We were only in town one night and wish it could have been longer. The suite is amazing. Beautiful decor and very inviting. There were 4 of us. 3 adult and one child. The two rooms with two bathrooms provided us with comfort and privacy. My grandson loved the activity center and we all enjoyed playing the 18 hole miniature golf. Beds were comfortable too! We would highly recommend for a night or a week!

The only negatives of this property are the construction going on around it (so noisy) and it being located on a busy street (traffic). The employees are very nice and very helpful. The main pool (outdoor) is heated and HUGE. Fun game room, many activities for kids (including mini golf). Full sized kitchen in our unit was beautiful. Would stay here again.

Propery is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious. There is a nice pool and Activities Center. I think the only negative about this property is no restaurant or pool bar. Even without those, its an awesome choice.

The property was really nice, lots of amenities especially for the kids. Easy parking, the room was nice. We were on a road trip and checked us in early and gave our keys at 4am so we can get to our room, this was amazing. Overall, it was a fine stay.

Everything was great from the late after hours check in, to the cleanliness of the room. The food/snack store was clutch since we arrived late. Just hate our stay was only for 2 days. We will be back again!

Loved the big space in the apartment-sized living room/kitchen/eating area and bedroom and bathroom. Having a full sized kitchen and stove was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub one evening. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the highway.

Unfortunately because I booked through Expedia we got the old outdated unit. It wasn’t clean (so we bought cleaning supplies to clean) only to later find bugs in the bathroom and one in my bed so we had to move in the middle of the night. It was an updated unit but still not thoroughly cleaned. The units were nicer than a hotel, everything you need; I also enjoyed the workout room and the pool area. Descent accommodations for the price; but bring cleaning supplies and possibly some bug spray if you’re on the first floor. There ended up being a bug in my bed in the new unit as well two nights in. I slept with all the lights on. Couldn’t relax. Great location; easy to get to every thing.

This place is great.We noticed right away how clean it was. The two bedroom condo was perfect for our needs.The kitchen had everything.The pools on the complex were heated and it was so refreshing after a long day of playing.There is noticeable traffic noise when your outdoors but when your at your place you can’t hear it at all.

Excellent. The rooms here is basically a full apartment, living room, full kitchen, huge bath, bedroom, spacious and clean. This place is amazing. Mini golf course, huge pool, huge game room, movie room, clean and spacious parking. It was well worth the price. Highly recommended

Overall the property was ok and close to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the details were missing! There was no wine in my room or any amenities provided. The hotel tried to sell us on a timeshare at check in and wouldn't finish giving us room keys without trying to have us listen to a presentation while we stayed there. They then called in the middle of the week to try and sell us on a timeshare again. The toilet was running when we entered our room and remained not working correctly. There was black mold in the beautiful shower. The road noise was a problem, and a light bulb out in our bathroom. We had an unfortunate group of neighbors foe the last half of our stay. I went to the front desk after the second night of enduring the issue and was told the only thing the hotel could do was give a courtesy call to the people beside us. Unfortunately due to the room layout it would have been obvious who complained. For personal safety reasons I didn't want that option. The hotel could have moved us, apologized for the issue, or any other potential customer service options instead of sharing that their was nothing they could do.

The property itself was nice, but our room had some issues. First, we were on the first floor. We could hear the conversations of every person that walked past the window, even if they were not talking loudly. The windows only had blinds, no curtains, so the light shone through in the mornings and woke us up earlier than we had wanted. It would be great if they added blackout curtains, and that would help with the sound too I'm sure. There was a locked A/C closet near the kitchen table and you could hear constant dripping and splashing (there must have been a large puddle in there). The kitchen was clean, but the couch was really gross! You could see stains and dirt all over it! When we pulled out the sleeper couch, it was even worse! Stains on the mattress and even the sheets! The sheets in the bedroom seemed clean but were stiff and even a bit scratchy. Definitely not soft and comfortable. Perhaps we just got unlucky with our room, but I would not want to stay there again.

I really wanted to love this place and everything was going well until it was shower time. I reserved two rooms and the tubs were clogged in both rooms. In one room, the bathroom sink drained very slow. The furniture could use an update but other than that, my stay was fine. I wouldn’t stay again considering the possible plumbing issue. Staff was really nice though, although the credit hold on my account took 5 days to be released as opposed to the 2 days we were told.

This was the second time I stayed at the property. Only downside was there are 2 sections. I didn't know I had booked the older section. Still nice rooms and everything we needed, but I had my 80 year old parents with us. We were on the second floor and there were no elevators. Overall we loved the stay, and will be staying there again.

Wifi never worked, we complained five times, we opened support cases, they never fixed it. Ended up refunding the resort fees but that was not what we wanted, we wanted it to work. No stove or hotplate in kitchen, we could not cook for the whole week. unit was spacious but those two points wont have us coming back anytime soon.

Everything was clean, the room was beautiful. The only thing i didn't like was our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I have a handicapped daughter and I had to carry her up and down the stairs. I inquired about a room on the first floor but they were sold out. Amazing how there is plenty of handicapped parking but no elevators. Some of the buildings there have 4 floors.

The hotel tried to sell us on a timeshare at check in and wouldn't finish giving us room keys without trying to have us listen to a presentation while we stayed there. They then called in the middle of the week to try and sell us on a timeshare again. The toilet was running when we entered our room and remained not working correctly. There was black mold in the beautiful shower. The road noise was a problem, and a light bulb out in our bathroom. We had an unfortunate group of neighbors foe the last half of our stay. I went to the front desk after the second night of enduring the issue and was told the only thing the hotel could do was give a courtesy call to the people beside us. Unfortunately due to the room layout it would have been obvious who complained. For personal safety reasons I didn't want that option. The hotel could have moved us, apologized for the issue, or any other potential customer service options instead of sharing that their was nothing they could do.

Very happy with the location. We booked last minute when coming in a day ahead, stayed for one night. The price was great, the room was clean. The staff were wonferful too. I called ahead to make sure we would have keys coming in after their normal check in hours, the gentleman was super helpful. When I arrived, the security guard was very knowledge, quick and friendly and was able to get me checked in easily. Our room was wonderful for the price, there were a couple maintenance issues, but nothing major. The toilets were hard to flush and the shower wouldn’t turn off but I called down to the front desk and someone was down within five minutes. Overall, definitely would stay again!

Vanessa at the front desk was super. She was courteous, caring and checked on us throughout our stay. She definitely deserves a promotion in the company. Easy check in and out. Clean villa and pool was very nice. Will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the property before but found the check in process took much longer than it should. We didn’t think the lady was very friendly and we asked for tooth brushes, extra coffee and pillows to be sent up and they never arrived.

During check-in, aggressive time share speech. They hold your parking pass until you talk to a time share representative and he is aggressive . The picture that we’re online were of new buildings, which were there. We were put in what looked like old apartment buildings next to the new building. Traffic was loud and there was mold in the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean but rundown looking. Everything worked, lights and appliances. Which was good. Heavy construction was going on and dump trucks were coming through the complex early in the morning. The pool was nice, tennis court was nice and miniature golf course was nice. Did my family sleep well, no, due to all the noise. I would not recommend this place. Pushy staff and place is loud. At least where we stayed on property.

Staff was super friendly, we checked in fairly late and Al that greeted us at the front desk was lovely and gave us advice on where to eat and also was able to give us late checkout. Accommodations were super clean and organzied....would definitely stay again!! 😊

The room had a musty smell, but was very roomy and close to the pool and activities center. I was disappointed to have so much work going on while I was sitting at the pool and sitting on the patio. It was noisy and the smell of gas was distracting. I felt very safe and it's a great location to Disney, restaurants, and a grocery store.

The only negatives of this property are the construction going on around it (so noisy) and it being located on a busy street (traffic). The employees are very nice and very helpful. The main pool (outdoor) is heated and HUGE. Fun game room, many activities for kids (including mini golf). Full sized kitchen in our unit was beautiful. Would stay here again.

Loved the big space in the apartment-sized living room/kitchen/eating area and bedroom and bathroom. Having a full sized kitchen and stove was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub one evening. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not too far from the highway.

This place is great.We noticed right away how clean it was. The two bedroom condo was perfect for our needs.The kitchen had everything.The pools on the complex were heated and it was so refreshing after a long day of playing.There is noticeable traffic noise when your outdoors but when your at your place you can’t hear it at all.

We loved the rooms layout and the fact that it has a kitchen with a prep island, 2 full bathrooms. It would be nice if they have some type of restaurant or eatery area. It was very incovinient to drive out to look for a restaurant.

I stayed here multiple times and every time it gets better and better. In each vacation Villa or condo that we have gotten to stay in has had everything available to us so all we have to do is have Walmart plus delivery or Publix delivery or instacart or many other entities can deliver groceries and we can put it in a full size refrigerator with ice machine it was a home away from home every time 10 out of 10 Stars. Miguel and the rest of the staff was attentive to our needs after our arrival and an issue have been addressed in our room and it was handled professionally. And if you wanted to venture out everything is within 5 to 10 miles that you could even look on your GPS or Google maps or Apple maps?
