The reserve was stunning. Saw plenty of wildlife despite relatively low game density. The food was great considering the size of the buffet. The property was nice but maybe too modern for a true safari experience. I was most disappointed that it wasn’t as family friendly as advertised. The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children.

Everything was excellent. From the restaurant staff to the tour guide’s everyone was pleasant with a can do attitude. Our safari guide Louis was absolutely magnificent and made it his personal mission to ensure everyone had a great time, using all his tracking skills to get us to see the wonderful wildlife available.
