Overall experience of this hotel is okay. The room is clean with river view. The outside scenery is nice. However, the reception is only available till 5pm. If you want to check in after 5pm, you need to call the hotel for special arrangement. I arrived the hotel around 4pm, but they can’t find me. I showed the staff my receipt to prove my payment but they said if you paid through the 3rd party, they didn’t get it and he asked me to paid them again in order to get the room. I booked the hotel through “hotels.com”, so I had to try to connect Hotels.com. While I was making the call, they found my name in their system and said everything was good to go and I got the key to the room. The door of my room was pretty hard to open but we managed to open the door; we then found almost half of power outlets in the room were not working, especially, the washroom has no light and the tower rack was broken. By the time we settled, it has passed the 5pm, so we just stayed there with above conditions. The no light washroom was really inconvenient. The lady at the reception was fairly friendly and the gentleman was harsh.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from the room was absolutely stunning. One of the highlights was the bonfire — it was a perfect way to relax in the evening, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
