A unique experience, great amenities inside a cute hut on stilts. Great service and a beautiful long pool. Had a nice time lapping but plenty of room for other people. Nice gym as well. Will definitely recommend and come back to.

The resort was extremely peaceful but they lack enough pool beds and it is far from the main Ao Nang beach area. They claim to have free shuttles but its 2x a day and they can only fit 8 people. It is often booked and you end up taking your own transportation. The staff at the resort does not book or help with transportation to and from the hotel. They tell you to book your own grab. Please note that the resort is completely unresponsive and uncontactable prior to arriving. I tried to call and email the resort about changing my booking and no one replied. I then reached out to hotels.com who tried 5-6 times to call AND email and Krabi Venice never responded. When I arrived and asked about it they said their contact area was separate and could not speak to why there was no contact/response. Overall I cannot recommend a place that is unavailable to cancel or modify bookings. If you have any issue after booking or during your stay they will not help.

The hotel was amazing. Probsbly the best hotel I have stayed in across Asia. 60m pool is unreal. Everything is so clean and tidy, with immaculate gardens. It is so peaceful and quiet, day and night. Staff are happy to chauffeur you around in golf buggies. The rooms and balconies/decking outside look over the lake. The breakfast and restaurants for lunch/dinner are also incredible. Just consider that they do not serve alcohol, so stock up in the local 7/11 if necessary. The hotel offer free transport into the local town, Ao Nang, and also a free taxi/boat service to Railay Beach once a day.

This was an amazing place from start to finish! Beautiful appartment surrounded by water! Spotlessly clean! Lovely helpful staff all with a smile and couldnt do enough for you! Loved all the nature around us and highly reccomend.

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne ruhige Umgebung mit einer tollen Terrasse, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit und der Service zu wünschen. Trotz das wir angegeben haben, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll ist keiner gekommen. Außerdem richt man über die Toilette und das Bad die Kanalisation. Die Rezeption war oftmals nicht besetzt. Das Frühstück war passabel.

The resort is simply stunning. The architecture and attention to detail made for a dreamy picturesque escape. The check in staff and most employees were very friendly. The pool is out of this world. Things we found surprising were the lack of attention/care in maintaining a polished feel throughout our stay. Towels, garbage, bottles, all piled up by the pool and stayed there overnight, often not getting cleared until midday the following day, if at all. We ordered room service and the plates sat outside our room for our entire stay (through check out), even after notifying staff they had been sitting there overnight. The room has one small roll of toilet paper that lasts maybe 2 uses, leading us to ask for more daily. It just felt like the staff didn’t care. The pool bar attendant hid behind the counter playing on their phone and very little attention was given to guests. If you can manage your expectations around this, it’s a unique enough spot to have on your list.

Very friendly staff especially at the reception: Forest, Yuyah, Guchi Tam, Dapa, Som-o, Mim, Davord we incredibly helpful and polite. We have prolonged our stay by one more day/ 5 nights and are grateful for all the hospitality and support we have received. Including a doctor’s. If you like a quite place and don’t want to be disturbed then this place is an ideal spot for you.

This property is aesthetically beautiful! The rooms are large and so calm and relaxing! Loved the quiet of Au Nam beach reataurants. I didn't find the staff super helpful. We stayed in othet places for 30/night and they were the most friendly and supportive! The front desk seemed to just assume everyone knew what was going on. Sent me on a wild goose chase restaurant to restaurant looking for food ehen nothing was open and I wondered why they didnt know that or share with me when I was asking them about restaurants and getting food. The rooms are huge and also beautiful, but SO hot. Would take me over an hour to cool mine off from 32 celsius after a day out. I think part of the provlem is there was a big gap at the top and bottom of thr door, which also allowed bugs in from the standinf water. I got the most bites in this location. Glad I stayed to experience it. I probably would find somewhere else for the money next time.

Vi havde et par skønne dage på dette ophold. Boligen var fuldstændig fantastisk og dejlig stor. Morgenmaden var god og poolen var skøn. Der bliver ikke serveret alkohol på stedet. På deres hjemmeside stod der at man kunne få boksning træning og yoga sessions, men det havde de lukker ned for desværre.. vi fik ikke skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder i 2-3 dage og der var en blodplet på vores sengetøj da vi ankom. Ikke særlig lækkert. Men alt i alt et skønt sted, i rolige omgivelser.

The hotel was nice. What you’d expect for the price you pay. The rooms were an ok size, we had an outside bathroom which was quite a novelty that the kids loved. The swimming pool was amazing! Huge pool which my kids (5, 3, 1) loved. Breakfast was limited. As vegetarians there wasn’t many options, mainly pastry’s or eggs. The location was peaceful, but a bit far from anything. If we were to stay again we’d need a car just to get around

The setting is very pretty, sitting on what seems to be an artifical lake with many of the rooms on the water. We stayed in an apartment room on the first floor. The balcony and chairs are lovely and the room very nice. One rather bizarre thing is that the bathroom is out on its own small balcony with the bath tub right at the edge. There is glass on the outside if the balcony but this is completely see through meaning you would be in the bath tub or getting out if the shower and people can see you from the path on the ground floor. Why not use opaque glass for this? It meant you're conscious all the time of being visible. Also, the hotel is completely alcohol free. You can't have a beer with dinner and if you want to have one you need to walk to the seven eleven, a good 15 min walk away. If we had known we would not have booked this hotel. We were on honeymoon. It was explained to us that the owner is a Muslim. Fine, but give us the chance to choose. State you are alcohol free. It seems like they do their best with the descriptions to hide it. The swimming pool is absolutely huge but with very few spaces for sunbeds. Overall the staff were very friendly but the rooms weren't cleaned until late in the afternoon. There weren't enough staff either in the cleaning or in the reception. Breakfast was nice. Lots of mosquitos but I think this is normal all over Krabi.

We had the most wonderful stay. A family of five. 3 grown up kids. We got connected rooms. The ambience is stunning and there is so quit. We were lucky to see wild monkeys and a big blizard in the water. Huge pool, and all functions very well. Breakfast good and you can easily catch a grab to one of the cityes nearby. Super recommendation from us!

Vi boede i en premium villa. Super lækkert værelse med en skønt udeområde på vandet. Morgenmaden var helt i top. Personalet var super venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi synes beliggenheden var perfekt, da vi gerne ville væk fra larmen i byen Ao Nang. Det var nemt at skaffe kørsel ind til byen. Vi fik en rigtig hyggelig gratis oplevelse, udbudt af hotellet, hvor vi prøvede at høste ris på den gammeldags måde. Vi ville 100% tage et ophold mere.

Kjempeflott hotell og området! Rolig og avslappende omgivelser. Hotellrommene har god standard, gode senger og gir både luksus og hjemmekoselig på samme tid. Et sted som bør oppleves! Kanskje ikke hele turen, da det ligger et stykke unna strandliv, men veldig passende for 2-4 dagers opphold. Det eneste negative var kjempehardt solsenger, du ligger rett på planker, så ikke å anbefale om planen er å sole seg store deler av oppholdet. Rommene manglet også noe solskjerming, så det ble litt for lyst på morgenen. Men dette er ikke nok til at jeg ikke ville anbefalt dette hotellet videre!

The hotel was amazing. Probsbly the best hotel I have stayed in across Asia. 60m pool is unreal. Everything is so clean and tidy, with immaculate gardens. It is so peaceful and quiet, day and night. Staff are happy to chauffeur you around in golf buggies. The rooms and balconies/decking outside look over the lake. The breakfast and restaurants for lunch/dinner are also incredible. Just consider that they do not serve alcohol, so stock up in the local 7/11 if necessary. The hotel offer free transport into the local town, Ao Nang, and also a free taxi/boat service to Railay Beach once a day.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel – though there’s certainly room for improvement in a few areas. What’s great: The location and design are absolutely breathtaking. You stay in beautiful and exotic stilted villas nestled among the mangroves, giving a truly immersive and atmospheric experience. The restaurants are equally stunning, built in an authentic traditional style that evokes both rural Thai charm and deep jungle vibes. We stayed in a two-bedroom family villa, which is essentially two separate units connected by a passage. When the connecting door is open, the space feels unified and open, yet you still enjoy the luxury of having double amenities. The rooms were of high standard, with lovely bathrooms and large, comfortable beds. Note that the doors and windows are built in a traditional style, so they’re not completely mosquito-proof – but we didn’t find this to be a problem. Evenings on the veranda, listening to the sounds of the jungle and watching the canals between the villas, were simply magical. The food at the resort’s restaurants was good, and the staff were kind and welcoming. That said, food and drinks sometimes took a while to arrive, and dishes were not always served simultaneously for everyone at the table. I have travelled all over the world and this was my FAVOURITE place I have ever stayed! The jacuzzi villa was amazing and we had amazing views with monkeys, water monitors etc. the food was 10/10, staff were kind. Everything was excellent and so relaxing. Was sad to leave.

This was an amazing place from start to finish! Beautiful appartment surrounded by water! Spotlessly clean! Lovely helpful staff all with a smile and couldnt do enough for you! Loved all the nature around us and highly reccomend.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is stunning, offering a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. Our room was well-appointed with all necessary amenities, and the private deck overlooking the lagoon was a highlight. We enjoyed this place so much. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kong our server at the restaurant was very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable while waiting for our food. He provided us with excellent customer service throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to relax and have some peace and quiet time. The property has a complementary shuttle to Ao Nang Beach.

The resort was extremely peaceful but they lack enough pool beds and it is far from the main Ao Nang beach area. They claim to have free shuttles but its 2x a day and they can only fit 8 people. It is often booked and you end up taking your own transportation. The staff at the resort does not book or help with transportation to and from the hotel. They tell you to book your own grab. Please note that the resort is completely unresponsive and uncontactable prior to arriving. I tried to call and email the resort about changing my booking and no one replied. I then reached out to hotels.com who tried 5-6 times to call AND email and Krabi Venice never responded. When I arrived and asked about it they said their contact area was separate and could not speak to why there was no contact/response. Overall I cannot recommend a place that is unavailable to cancel or modify bookings. If you have any issue after booking or during your stay they will not help.

Incredible stay at this beautiful, quiet eco resort. The customer service was outstanding from everyone but in particular Slind, who hosts the evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and the lunch service at the near by Na Mi Chay Cafe. Nothing was too much to ask from Slind and he was always one step ahead in addressing needs and wants from customers. All of this with a big smile and positive attitude. He was lovely to speak to and makes a huge difference to the experience of staying at Venice Krabi.

Beautiful tranquil place surrounded by luscious trees and water canals, spacious water villas with great comfortable beds and super clean sheets and towels. Very friendly staff especially at the reception: Forest, Yuyah, Guchi Tam, Dapa, Som-o, Mim, Davord we incredibly helpful and polite. We have prolonged our stay by one more day/ 5 nights and are grateful for all the hospitality and support we have received. Including a doctor’s. If you like a quite place and don’t want to be disturbed then this place is an ideal spot for you.

Väldigt fint och mysigt ställe, avlägset från ”stadsmyllret”. Kändes som ett eget litet paradis. Cafét vid hotellet där man kunde äta lunch var jättefint och maten kom snabbt och var väldigt god, likaså restaurangen. Nära till aktiviteter i olika former. De hade till och med en aktivitet på området vi rekommenderar starkt: en gondoltur i mangroveträsket/floden. Men det som vi tycker dom borde förbättra: -fler solstolar -förbud mot reservation av solstolar (placerad handduk/väska) -snabbare service (lång väntetid i receptionen trots få köande), men när man väl fick hjälp var dom väldigt trevliga. -tydligare regler kring vad som gäller ”poolhanddukarna” (Vi fick först intrycket att man alltid hade de i rummet men efter varje städning fick vi ringa och fråga efter nya. Vid ett tillfälle var de slut).

This is a really special hotel. Immersed in the mangroves, with beautifully designed wooden villas it feels like true Thai luxury at an affordable price. I worried initially because it wasn’t near the beach but this didn’t matter at all. The pool is great and it’s great to be among all the wildlife of the mangroves. Would definitely recommend Venice Villas.

Staff lovely and friendly. Accommodation is very unique and tranquil. Used the free transfer to go to Railay beach which was very convenient. Hired motorbikes from hotel and only it took 15 mins to Aonang beach where there were many shops and places to eat. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

From the moment we arrived, among the lush foliage, and warm, friendly staff, I knew we had made an excellent choice. The grounds are so tranquil, though you can hear the wildlife at night. Settled among a reflective water canal you can find a picturesque spot about every 10 feet. About a 12 minute drive from Ao Nang beach. Very good experience. Probably the best food I’ve had in Thailand. Very very good and fresh breakfast. Staff was a bit slow during check in and daily cleaning was very late.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is stunning, offering a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. Our room was well-appointed with all necessary amenities, and the private deck overlooking the lagoon was a highlight. One aspect I was unaware of before arrival is that the hotel does not sell alcohol. However, guests are permitted to bring their own and consume it in the restaurant without any corkage fees. The hotel was nice. What you’d expect for the price you pay. The rooms were an ok size, we had an outside bathroom which was quite a novelty that the kids loved. The swimming pool was amazing! Huge pool which my kids (5, 3, 1) loved. Breakfast was limited. As vegetarians there wasn’t many options, mainly pastry’s or eggs. The location was peaceful, but a bit far from anything. If we were to stay again we’d need a car just to get around

Not sure what to think. The resort is very pretty and rooms are great. However, when I'm spending top dollar on accommodation Im expecting the servixe to be at that level too. It was not. The staff spoke hardly any english and was not helpful, and the only lady who spoke English (seemed to be the manager) was not friendly and it rubbed on all the staff. Another big drawback was NO ALCOHOL served at all, not even at the restaurant. I probably would've been fine with this if it was mentioned somewhere and i could've sipped my own wine in the room. I'm on a holiday and alcohol is simply a part of the package. Citating their website: "Relax with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge or the poolside bar." Sorry but for many the favourite drink is not watermelon juice.Pleqse update this info!

The hotel was amazing. Probsbly the best hotel I have stayed in across Asia. 60m pool is unreal. Everything is so clean and tidy, with immaculate gardens. It is so peaceful and quiet, day and night. Staff are happy to chauffeur you around in golf buggies. The rooms and balconies/decking outside look over the lake. The breakfast and restaurants for lunch/dinner are also incredible. Just consider that they do not serve alcohol, so stock up in the local 7/11 if necessary. The hotel offer free transport into the local town, Ao Nang, and also a free taxi/boat service to Railay Beach once a day.

Vi havde et par skønne dage på dette ophold. Boligen var fuldstændig fantastisk og dejlig stor. Morgenmaden var god og poolen var skøn. Der bliver ikke serveret alkohol på stedet. På deres hjemmeside stod der at man kunne få boksning træning og yoga sessions, men det havde de lukker ned for desværre.. vi fik ikke skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder i 2-3 dage og der var en blodplet på vores sengetøj da vi ankom. Ikke særlig lækkert. Men alt i alt et skønt sted, i rolige omgivelser.

The adjacent family units were great, spacious and with comfortable beds. Excellent fitness room, kayaking opportunity and large swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was great. Walking to and from our units was is a good workout, alternatively you can call for golf cart service.

Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at Venice Krabi Villa Resort and we already want to come back! The breakfast was outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. My daughter even said "the breakfast alone makes this trip worthwhile." The natural surroundings created a truly peaceful atmosphere, giving us the perfect opportunity to rest and recharge. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth made our stay even more memorable. A couple of minor points for improvement: the villa entrance lacks clear signage, making it difficult to find at night, and the pool water wasn't as clear as expected during our stay (possibly due to the off-season). Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for our whole family. Highly recommended! 🌴
