The hotel is nice, the amenities are in great shape and it’s perfect for families with children. My daughter loved all the activities that she had there, is nice that they have ocean to play with but also the pools and the slides. Camp Hyatt was great and we love the service and the food.

It was a lovely resort to relax but also had enough things for the children to keep busy with enough options for eating. The spa was also well priced and so rejuvenating. Gym was clean and Accessible too

Really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui. The property and rooms are of great quality. The facilities for the resort are great, with several pools and a private beach to choose from. Special call out to Looktan from the Club Lounge, who’s service was amazing and helpful. Also recommend using the spa at the property as it was great. Will be staying again.

Amazing property! So much attention to every detail makes this an unforgettable experience. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast buffet is out of this world! The pools (yes all three of them) are absolutely stunning and beautiful in design. The rooms are very modern in design, yet comfortable and spacious. Understand that the property is built on a hill side so you will have to walk up and down a lot (use golf cart service alternatively). The beach is there to look at but because of the many rocks not what you may expect. They do have a floatable pier to access the water though. Restaurants, stores and sandy beaches are in 5 to10 minute driving distance (Fisher man’s village). With that said, if you don’t want to go anywhere, the Resort will have everything to make for an unforgettable holiday.

De kamers zijn zeer mooi en ruim en een leuk bad. Er is ook een leuke accommodatie voor kinderen : kleine waterglijbaan, klimrek, klimvliegtuig en ik zag diverse indianen tenten staan op balkons, ik vermoed als u met kinderen komt dat u zo'n tent kan gebruiken. Er is ook een zwembad adults only. Zeer goede roomservice

Utroligt smukt og lækkert hotel. Der er virkelig gjort noget ud af detaljerne og det ligger helt ud til vandet. Vi var heldige at få et værelse med havudsigt der var helt magisk. Personalet er altid imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Lækker morgenbuffet. Eneste minus var, at det lugtede lidt fra kloakken, der hvor vores værelse var.

Nice hotel and staff. There was no closets in our room to store our stuff so everything was left at our suitcase which is uncomfortable. Also, hotel is distanced from the chaweng center, no option to walk so a car or scooter is a must. Using taxi is not convenient (on average 4 trips a day if you want to go to bars at night )

Beautiful hotel very large and comfortable rooms, the first room I was given had a strong smell of mold with a zero ocean view all though I did pay extra to upgrade the room, but the second room I was given was absolutely perfect, beautiful with a nice ocean view.

This whole stay was beautiful - the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, interactive with our children and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds and the views were fabulous. The room was spacious and well equipped we had a room which included a bathtub overlooking the ocean which was a perfect addition to our stay. They even provide a beach bag for you to use as you stay with them. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing - loads of choice and really fresh - they made you fresh smoothies, made to order egg stations, fresh coconuts, anything you could think of they had it! I was sad to leave! Thank you for a perfect stay.

Amazing property with lots of amenities and large spacious rooms. We had an ocean view room with a nice view of the beach and pool. The highlight of this property is hands down the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything about your stay is to your liking. A special shoutout to Jane at reception and Kookai at Yangna restaurant for their excellent customer service. The one drawback of this property is the location and proximity to amenities/attractions. There are limited options for transportation and dining outside of the hotel facilities. If you prefer a secluded hotel away from the more lively areas of the island like Chaweng, Lamai or Fisherman’s Village, then this would be a good choice. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here and will do so on my next trip to Koh Samui.

I had a terrific stay at this property. I loved the modern design, especially my room. I also loved the landscaping and walking around the resort. It is really beautiful day and night. The staff were all very nice and do everything they can to make sure I had what I needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property and staff both absolutely exceptional. Whilst all staff were great, we would like to acknowledge and thank Bank, Daow, Nong, B & O. We loved our stay, we would highly recommend and would love to return again. Thank you.

Overall hotel service standard is flawless and tip top. Within 5 min for buggy rides, 10mins for room services.... FO team also excellence, Ms Mamee is so attentive, she came to help ensure our hotel transferred arrived on time. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency and we will come back again

We loved our welcome drinks and front desk staffs. We loved the atmosphere by the beach, pools, the pool staff was very friendly and SeaSun restaurant staffs were friendly and made us delicious cocktails. We booked 4 rooms to surprise my family for the Thai New Year all the way from New York City. The issues were 2 rooms out of 4 rooms had some facilities problems. First room issue was the outlet in the bathroom and AC unit wasn’t working. We called front desk and they be able to sent someone from maintenance to fix it luckily. The second room issue was the front door couldn’t locked and unsafe, AC unit was working very poorly. We called and they be able to responded on 1 out of 2 and fix the AC unit but never responded to fix the front door that couldn’t lock for the rest of the stay. It was 4 days 3 nights stayed. Buffet staffs were so rude to my auntie. One of the staffs were asked if we need any drinks, juice, coffee or anything to start the breakfast buffet. The staff responded was “juice you can help yourself at the bar we do not offer juice service to the table” meanwhile at Sri Panwa they be able to assist us with the very basic simple inquiries without hesitation or any kind of attitude. We definitely not looking forward to come back with my whole family of 14 people and the amount of the money that we spent it should be minimal issues regarding all the issues were occurred during our stays to celebrate our Thai New Year nor stay for the future.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel property, with no insects within the hotel compound. My wife and daughter liked the spacious toilet. We would prefer if there could be more kids' channel choices on TV (eg Nickelodeon, Disney), hotel only had one baby channel and one kid channel showing Peppa). Fortunately, the smart TV helped to offset the issue as we could count on Youtube Kids. It would be good if the hotel had a complimentary shuttle service to Central Festival Samui for guests, the area surrounding the hotel seems lacking in shopping and groceries. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast and at reception check-in/check-out. Could not recall all the names of staff, Yangna Cuisine staff helped a lot, and the big guy driving the buggy on our first day to our room was very entertaining. Receptionist Eve was always smiling, she brightened up our trip, and we wished we could meet again. Thank you Hyatt Regency Koh Samui.

One of the most flawless hotel experiences. The property is beautiful and the staff are beyond amazing. Everyone I spoke to is very courteous. The food was excellent. The service is impeccable. Amazing resort with fantastic people. Great rooms, and range of food. Didn’t have to leave the resort on most days. Special mention to Mae, Jenine and Tah Tah for going the extra mile for our family. very friendly staff who did everything they could to give comfort. The checkin was available at 9 am in the morning, which was great. Thumb - the front office staff was exceptional. The only issue was options in veg breakfast - only bread, fruits and green veggies were available. Given a number of indian tourists, some indian veg breakfast options would have been ideal. But the hotel otherwise was awesome.

Hôtel récent, chambre très grande, calme propre et confortable. Très bon service, petit déjeuner et salle de gym. L’hôtel est un peu excentré mais des taxis sont disponibles à la réception pour rejoindre le centre (300 thb) ou fisherman village (400 thb). Parfait pour se relaxer !

good location, very close from airport and shopping area. especially, great staff. one day, I lost my cell phone bat pool side but they are tracing by CCTV with tender care and finally found. Clean, food is good, staff is nice, so we were able to spend relex time.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui. The resort is stunning, with beautiful grounds and excellent amenities; perfect for relaxing (exactly what we wanted to do). While it’s in a quieter spot, it’s just a short drive to Chaweng, Cheongmon, or Bo Phut for more dining and activity options.

Fußläufig ist wenig erreichbar. Man ist auf das Taxi oder einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen. Dann erreicht man aber viele sehenswerte Orte der Insel schnell. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und Service orientiert. Das Zimmer (Nummer 123) ist wunderschön mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Meer war zu unserem Aufenthalt im November 2025 unruhig und nicht zum Baden geeignet. Vielen Dank an das Hotel für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Need to either eat at the hotel or take a taxi about 5 -15 mins depending on where you go. Easy to get a taxi and between 300-400 Baht each way. Not really good for swimming in the ocean but pools are great. Views are wonderful! Would stay again!

Excellent hotel facilities and service, BUT And it's a big BUT Their prices for all the services on top of the room price (which is high but reasonable for that type of hotel) are very expensive and there's no legitimate reason behind it. You can find top level hotels with reasonable prices for food and extras. You need to pay, and a lot, for anything else From paint canvas in the kids club to a simple burger in the pool restaurant. Same burger triple the price.

The restaurant Lagan cuisine or whatever it was called gave me and my brother both severe food poisoning for the entire day. Was the only meal we ate that day so we were 100 percent sure. Do not recommend the restaurant and don’t eat the chicken pad Thai. Not the hotels fault really but was very disappointing. We were living in the bathroom for about 30 hours.

Hela vistelsen var helt fantastisk. Har inte sovit så bra på länge, rummet utsikten allt var bra topp betyg. Frukost väldigt bra bra utbud och väldigt fräscht. Resturangen bästa thaimaten på resan. Det är ett väldigt barnvänligt hotell med mycket att göra för både vuxna och barn. Men vi som var där hittade ställen där vi kunde vara utan att störas. Allt var proffsigt. Och personalen väldigt bra. Hit åker jag gärna igen.

Amazing resort with amazing on site amenities and restaurants. I highly recommend the couples spa that treatment left me feeling so refreshed and relaxed. This place was like a dream come true. Book ocean view if you can and you won’t regret it! Breakfast was amazing and varied daily which is great for longer stays. If I am fortunate enough to return I will stay here again for sure!
