The whole place is great, my room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful, the pool is an oasis in the jungle, the yoga class is excellent ! they have a good parking. THE ONLY THING IS THAT WHEN I DID THE CHECK OUT, THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK TREATED ME LIKE A BURGLAR! I understand you need to check your property but come on, I left the room quite nicely and they delayed and then said that I have taken the robe belt, which after some time they detected it was not missing at all. - also they are not at all friendly with the time of the check out, they tell you it is at 11 am, and no flexibility.

Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel à Tulum Centro. Bungalow indépendant dans un écrin de verdure. Excellent petit déjeuner, piscine très agréable, personnel très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Serene and comfortable stay. I think I slept 15 hours straight the first night. Excellent yoga instructor. Everyone should practice with her. My toilet didn’t fill up properly so thank god I had a water bottle from another hotel. I used this to fill the toilet tank in order to get a proper flush.

O Hotel tem otimas instalações é amplo e limpeza diária, os funcionários são atenciosos e possuiem ótimas massagistas, porém alguns pontos não me agradaram. Primeiramente as toalhas, elas não eram boas e dava má impressão por estarem acinzentadas, nunca branquinhas. O café da manhã é gostoso mas - mesmo pagando a parte por ele - não tem a opção de se servir a vontade, tem que escolher entre uma das opções do cardápio e se quiser tomar qualquer suco pagar a mais por ele.
