King Size lagoon Access Room. Excellent but toilet is right opposite the bed. No privacy. There's a huge bathroom with 2 doors. Great wardrobe space. Lagoon access great too. No sun on the back at all. Ever. Main pool was crazy noisy with screaming children. Every single day. Couldn't even read my book. Wow! Tried to use Adults Only at Hyatt Hotel, the sister hotel. Nope. They forgot my hubby's birthday, as that was the whole point if going away. St breakfast i casually joked it was hubby's birthday. At dinner we went to Fisherman's Bay. Mentioned it again. Nope. No acknowledgement. In the booking I mentioned it too. They gave him a small cake the next day. Belated Birthday Wishes. Would I go back? Well we asked 3 times to see a Villa as well as an Andaz Suite for our trip next year. We were there for 7 nights. Nopea

One of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed in. Our King Deluxe room was perfectly positioned in the centre of the resort with a bonus glimpse of the ocean. Room was well appointed with a balcony, comfy daybeds, a nice bathtub and free minibar excl alch. Breakfast is outstanding, very supportive of this concept as it illuminates the food wastage you otherwise see at high-end buffets. We stayed for 7-nights and still didn’t get to try everything. The spa facilities were also excellent. I’m sure they are more expensive than elsewhere but relatively cheap compared to equivalent quality in my home country (NZ). The main pool is huge and there were plenty of loungers for everybody. Still a few guests that felt the need to reserve loungers/cabanas several hours ahead of any intent of using them - but some people can’t be helped! The aqua-arobics at the pool each morning were a little intrusive but there is also a very nice “quiet” pool you can retreat to. Other dining option onsite were great and plentiful, as was the poolside service. No real need to leave the resort and we barely did. Thank you, highly recommend.

Very beautiful resort. The lagoon access villas were especially lovely. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. We will be returning.

There is enough space on the property to build its own gym. Also the main pool is quite small/boring. Everything else is great.
