The staff was incredibly attentive and the hotel and rooms were beautiful. My only complaint is that I definitely didn't get the mountain view ibooked. My view was of the back of a building and not aesthetically pleasing at all. it felt like it was a thoroughfare for staff not any kind of view. That did not take away from the enjoyment of my stay though.

The staff are super helpful. I think the hotel just isn't for us. Very modern rooms. The bathroom is totally exposed and no glass for the shower. Odd as well no niche or shelf for shampoo. I think some people would really like it but missed the mark for us. That said lovely grounds and very friendly staff

Room looked much larger in the pics they gave us rm 11. No tv hooked so do not count watching tv. Toilet seat was broken and not really secured to the bowl. The buffet was cold at 8:45 am and found egg shells in our scrambled eggs. Also this room had a powerful spot light shinning into our room all night even with curtains closed. Light close to the window on the drop down cord was resting on the window curtains definitely a fire hazard. I would never recommend this place to stay to anyone. Very expensive $318 a night and pillows sucked and felt cramped in our room. Oh trying to find the bathroom light in the dark was a challenge, inside on the left behind the entrance door. You should remove this from a hotels . Com option.

A 400 level course in elegance. Breakfast offerings stood as peers among dishes lain in Greek temples. The swiftness with which issues were met rivaled something reasonably fast The staff deserve a more private rest area. And a raise.

Lovely place and surroundings. For a luxury stay a bit lacking to justify price. For example, free breakfast mostly pastries and fruit whereas other places you’ll get full breakfast choices.. eggs, bacon.. etc. our room AC didn’t work, so a new a upgraded room was offered but went from king to queen bed, but bigger room. Huge soaker tub which wouldn’t keep water, plug didn’t work. Price for stay should be more like 250-300/night.
