We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff made all the difference. I truly appreciate establishments like this that offer services with the proper staff - lots of workers and very friendly. The place was spotless. Service was immediate and the boutique-style hotel is fabulous. Our room was quite rustic for our taste. When I stood in the shower, I was looking at the staff and other hotel guests out a small window, making it a little uncomfortable. Very little privacy. This was our first time in PE. I was in Sayulita in Nov 2025, and the prices are competitive. Both places offer unique services, but we paid a significant amount of money for a hotel like this. It was probably due to the time of year, so we will need to plan better next time.

Great stay, highly recommended I stayed at this hotel and everything was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.
