I have stayed at other Home2Suites in the past, but this one wasn’t as good. The size of the room was smaller, the breakfast buffet was under stocked everyday and the meat was undercooked. There was only one person refilling the breakfast buffet, and she was very slow with refilling. When she would refill, it would only be a small portion which still wasn’t enough for the amount of people. There were only plastic utensils which made it difficult to cut up waffles with. This location only gives you one remote control per room, even if you have a suite with two televisions. The room doesn’t have a fresh smell like it’s been cleaned from the previous guest. I asked for a late checkout and was only offered 1 additional hour despite it being a weekday and the hotel not being fully booked. 2 hours would have been nice since the check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11:00am, not even a full 24 hours. I can see 1 hour, if it’s a weekend and they are fully booked. This made it a huge inconvenience since we were in town for an event and would not be back to check out in time. Therefore, we had to check out at 7:30am. The good things about the hotel is that the check in and check out process was quick and easy, the pool was clean, and the weight room was nice.

Took about 10 minutes for someone to check us in. They were occupied with the lobby Christmas tree. Staff was friendly at all times. Room could use some touch ups. Paint peeling in the bathroom, loose baseboards near the shower. Our bed was made up once while we were there but we never received washcloths, only towels one time for 3 days. The floor in the bathroom was dirty in the corner. They came in our room 2 of 3 days. Housekeeping was lacking. Breakfast was not good. Premade breakfast bowls heated up and toast or waffles are about your only options.

We didn't have hand soap and the front desk at night said they ran out. My brother had an accident in hallway and informed the front desk it needed to be cleaned up. The next morning the mess was still there. Re: soap, upon check out, I informed asst mgr at front desk and was told they have 3 boxes of soap. She apologized.

Not a newer room but still very crisp and clean. Shower water was warm but did not get hot and the shower knob was loose. TV also wasn’t working well. Upon arrival the welcoming staff was courteous, not very warm and friendly, but respectful. For those reasons it wasn’t quite as top notch as we’ve had for prior stays at Home2, so I dropped a Star for this specific location.

Everything about this place is spot on. Quite new facility. Everything is squeaky clean. Rooms are excellent. Plenty of accommodation for electronics. Great value for price. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice enough. But my kids and I slept terrible due to the ridiculous flashing lights in the room. There were 3 different devices flashing on the ceiling. One was motion sensor. Every time it sensed someone moving near by it would flash red, green, red very brightly. Enough to clearly illuminate the area below. It was like a disco club in our room. (Maybe exaggerated) The other lights were flashing to different patterns. So we had continuous flashing going on. I was so very irritated trying to sleep in a nice room with such a ridiculous set up

Kori is awesome. A storm was approaching the Odessa area & Kori took the time to reach out to us to ensure our safety. She then met us at the door when we checked in. I'm traveling with my sister who is seeing a DR. in the area. Kori just makes it all better.

Everything was great, from the rokm to the service. Nice and clean, felt safe, and they had everything we needed there. Breakfast was acceptional with plenty of choices. We were very happy with our choice to stay there.

The place smelled immaculately clean as soon as you walk in. It is also bright. It’s welcoming and inviting. The entire staff was amazing. Their breakfast was extraordinary. The room was truly enjoyable, relaxing, welcoming, and just perfect.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend. We were very pleased with the stay and comfort of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and the sweet young lady that works the front desk made me feel so comfortable and welcomed when I checked in. She was very down-to-earth and hospitable. Also, the breakfast was delicious! We will stay here again!
