Towels were not replaced at all during our entire stay nor was the room cleaned, I expected better. Check in was abysmal, we received an email two days prior to say we would get a code to enter the hotel and the room but nothing! It was not just us, a steady stream of people came to the door and couldn’t get in! Very poor! We only saw one member of staff when we had to go to the sister hotel across the road to ask for toilet paper!

Hotel La Falaise is in a beautiful renovated old building. Our room was spacious. Checking in can be difficult and frustrating. We never received the code we needed to access the property, so we waited a long time in front of the building. Finally, a man from the Lou Calen Hotel across the street came with another person who was trying to access the building. He told us that Hotel La Falaise and Lou Calen Hotel share the same reception. He took us over to the Lou Calen and checked us in. Also, there were no towels in the room, so they brought us towels and got us an extra chair. Citignac is a wonderfully charming town with several excellent restaurants.

Lovely place. I had a room where I could see the main road and the market down the way. The room was clean, well appointed and had a beautiful bathroom. Of course it was clean. I would certainly go again.

It was necessary to check in at the hotel Lou Calen Across the street. I guess it's not a problem as long as you know that that's what you have to do. I had a beautiful room on the main floor. It was spacious clean and had everything I needed. I never saw another person. But it was January.
