We were given a room at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor. It was smaller than the one we had a month prior & opposite the stairwell. Who knew fitness conscious guests would begin using it at 5:45AM and continue on a regular basis negating future sleep as that door kept slamming. So. . . We arrived home 2.5 hours earlier than anticipated. Hot tub was exceptional - clean, great jets, most relaxing after a day in the car.

Second time staying and would book again. Staff is great and property is nice. The chair in the room needs replaced and some nasty stains on couch…a little wear and tear, but really overall a good stay. Plus a great fee dinner and the continental breakfast is better than mist out there.

This is a very nice, new hotel in Tupelo. Located not too far off the highway, it is a little tricky to get to if you don't know where you're going in the dark! But once there, it was well lit, safe, and clean. The room was bigger than average with two queens and a entire l-shaped couch.

All of the staff were professional and courteous. I fail to get his name but the gentleman (he mentioned that he had some younger children around my little guys age, he's 5) that served the breakfast was very helpful. He was especially helpful toward meeting the children's needs. The lady that worked pm shift that did my check-in was very thoughtful and kind!!!

My only issues were the shower leaked, because the silicone stripping was torn and the shower doors would not stay closed. The water pressure in shower was poor. Other than that it was a lovely property with generous suites and comfortable mattress. Fairly convenient to I 22.

Amazing! Free dinner = Salisbury Steak and mashed potatoes!!! Although lots of eating options in close driving proximity to hotel, we opted for the free hotel dinner. Good selection of continental b-fast options too! Room was very clean as was rest of hotel and hotel grounds. Newish hotel, only 4 years old. Randomly chose this hotel as part of a longer business trip. We will definitely be staying here again when going through Tupelo. Highly recommend.

Breakfast could’ve been better I think they use instant eggs. Also, the biscuit gravy is definitely out of a can so breakfast if you’re going for yogurt, cereal, waffles, or a bagel you’re good but if you want something hot not so good.

We love this hotel! We travel this way to see fam 3-4 times a year. This is the best hotel in all of TN, MS, AL. Clean, kind, comfy. Weird on/off the interstate, but worth it for our fam of 5. Free limited dinner Mon-Thurs. Great beds.
