環境面やスタッフ接客は良かったのですが、午後から夜間にかけてのラウンジサービスの軽食内容は改善余地が十分あるように思います。MM地区の同ランクか少し低めのランクのホテルと比較しても魅力度に欠ける部分があると感じました。同伴者も同じ意見でした。

kアリーナのイベントで泊まりました。施設の真横とあってとても便利でした。ただ、周辺には飲食店が少ないのでちょっと不便でした。ホテルで食事できるところも少なく、また値段もめちゃくちゃ高いので…サンドイッチ1800円、ジュース600円。ホテルだからこんなもんですかね… 駐車場は一泊3000円でチェックイン前に停めましたが追加料金はとられませんでしたのでありがたかったです。駐車場も広々としてて稼働式？にいれる感じでしたがとても停めやすかったです。受け付けの方などフレンドリーで親しみがありました。モーニングビュッフェはとても美味しかったです。

Highly recommend the Hilton Yokohama. After travelling for 24 hours we really appreciated the huge room with an empress king bed (very comfortable), separate toilet, and huge shower and bath combo, fridge and kettle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Not too walkable but taxis were always available at the front desk. Had dinner at the Ocean Milano restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable getting us a Gluten Free dinner which was delicious. Lots of activities, parks, etc. around Yokohama.

お部屋も広く清潔。アミニティも充実。何よりkアリーナへの出入口が別に作られていてライブに行くには最高でした。バーラウンジのスタッフの方も素晴らしく、お勧めのカクテルもとても美味しかったです。ホテルのスタッフは皆気遣いがありとても気分が良かったです。

I appreciated having a bluetooth speaker to use during my stay, it turned out to be pretty convenient! There are dining options available at the hotel, and a convenience store on the ground floor. I had breakfast, and the breakfast buffet selection was pretty broad, so there should be something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Takashima train station, and about a 10 minute walk from Yokohama station. Would consider staying here again if I am in the area.

コインランドリーと自動販売機が無いのが不満ではあるが、サービスは非常に素晴らしかった。 Kアリーナでライブがあれば是非とも利用したい。 1階にローソンがあるのも良い。宿泊費は高いが、値段に合ったサービスだと感じた。

Kアリーナのライブで利用しました。帰りの混雑に合うことも無く、案内の方が立っていてくれた事もあり、スムーズに部屋に戻ることが出来ました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧な中にフレンドリーな対応でとても好感が持てます。レストランの朝食も大変美味しかったです。改善を求めるとするならば、館内に自販機がないので事前に用意する必要があります。すぐ近くのコンビニも23時には閉まってしまいます。そこは不便さを感じました。あと、黒をポイントとした部屋の内装である為、埃の目立つ箇所があります。枕元の調光ダイヤルの下の部分の埃は明らかに拭き忘れであると思われ、そこは少し残念でした。でも、次回もまた利用したいと思うくらいには満足しています。

Very nice hotel to stay at! The only thing is the ACs are not that cold. We called the front desk to ask to turn it down more and they turned the ECO mode off but it still wasn't cold enough so they kindly let us moved rooms. The AC in the new room was a little bit better as the fan was stronger. Overall, very nice place to stay! Great views!

We were given a room facing the k-arena big screen which was playing video all day with sound. We couldn't stand the constant noise and asked to be moved to a higher floor. And we got relocared to a higher floor which is much quieter.

The property itself is nice. It's a little ways away from any shopping or restaurants, and the one bar and grill downstairs (connected but not part of the Hilton) wasn't that great. The breakfast buffet was good, though we were oddly ignored when we asked for coffee, while everyone around us wasn't. 4 days in a row... The same could be said for the dinner buffet we tried once; within 5 minutes of sitting down to eat we were presented with our bill. No one else that we could see anywhere had theirs, almost like we, the foreigners, were being hurried out. Like I said, the hotel is kind of on a food island, and you have to walk to one of the nearby malls 10-15 minutes away to find something to eat, or even coffee. That's a little rare in major cities in Japan, where hotels are interconnected with every type of convenience. It's a Hilton, so the room was certainly up to par and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, just not at the restaurants.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とにかくスタッフのみなさまの接遇が素晴らしくて、感動しました。そしてお部屋もお手洗いとバス、洗面がセパレートにアップグレードしていただけて、バスソルトのお風呂にゆったり浸かって穏やかに過ごせた事も有難かったです。　ホテルから利用させていただいたタクシーの運転手さんも、スーツケースでも便利なエスカレーターがる入口付近を案内してくださり、土地勘のないわたしに駅へのアクセスを丁寧に教えてくださいました。最初から最後まで、すべてにおいて心地よく快適で素敵な滞在となりました。ありがとうございます。

Most of points in this hotel has been great except the location of restaurant for breakfast and rigid behavior of its coffee shop employees who refused to serve us because only one of the two people were ordering. What a crazy policy and the bearer sticking to it when not even one seat was occupied.

何度も利用していますが、ディナーブッフェメイン料理の鴨肉、羊肉が硬くて美味しくなかったのが残念でした。GW料金設定でかなり割高に感じました。レストランスタッフの接客もいまひとつで感じがあまり良くない。デザートのケーキの出し方が取りやすいようにサーブされていないものがあり、見た目が悪かった。目配りして欲しい。デザートは前回の方が良かった。

The view from our room (16th floor) was incredible! I would like to stay there again. BTW, if you want to use their buffet, make sure to get there way before 9:30. By then, they start to take the food away.
