Cozy rooms, kind staff, and yummy welcome drink. Showers are hard to manage temperature (scalding or cold), but that was the only minor issue.

He really enjoyed our stay. Particularly the restaurant was a great experience: they had a special menu for Valentine's Day, and were well looked after by Carla, the bar and restaurant manager who introduced us to some excellent Chilean Malbec!

The room was good and spacious, with a great view over the lake. The staff is a bit of a hit and miss, but mostly unattentive or giving the wrong information. We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could have any food. They told us that the restaurant would only open at 2pm but we could have some breakfast. We paid and then we were told that the staff at the bar had already put things away so they refunded the money. In the room, the first night we were there we realised there was no shower gel. The following day, when the room was made, we were only given one hand towel instead of two. Finally, on our last night we asked if they could book us a taxi for the following morning as we were leaving very early and they seemed to have written down the wrong time (7:20 instead of 6:30, so a bit random as well). I speak Spanish and there was no misunderstanding at the time. the staff repeated the correct time at night but somehow wrote it down incorrectly, so the following morning we had to scramble to find one at the last moment (early mornings are popular in PN) . Luckily the morning staff was able to request an urgent taxi which came 7 min afterwards. We had to catch a bus to Argentina so it was a stressful 10-min which could have been avoided. All in all, the property is very nice but considering the price I would expect a top notch service and care, which wasn't the case.
