I stayed 5 nights in the 5 star hotel but should be a 4 star. 30 yrs old hotel in dire need of a renovation.Great location near metro, restaurants and supermarkets. The view to Museum of the Future was fantastic. The rooms were very big and had a small kitchen. The management took care of complaints in a very professional manner and the staff at the hotel were very nice. The buffet in the restaurant during ramadan was very good. Did not try breakfast. On the minus side: booked a non-smoking room due to lung problems but hotel would not confirm a non-smoking room. They also ignored my mails and questions reg. transfer. The rooms were dated and had old smelling carpets and furniture. Windows were shut closed so no fresh air. The unpleasant smell was disguised all over the hotel with a heavy toilet like air freshener smell. Cant recommend hotel for anybody with lung or allergy problems. Pool had the greatest view but was next to 20+ motorway lanes with heavy traffic- SOOOO NOISY. There were only 19 sunbeds for a potential 1000 guests. Would have been nice if pool opened 7 am for an early swim. Pool closed 7 pm (also a shame) and already from 6 pm, hotel staff asked us to leave and removed the sunbeds. They were very rude. For comparison, I stayed in a new 5-star hotel, The First Collection Business Bay with free access to the private beach club Soluna on the Palm. It was such a different experience. Going back to Dubai, I would absolutely chose a new 5-star hotel instead

Likte oppholdet veldig bra, hadde poolClub som jeg kanskje brukte lite da det var med lett lunsh 14-16 og 18-20 var det litt mat og alkohol servering gratis. You get what you pay for. It was one of the cheapest options and it felt that way. Hotel is very very old - it feels like entering a Time Machine. I booked this hotel specifically for the price, spa and pool. The pool overhangs the highway and is very noisy. The spa is a little creepy and the massage I got was terrible. I kept telling the person that what they were doing (sitting on me, straddling me, and putting all their weight on BONE not muscle) was incredibly painful. In a 60 minute massage, she spent 35 minutes on my calves/shin bone and wouldn’t stop when asked. Would not recommend the hotel or spa. Also sink in room was broken and it took 24 hours for someone to come fix.

Upon arrival at 4pm we waited two additional hours to check in, only to find out the room we booked wasn’t available. The staff promised our proper room would be ready the next day, but after waiting all day to transfer, we were informed at 5 PM that no room was ever held for us. This blatant dishonesty was incredibly frustrating. To make up for the inconvenience, we were offered free breakfast buffet tickets. However, the dining area was so overcrowded that finding a seat was impossible during all four days of our stay. The issues didn’t stop there. One of the elevators was out of service, forcing us to use the stairs, which led us through a construction zone in the basement with no signage for a proper exit—an unacceptable safety hazard, especially with children. Room service was also poorly managed, either arriving at 8 AM while we were still sleeping or late in the evening at 7:30 PM. This was one of the most poorly managed hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We expected far better and are deeply disappointed.

Honestly the room was like a much less attractive, dated, older version of what is shown on the listing - we were disappointed to stay in a room that felt like it hadn’t been updated in about 20 years. The sauna/steam rooms the same. That being said the staff were friendly and attentive.

Il y avait un grand problème d'hygiène: à mon arrivée, le haut de l'intérieur du frigo était couvert de mossisures (!) dont je ne peux comprendre l'origine étant donné température. Problème signalé à la réception, et le nettoyage fût effectué, mais cela m'a laissé une très mauvaise impression et des questions dans ma tête A part cela, le centre fitness est bien équipé et le petit-déjeuner était très correct. L'hôtel est situé près d'une station de métro, ce qui est un gros avantage.

The rooms were cool and very clean. The 1st room has a perfect view (just in front of the Museum of the Future) and the 2nd Room (Captain's Suite) was really nice and elegant. Thanks to the receptionist Antony. I have only minor issues during my stay that the phone in the 1st room is not functioning well. Also you need to ask for the room slippers and the vanity kit. But overall, aside from its accessibility, it is awesome. I will definitely recommend Millennium Plaza Downtown Suites to family and friends

Thr experience at the Millennium was very wonderful. Everyone was friendly, from the housekeeping staff to the doormen, the receptionists, and ofcourse, the manager too ! It was also very close to the exhibition hall , Metro, Macdonald, Subway and Tim's coffee . When my flight was seemed to delayed due to heavy rain, I asked the reception for a late checkout, and they were very accommodating. Although the flight situation was so sad , the hotel's help was a great relief! It's truly a memorable place : ) I'm really excited about the renewed look!

The staff made all the difference for our visit. Ram/Giri/Nitin/Prakash made it a great visit. When we checked in the room we received was not what we expected. We thought there were two full baths through reviews we had read. Ram came the rescue and made it right by us. Giri help with the shuffle and made sure we knew what was where considering there are three buildings to the hotel. Nitin made sure we had the best breakfast experience each morning. And Prakash got use tickets to the Museum of the Future when none were available online. While the hotel is an older property, the staff made it an incredible stay.

Junior suitte kaldık .Oda çok büyük ve temiz idi, personal hepsi güleryüzlü, kahvaltı çok fazla çeşitleri var. Direk Future müzesinin karşısında ve metroda yakın. Biz fuara kaldığımız için dünya ticaret merkezi de 10 dakika yürüme mesafe idi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık.

For sure, it had to be great place in past era. What is perfect is location, truly with a view to Future Museum, walkable distance to subway, and close to DXB. Furniture is old, it is true, but it is clean. It is also true that you don't have such accessible placement of electric sockets. But for that money I think you got good product. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was too Indian in my opinion. Overall I don't see any problem

L’hotel è vecchio e lasciato un po’ andare. Il momento del check-in e del check-out sono molto lunghi. Avevo prenotato due camere per me e un collega e a loro discrezione ci hanno messo in una camera comune con due stanze da letto e un bagno in condivisione. La colazione è sempre troppo affollata e il tavoli sono tutti vicini e questa cosa aumenta la confusione. La qualità del cibo è medio bassa, il caffè è terribile.
