Frukost was amazing. But I was disappointed because there was not shoehorn because o have back problem

The accommodation was nice, and the rooms were simple but clean. However, I experienced something quite unusual: the housekeeper threw away my dirty clothes, which I had collected in a paper bag. Despite taking my contact details and promising to get back to me, no one from the staff has contacted me. Very unprofessional!

Okay, I'll list the good stuff first. The staff was courteous and helpful. It was an abundant breakfast bar. The rates were competitive. The bed was comfortable. But the room was cold (I complained at the front desk, and was handed a space heater, which suggests this is a frequent problem). There were cobwebs in the corners around the windows. There was no hair dryer, iron or ironing board, or coffee maker in the room -- nor was there a desk or table large enough for my laptop. The lobby was dark, and appeared to under construction. I stayed here many times before, when it was Hotel Linne. The standards have dropped, and it appears they are trying to appeal to different customer base.
