房間不算特別大，但很乾淨，吹風機和加濕器（空氣清淨機）都是Dyson 的對我來說很方便～ 採取機器自助登記入住和退房，服務人員也都會在旁邊協助，備品需在大廳自取，可以減少浪費很不錯，有提供雪肌精、面膜、各種溫泉粉，自助咖啡和茶也不錯喝～ 地點非常棒，去哪都算方便，到站就到飯店！

The whole hotel was digitalized with self-serviced check in check out, staffs are helpful but do not expect full hotel service like service centre. Experience was good but would be great if you can adjust the position of your shower head - its almost above the edge of your bathtub and i couldnt fix the direction of the water (the shower head holder was loosen?) so during shower i had to step one foot into the bathtub

I loved the experience! Great ambience, great little details like bath salts, free coffee, a microwave, and multiple options for pillows. They even offered to lend a hair iron! Incredible staff and amazing establishment.

there was no human at the check in counter. but it was easy to navigate thru the check in process. they have 3 W/D in the building and you can check the availability on TV (shows which one is available to use, which ones are in use for how many minutes left to be done etc...)

チェックインは機械での操作でしたが、大変スムーズでした。お部屋も綺麗に整備されていて気持ちよく宿泊できました。この暑さの中だと大きな荷物を持ってホテルを探して歩くのも一苦労なので、駅直結なのは何よりとても嬉しかったです。

五反田駅直結でとても便利。 まだ新しく部屋や設備が綺麗。浴室は一般的なファミリー向けマンションサイズで、洗い場も確保できるほど大きい。 部屋に長い髪の毛が落ちていたところ。特にボディソープのポンプから長い髪の毛が出てきた時は、気持ち悪くてそのソープを使うのをやめました。

駅直結なのでとても便利です。当日雨が降っていたのですが一滴も濡れることなくチェックイン出来ました。スタッフもみなさん感じよかったです。ただ、お風呂のふちに毛が一本残っていて気持ち悪かったしバスタブと壁にコーキングがしてあるのですがそこが所々うっすらとピンク色に変色してました。これってカビの前段階のもので掃除を怠ると見られる現象です。折角入浴剤も充実していて楽しく入っていたのにちょっとがっかりしました。

We are very satisfied with the room and our stay. It is located right next the JR station which is extremely convenient. Bed was comfy. The room was quiet and clean. Would definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Tokyo again.

My third time to stay at the Hotel Mets Gotanda. The location--right above the Gotanda station--cannot be beat. I was allowed to check in at 2:40 p.m., and the staff member who assisted me was quite friendly and helpful. When I made my booking, I requested a room on a high floor; I was given a room on the 10th floor, the hotel's highest. The superior room is a little small, but it is modern and tastefully decorated, and the bed's pillows were very soft and comfortable. The room's soundproofing is quite good, but still you will hear the trains coming and going. But the noise is not bad. I will certainly consider staying there again when I return to Tokyo!

This was a fantastic hotel option for Tokyo, especially if you're interested in staying near the west side near Shinjuku and Shibuya. The room and bathroom was spacious. The hotel is connected to a mall and there are many places to eat and go shopping nearby. The hotel entrance is also connected to the JR line exit (easy if you have a stroller or luggage and need to take the elevator). Highly recommend and I will be coming back to this location for all future Tokyo travel.

Hotel can connect to both subway and JR line, very conveniently located and there's decent amount of food options nearby too. Very friendly staff who helped checkin eventhough they are using a new self service system where you interact with their touch TV and a staffmember on their ipad will talk to you through it. They also helped store our luggage for us after we checked out, ill definitely come back to stay here again.

Newer hotel. Was very clean and comfortable and had good vibe. Next to train station. Easy to get around. Check in was terrible. There were 3 female staff at counter. One directed us to use machine to check in while she walked away. Another staff personally helped customers who came after us. Third staff just stood next to us while the machine kept asking us to scan passwords, over 10 times. I kept asking why we had to deal with the machine while other customers before us and after us were served by human. Also we stayed here the previous week where we were helped by human and did not have to deal with 15 minutes of machine frustration. The guy that checked us in was friendly and quick. It took forever to finally get through the screen and key the key. I almost asked for the manager to let them know this is unacceptable especially compared to how other customers were treated and our own experience just a few days ago. Such inconsistencies.

This is my 3rd time to book this hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. I requested for a upper floor and they will try their best to do so. Although the room is much smaller than those previous stays, it's still clean and tidy. However, one thing I'd like to mention. I asked the concierge for the possibility to extend my check out time, he didn't check and rejected directly or requested for a pay. I did the same before and they will try to check even though they can't help. He was so mean to me this time and made me disappointed.

Great locations for multiple subway lines. In particular very easy to get to Shinawaga, Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku along the Yamamoto line as the Gotanda station is right on the first floor. Location is super convenient as the hotel is located above Gotanda Station. The Toei Asakusa can access both Haneda and Narita Airports. The Yamanote line brings you to all the major towns in Tokyo. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby.

Excellent stay!! Exit from station is the hotel entrance, super convenient access to mall and food and uniqlo & other shopping. Just 3 stops away from shibuya, very awesome choice if you want to be near shibuya but also want to have some peace away from the crowd. Highly recommended!!

This property is right in Gotanda Station and was very convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient. While the room was not large, it was well designed to provide all we needed for 3 nights in Tokyo without feeling overly cramped. The breakfast was very good and a good value. Even though this hotel is right in Gotanda Station our room was quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic hotel option for Tokyo, especially if you're interested in staying near the west side near Shinjuku and Shibuya. The room and bathroom was spacious. The hotel is connected to a mall and there are many places to eat and go shopping nearby. The hotel entrance is also connected to the JR line exit (easy if you have a stroller or luggage and need to take the elevator). Highly recommend and I will be coming back to this location for all future Tokyo travel.

Literally 20 steps from the JR gate to the hotel entrance . I booked this hotel so that we do not need to push our luggages far . There’s a Uniqlo at level 2, a don don donki nearby , IFU ramen shops, as well as many other shops . Although next to train station, you don’t hear the train. The breakfast is a choice form 3 mains , not much buffet style

We had a great stay at JR East Hotel Mets Gotanda. The location was unbeatable, comfort and presentation of our room was excellent and service was wonderful. We used the Restaurant every day of our stay and that was first-class. Our only problem with our room was that the air-conditioning was centrally controlled from somewhere and was far too hot for us. Because there was no small window for fresh air to enter the room, we were very uncomfortable at times. The air purifier was showing 25 degrees whilst the air-conditioner was showing 19 degrees! This was the perfect stay. It’s located on the JR Yamonte line so traveling was so easy. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the train. The hotel breakfast was delicious and convenient. The location was also great because there were lots of places to eat and also a mall. Uniqlo was downstairs also convenient if you forgot something. Highly recommend!!
