Everything was good. Room was comfy. Only issue we had was the fact that us and about 7 other work trucks were robbed. This has happened several weeks ago as well but this hotel has not taken the time to put cameras up to help. Though we were only hit for about $700 worth of tools others were taken for $1000's off their work trucks. Feont desk acted like it was not a problem.

Upon arrival was greeted by their clerk very friendly and outgoing. Rooms smelled clean the moment you walked in and were spotless thought the room. Hotel has convenient food options with multiple options being walkable distance from hotel, and a Walmart near by along with other stores

The room was fine, the amenities were solid, air conditioner worked great, fridge was big and clean. Every linen in the place was dirty, the receptionist was there only when we checked in and we never saw it manned again.

I’ll be honest I don’t understand a place that has a kitchenette not offering the stuff to cook with or have to rent or just have in the room we had to go buy our own pots and pans to cook with and dishes and forks kinda weird. There was vandalism to the property and our window had damage to it. As well as these are not queen beds more like full. Place was clean when you walked in but the room needed some help the shower head leaked the tub floor was warped so kinda scary the kitchen area needs some maintaining and our ice maker didn’t work all around would not stay here again.

I didn't realize what a great room this hotel had. Kitchen and full size refrigerator. Had i known this i would've stayed here all week. Front desk girls were very nice and accommodating, as i asked for top floor. Very clean room and comfy bed and pillows.

Wow! What a wonderful place--starting with the check-in clerk who was very friendly and eager to accommodate. Our room was new, beautiful and well-equipped with a small, full kitchen. Since we were just passing through town, we didn't use the kitchen. But this unit would have been adequate to live in for extended periods, if we needed a temporary home. Our only problem was with the "working order" of two items. First, our room's AC was broken in the "on" position. It was easily 65 degrees or lower in the room when we arrived, with no way to switch to the heater. We went back to the front desk and the young man assigned us to another room--right across the hall, so it would be easy for us to move our gear. That room also was too cold, but not as unbearable as the first room. Second, on both both rooms (first and second), we had a very difficult time closing/locking our door. With many tries of slamming, we got the latch to engage, but that meant we really couldn't go out 'til we were ready to check out the next morning. It was OK; we had everything we needed for the night. But if we were staying longer than one night, this could have been a problem. Other than these two issues, our stay at My Place Midland was really wonderful and comfortable.

Full sizes fridge and 2 burner cook top but no dishes or utensils. Was not told to turn on the ice maker and no other ice machine available. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels. Convenient to I-20. Pleasant stay.

I stay here for long periods for work. The staff is FANTASTIC! They treat you great, greet you with a smile and are helpful and inviting. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and my stays are peaceful. The TV channel selection could be better but I like it here and come back repeatedly.

I normally wouldn’t have chosen a property I didn’t know but it was the right place at the right time. I’m so glad I did! I will definitely be looking for more My Place properties in the future. Clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was great which is essential for Texas! Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

Although we had an itinerary number form Hotels.com, when we arrived we were told that the hotel had no rooms available. The receptionist said that they typically were full during the week (with oilfield workers) and Hotels.com should know that and not have rented a room to us. Bottom line is we had to go to 5 other hotels in the area before we found a room, and ending up paying double what our reservation at this hotel was. I don't know whose fault it was, the hotel itself or Hotels.com, but it is very stressful to arrive at 9 PM and be told that there are no rooms available for you!

The property was generally clean and the room was clean and quiet. However the room didnt have a coffee pot but had the coffee maker. The room has a stove and refrigerator but no dishes at all. Perhaps the worst part about my stay is when I extended my stay. I had to go to the front desk to sign the paper and have my room key re-keyed. The night time receptionist was sitting in the lobby with her hisband, smoking marijuana. What someone does on their own time in their own home is none of my business. But as a paying customer, i shouldnt have to smell that crap and breath it in. I will not stay there again.

Air/heating unit was broke. They gave us another room. Breakfast is coffee/ frozen egg muffins. Not really breakfast. Had to go to iHop that cost $35.00. So there went the savings. If you’re not a breakfast type, then this is a good deal!

We had a nice and easy stay here after flying into Midland. There was plenty of parking and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly even fairly late at night. The bathroom was large and clean and we had a kitchenette we didn't expect! The only downside was that we really needed water and there was no bottled water available at all when we checked in or out in the morning and there was nowhere walkable to buy any.
