Easy for our 2 night layover. Hard to find your room as it is a maze. Kept finding lost souls in the hallways yearning to get out. Could really use better signage to navigate back to lobby (unless that's not allowed for emergency exit reasons which were very clearly marked). Extremely small rooms. So much luggage we could access the bathroom and front door without moving things back and forth. Air con control was broken so they said they had to control from their desk but we kept having to call to adjust. No water pressure really. Free coffee machines in the hallways were nice to have. Obviously tons of food options in the Jewel and lots of public transportation since it's the airport.

I had two comfortable nights at the Yotelair. Its location is excellent offering a smooth transition to the airport. I found the water pressure was low. There is no Laundry service nor a washing machine. You can arrange it on the lower levels but those guys want 5 days which isn’t workable. For me this was a big hassle as there was no way to get clothes clean after weeks of travel. They could fit one, it would be an huge benefit for travellers. Overall I liked the hotel, but I felt it would be even better if they could address these things.

6pm check in and 9am checkout was a bit of a shock and not so easy to work with but staff were good and we did get to checking at 5pm and they held our bags until check-in. Coffee and water machines throughout, massage chairs just inside and cute little coffee room which looks out to the vortex fountain and shopping mall. Power for charging phones etc was extremely slow. Rooms are very small, offering little opportunity for baggage storage, 2 average sized hand luggage wheelie cases at the mist fits into the rooms and you'll be tripping over them the whole time. Room service did not occur in our room even though we were out for over 8 hours one day during our stay. Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Needs some maintenance though a/c control panel in our room didn't work, carpets looking like they've seen better days. Ok but I'd have preferred to spend more and stay at a conventional hotel.

You are paying for convienience, that is it. I paid a fair amount of money for a windowless room, with one step up from a sofa bed with a tiny bathroom. You can tell its a transit hotel, and there is no down time to maintain the rooms. The bed was old, and the corners were peeling off, the walls were covered in marks from suitcases. The toliet would start running randomly and I had to hit the wall above it to make it stop. Check is was 6, and the reality because they rent it by the hour is really not a minute earlier. So for the convience it is great, for the standard of what you get- you may as well pay the $150 more and stay at the nice hotel in the airport.

Located within the Jewel shopping mall, which is a significant tourist attraction itself, due to its impressive design, this hotel is also directly connected to Terminal 1 of Singapore airport. If you need a transit stay without the need to explore Singapore at all, but absolutely every convenience possible within metres, you have found your hotel. It's a super compact hotel room, which still has all facilities except a personal refrigerator, but ironing board, yes, hairdryer, yes, shampoo, etc, is all there, and completely clean and modern in every detail. Several discreet public areas cover what isn't there, with free 24 coffee makers, vending machines, massage chairs - it really is super convenient. The bed reclines which is a very nice feature for those who watch TV or read before sleep, and helped with the fact that I am very tall - I can't risk a capsule hotel, but this was fine. For such a compact room in a hotel without five-star facilities (though connected to the mall you really have much more), you might think the price is a little high, but if you have the above needs, you really can't go past this mini-Jewel of a stay. Everything in Singapore is expensive, and here, you certainly get what you paid for. I'm very glad I discovered this most practical of options.

This hotel is extremely convenient, located right in the terminal for easy access. While the room is on the smaller side, it's perfectly suitable for a solo traveler with a suitcase. Although there are no windows, it's ideal for a quick stay to sleep before your next flight. The gym is impressive and well-equipped, making it a great place to unwind.

Compact room with all the essential facilities you need for an overnight stay. Not suitable for longer stay, IMO. Clean. The giant fountain of Jewel is right in front of the hotel. It is 5 minutes walk to T1, and there are plenty of things to eat in the 3 levels below the hotel. Hidden surprises are a well equipped gym and complimentary breakfast of coffee/tea/juice, pastry and fruits.

Not very easy to find in airport area. On level 4 not airport 4. By the big garden waterfall area. Quick walk through jewel to terminal 3 Room tiny. Ok for quick overnite stay. Clean Lots of nice eating places in arcade. Free tea and coffee toaster in lobby.

Very easy comfortable sleeping room in the airport. Room is tight but this is all you need to sleep and refresh between flights. Room could be a little cooler our sat around 24degc. Nice area to sit with coffee facilities, ice & filtered water. Excellent spot and extremely convenient

Black hairs absolutely everywhere in the room, under the sheets, on the floor it was disgusting. Nothing dries in the room so expect to have soggy towels for your stay. Very small rooms so I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than a night. Very expensive for the state of the room

The room we stayed at was very clean, a little dated but clean. The amenities were good considering the price. Room was on the small side but this is a Yotel, you still get all the essentials covered. Check in and check out was easy. And the location is very convenient, right in the Jewel. Can’t complain. It’s a little small for long term stays but for an overnight stay it’s decent.

My issue with this property is that the bed sheets had holes in them and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Apart from this the location is perfect and room is rather quiet. Okay place to stay if you’re looking only to get a few hours sleep and have a shower. With it being next to / within the Jewel there is plenty of eating options.

It’s a neat setup walkable from the airport terminals. Though the room is very small, it’s very space efficient. The only problems were 1) the toilet bowl made a leaking water noise that woke me up in the middle of the night (fortunately closing the sliding glass door of the bathroom muted the noise), and 2) the room temperature was too hot even after setting the thermostat at the coldest possible setting (21 degree Celsius).

Sufficient for some sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear doors opening and closing. I even thought it was my door opening when a neighbor would open theirs. It may wake up light sleepers. Clean enough. The shower floods the bathroom due to the halfway glass opening design. Overall, okay enough. Pricey for what you get and I would look elsewhere for more comfort and better sleep.

arrived early morning around 9 AM and I was asking the reception if there is a possibility to pay for the early check in. The receptionist named Angela., was the worst person that you can deal with. Very rude, very condescended, almost yelling at me telling me they don’t have any rooms even if I want to pay early check in. I asked her to help me as I was feeling sick after 30 hours flight, and wanted to find another hotel until my reservation check in time. She told me to go to another airport hotel which I did, and unfortunately, they didn’t have any rooms available, but they’ve told me to go online to book the day pass on any hotel as they will be able to accommodate me via Dayuse website I went online and guess what? Yotelair hotel had several rooms available to book for the day pass, and I did a reservation from 8 AM to 6 PM which I was already asking if there is a possibility to pay for those hours and she said no. I came back and she was very arrogant and dismissive and I believe she should not be in hospitality because she has does’n know what hospitality means. I paid the extra US$115 for the day use which I ask her in the beginning if I could, and her answer was abruptly no and very dismissive. So definitely this is not a place to stay, when actually there are a few airport hotels where the receptionist are really helpful and friendly.

翌日早朝が日本へのフライトだったので、タクシー移動が不要で、ほぼ空港内施設に泊まる感覚で立地条件が快適。クイーンズベッド1台で、それ以外の床面積はバスルームを除くとシングルベッド1台分ぐらい、のところに2名で泊まったので狭かったけど、それに見合う価格で満足。歯磨きセットあり。タオルはバスタオル2枚。大きなスーツケースでなければベッド下に荷物を置ける。都心や海岸の観光には不便なので、シンガポール滞在の最後に１夜泊まるのがお勧め。

I tried to contact the YOTELAIR several times prior to my stay asking about location and if I needed to clear immigration or not. There was no answer. And now I think that was intentional. You MUST clear immigration. And you need to submit a SGAC form within 3 days prior to arrival. And if I had known that I would have cancelled the reservation. Getting to the Yotelair from Terminal 2 involves a very long walk. Look for signs to Jewel to help you find the Yotelair. When I arrived, it was 24 C in the room and I could not change the temperature from the room. They were able to do it at the front desk but it takes time. The deadbolt on my door did not work. As I was checking out, another guest mentioned that their door did not lock either. The room is exactly as pictured. Which was okay. But minimal amenities, not even a hand towel. No water bottle in the room. I heard another guest complain that the electrical sockets in their room did not work. Overall impression, basically a dormitory room. Will not stay again.

Located in the Jewel in level 4. Small rooms that feel very Sci-Fi, an interesting experience to stay at a place like this. Ultra modern with everything you need to rest over a short night and be refreshed to catch your flight in the morning. Directly accessible to terminal 1 and 2 walking, terminal 3 by tram and terminal 4 by bus. The Jewel is a crazy marvel of engineering packed with a jungle rainforest, a crystal dome roof with a waterfall in the middle, it is like nothing you have ever seen. Also you will find every kind of restaurant and shopping.

The coffee machine was not consistent in dispensing the coffee especially the mocha option but staff was quick to assist. Staying 3D2N, room cleaning was not included :( Liked the toothbrushes and soap ;) Glad the shower water didnt flow out much onto the floor outside the shower glass unlike others :) Breakfast wasn't great but glad to have the orange and apple juices :) Previously not allowed to leave luggages with them but now can :)

The hotel does not offer breakfast, and there was no nearby place to eat or get coffee when I left at 6:30am. Two of the electrical outlets did not work. It was very clean and quiet.

The hotel is extremely convenient for single-night stop-overs. Single rooms are small (cabin size) but comfortable and quiet. They mention that breakfast is included but was disappointed to discover only a coffee machine and a few bite-size nibbles. Best to head downstairs to one of the cafes.

I have stayed at YOTEL before. Perfect for long layover and conveniently located within the incredible Jewel Changi. Great cabin accomodation. Only downside is the breakfast - which is only juice and light pastry. For what you’re paying for the room, this aspect could be vastly improved.
