushi restaurant right across the street. The morning breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and everything tasted great. Overall, a really comfortable stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a really horrible experience with Hyatt I had booked my hotel room of week before my stay and when I got there, they told me that they had overbooked and they tried blame it on Expedia when Expedia wasn’t the problem it was them and they still didn’t care if my family had to stay without a hotel room they basically told me to leave the hotel. I don’t think this is the way you treat your customers.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast with many options- Cindy was super friendly and helpful both mornings I was there. Huge asset to that hotel- you can tell she enjoys her job. She told me the guests are her family- and she loves feeding her family. Maggie was outgoing and helpful at check in. The pool and surroundings was kept up and towels were a plenty. Loved the extra seating outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here agin without a doubt- great job keeping the hotel clean and staffed with friendly staff!

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. The airline misplaced by luggage, and one of the desk ladies let me borrow a phone charger and once my luggage was delivered, the front desk locked it up securely in an office. I really appreciated all their help.

Only downside was the front desk was also trying to run the bar area so we had to wait a bit to be able to check in. Other than that everything was great! Really nice property and rooms, great breakfast and location.

An absolute surprise! Our stay was wonderful. The cleanliness of the hotel was a step above even 5 star hotels we have stayed at. The Breakfast Room service and offerings was wonderful. The food was well prepared and presented and the "Good Mornings" from all the staff from the breakfast room to the front desk to the custodial staff was welcomed and not seen for many years at other hotels. We come to Boise for business every six weeks or so and the Hyatt Place in Meridian will be our new home even though it is 15 miles from most of our meetings in Boise and Caldwell. Highly Recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The staff here are outstanding. Nancy is certainly an employee that is extremely kind, diligent, and friendly. The front desk and housekeepers were also very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel, and plan to stay there again when in the area in the future.

Had a great stay but the hotel was so new that there was still drywall mud on the flooring that hadn’t been cleaned up & the toilet wasn’t working properly. The staff was excellent and very attentive. There are limited food options within walking distance but the hotel does offer a small menu at their lounge.

Easy to get to, great parking. Walking distance to TopGolf. Quick access to shopping and food options. Close to freeway. Clean newer hotel. For such a new hotel we found it kind of loud. We could easily hear anyone walking down the hallway talking. Footsteps above us were pretty loud. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Horrible breakfast. Room was fine, quiet even though there was a concert. Walmart is across the street, so if you need anything. 2 eateries in the parking lot were terrible. Otherwise all was fine, however I wouldn't stay there again unless the location was a necessity.

This hotel is new and in great condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their complementary breakfast had a very good selection and was good. However, the food at their Placery Bar was quite stale. Chicken wings that had the texture of wood.

I booked because I am not much of a breakfast eater but my husband is. If we stay in a hotel with breakfast we save $50 a day. This was not the breakfast I expected. They had warm eggs, soggy potatoes, canned fruit with some fresh oranges and apples cut up and melon. Not fresh. I am spoiled staying at a Sheraton that offers an amazing breakfast. Will not spend $275 a night for such bland food. Staff was very friendly and appreciated being tipped.
