Amei a academia, a limpeza impecável e o suporte do recepcionista que nos ajudou com absolutamente tudo inclusive nos auxiliando a pedir um uber local. Ao adentrar no hotel existe uma maquina de raio x tamanha a preocupação com a segurança dos hospedes.

Family birthday trip, group of 8, stayed 4nights We had a blast! Very modern and sophisticated hotel. Excellent customer service from all staff, very polite and attentive at all times. Comfortable & clean rooms with all necessities at your fingertips. Housekeeping were very good. Clean swimming pool, sufficient lounge chairs, great bar staff. Good restaurant selection on site all decorated to high standard with great atmosphere, The pool table was a great hit for many in the group, we had a lot of fun!! Would fully recommend this hotel to all types of travellers! Well done Hyatt Regency Cairo West! Hope to visit again soon!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Despite ongoing construction, the cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms serviced daily to a high standard. The staff provided the best service I have ever encountered. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness set them apart. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every request was met with a smile and prompt attention, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. They were in stark contrast to the staff at the Marriott in Cairo, who were slow and unaccommodating. The hotel offered great value for money. It wasn't crowded, the pool was enjoyable, and some rooms offered breathtaking views of the pyramids. The food menu was broad, but the quality could be improved, as the meat dishes were generally under-seasoned. This is the only area I see for improvement. Excellent hôtel tout récemment ouvert. Qualité de services et des équipements dignes d’un 5 étoiles occidental, rare en Égypte. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Quelques défauts de “jeunesse” remontées à la réception et qui devraient être corrigés. Superbe piscine. Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner au restaurant principal de l’établissement. Quartier neuf, extrêmement calme et sûr, mais difficile d’accès (même pour les Uber).

Everything about this property was amazing. We ended up arriving at 2 in the morning local time to check in, and Rami was more than happy to see us and check us in. Throughout our stay, Rami went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Was more than happy to answer each and every question we had. We were even able to exchange USD to Egyptian pounds here at this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to pyramids. Breakfast was top notch, and dinner at the bar did not disappoint. Food was unbelievable. Would not change a single thing about this hotel.

I liked the quietness and some of the services I didn´t like some hotel services that I think it could be much better. For instance the fact that we had to ask all the time for fresh towels in the room; the room itself had no basic perks like free bottles of water or chocolates etc. Another disappointing thing was the paid (and very expensive) sauna service............different from other 5 Star hotels around the world

Très bel hôtel avec tout le confort nécessaire. Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). Peut-être ajouter davantage de transats autour de la piscine pour éviter les déplacements de transats tout au long de la journée.

Two year old hotel, modern and in a good part of Cairo. Near shopping areas and main tourist areas. Staff helpful, and issue with the food etc. Live music many of the evenings. Down side was the interconnecting doors in the rooms.. Felt like your room neighbour was in the room.. Design fault with the doors ? or too thin. ? Had mentioned to the team, they were aware, but full hotel meant the room could not be changed.

Toppen hotell. Med skandinaviska mått mätt så är inte rummen 5 stjärnigt, väggar och golv skiljer sig mycket från standarden, även kvalitén på sakerna i rummet som badkar, men allt annat är topp kvalité.

Unfortunately, the level of service at the hotel was well below the threshold of what you would expect at a five star hotel. Breakfast was OK but you couldn't get spoons, for example, unless you asked staff multiple times. Its also not great for families. We travelled with our 6 year old boy and everytime he needed to go to the bathroom or get something from the breakfast bar, we'd asked about our room number and whether we paid for the breakfast with the room! This has become a running joke at our house - "whats your room number?" At the cafe on the first floor, i bought my son a can of coke and then asked him to go and ask for an empty cup. The woman at the till came over to me and asked me to pay for the can of coke again thinking that my 6 year old had taken it without paying for it. No amount of explaining worked and in the end my husband asked her to please leave us alone. It's just not a hotel I would recommend for a family trying to have a relaxing vacation. It might work for older couples or tourists traveling with friends but not for families with children.

Family birthday trip, group of 8, stayed 4nights We had a blast! Very modern and sophisticated hotel. Excellent customer service from all staff, very polite and attentive at all times. Comfortable & clean rooms with all necessities at your fingertips. Housekeeping were very good. Clean swimming pool, sufficient lounge chairs, great bar staff. Good restaurant selection on site all decorated to high standard with great atmosphere, The pool table was a great hit for many in the group, we had a lot of fun!! Would fully recommend this hotel to all types of travellers! Well done Hyatt Regency Cairo West! Hope to visit again soon!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Despite ongoing construction, the cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms serviced daily to a high standard. The staff provided the best service I have ever encountered. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness set them apart. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Every request was met with a smile and prompt attention, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay truly memorable. They were in stark contrast to the staff at the Marriott in Cairo, who were slow and unaccommodating. The hotel offered great value for money. It wasn't crowded, the pool was enjoyable, and some rooms offered breathtaking views of the pyramids. The food menu was broad, but the quality could be improved, as the meat dishes were generally under-seasoned. This is the only area I see for improvement. It was an horrible stay. I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and paid in advance. When we arrive around 11pm they said that they haven’t received the money from hotels.com and asked us to pay again. I showed by bank account from where the amount was paid, it was clearly showing that the payment was done and received. They said that as we used hotels.com it is not their business. I totally refused to pay again and start calling hotels.com. 5 minutes later they said that everything was ok and the payment received…. Which is weird as no payment can be received after 6 pm. When it comes to the taxi from the hotel !!!! This is insane, we paid 83€. (86usd) to go to our place and once our meeting was done we took a regular taxi from the same place to reach the hotel and we paid 6€…… this is not honest and I do not recommend this hotel at all !!!!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet selection. Amenities were excellent. Pool looked inviting just didn’t have time to try it. The only negative for me is that smoking is allowed in the common areas (which seems to be common practice in Egypt)

Everything about this property was amazing. We ended up arriving at 2 in the morning local time to check in, and Rami was more than happy to see us and check us in. Throughout our stay, Rami went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service. Was more than happy to answer each and every question we had. We were even able to exchange USD to Egyptian pounds here at this hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to pyramids. Breakfast was top notch, and dinner at the bar did not disappoint. Food was unbelievable. Would not change a single thing about this hotel.

Das Hotel und Personal war großartig! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, genug Platz für uns 3 ( mit Kind 16). Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker, es war alles da. Abendessen war hervorragend und auch erschwinglich. Pool sehr sauber. Das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass den ganzen Tag laute Musik lief am Pool. Was etwas unglücklich ist, die Lage. Leider gibt es nichts, aber wirklich nichts in der Nähe, auch kein Supermarkt. Dafür aber sind die Pyramiden in 15 Min zu erreichen. Alles in einem ist das Hotel wirklich 5 * !

Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. The only disappointing part of the Hyatt is that we didnt stay there sooner and avoid the disaster we experienced. The hotel has multiple security checkpoints to enter and exit the property. The front desk agents were wonderful. Room was wonderful. The hotel room service we ordwred was wonderful, even called us to ask us if the food was good. Loved it. Nothing much in walking distance as the area is new construction but very close to pyramids. Absolutely top quality.

An hour away from the airport however the price of Ubers are inexpensive. The food was great at the restaurant inside in the hotel. The staff is great & friendly. I felt safe. Good views from outside the hotel that you can see the pyramids from there. Construction going on around the area .

Excellent hôtel tout récemment ouvert. Qualité de services et des équipements dignes d’un 5 étoiles occidental, rare en Égypte. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Quelques défauts de “jeunesse” remontées à la réception et qui devraient être corrigés. Superbe piscine. Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner au restaurant principal de l’établissement. Quartier neuf, extrêmement calme et sûr, mais difficile d’accès (même pour les Uber).

We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency! The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and everything we needed and more! We enjoyed breakfast and a dinner at the hotel and swam at the pool. We would have stayed longer if we could. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Probably one of the most amazing hotels I've ever experienced and I've been travelling arpund the world! Staff was amazing so caring and there for you. Food was INCREDIBLE! we felt pampered through all pur stay. If you go to Cair, go to this hotel!
