We selected the Scapes Hotel for our 2D1N Genting Highlands trip. Our deluxe room was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a car made it easy for us to get around and travel up and down the mountain.

Only one staff attending to the check-in, it took quite a long time to settle the check-in.

The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)

The place is ok. Its away from the main center so there is not a lot to do walking distance. Would be good if you are looking for a scape and disconnect, however they receive a lot of families and groups that make the stay a bit noisy.
