Air conditioning was run from a single control in the main house for all the rooms you could call and request it to be adjusted but it would be for all the rooms not just yours. The water for the shower was less than luke warm and would not get hot.The key pad for the door kept saying failed operation when we tried to lock the room when leaving. The room was not dirty and was in ok condition but this would not be my choice if I visit again.

Lovely room! Very clean and spacious. Proprietor was so nice and helpful. We had all we needed - they thought of everything. Great breakfast!

I thought the property mentioned it was 6 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was not but it was about 12 miles or so from the entrance. Still a fairly good location. The room was clean and the property with only 4 rooms was cute. The walls were thin and you could hear loudly the upstairs toilet flush. I am fortunate as I always travel my sound machine to block out noise. The pillows were too fluffy for me causing my neck to hurt. The second night I used the extra blanket for my pillow. With all that being said I liked the place for the money we spent

This was a great place to stay close to Bryce Canyon! It was a quiet little town with a few great places to eat that's out of the actual Bryce Canyon City area. There's also a gas station and convenience store at the main road. This was an introverts dream! We got our room info including the code to get into our room by email. We didn't have to do the typical check in process which was so nice. The room was so nice. It was very clean, and the bathroom was really big. The bed was comfy too. The AC is controlled by the "main office" but we were comfortable using the space heater that is in the room. We had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The only thing I would mention is that if you're a light sleeper, ask for the top floor. I'm a light sleeper and the people above us were walking around for a while and it made it impossible to fall asleep. Then they got up really early, so I was also awake super early 😂 I think that just happens sometimes and it's nothing the property owners can help. This was a great place to stay I would recommend it to anyway needing a place to stay on their way through!
