Toilet would not flush properly. It overflowed. Front desk person said “when you’re done, come up here and you can switch rooms.” We were on first floor and got relocated to second floor…when we asked about location of elevator, front desk person pointed and said “stairs”. So rude and no apology for anything. Although not his fault, it was clear he did not belong in a customer service role. No elevator surprised us, but the hotel was only two floors. Will not recommend or stay again.

Old hotel but looks like they have renovated. Clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Pool is clean. No elevator but it’s only 2 floors. Not many hotels in this area so for the price and for our short stay it was fine. I would stay again.

Breakfast was very good. The front desk women were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean but felt a little damp. Also we were in the second building and the door to the outside was not locked. I would have felt even more secure knowing there was no way for no paying customers to get in.

The hotel was clean and close to the zoo that we came to visit for 2 days . However , the pool was closed the 2nd day of our stay due to cleaning amd that was a bummer for the kids who kust wanted to swim ,the reason why we booked a hotel with swimming pool. If cleaning can take place at night ,it would be better if possible . But the hotel was nice and close to restaurants and the zoo ,which made the trip easier .

We were surprised there was no elevator. I was glad we didn’t have a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs. I didn’t see any cameras in the stairwell area, but on the hallways pointing down the hall. The outside door we could use to go in by the stairs, that you should have to use your keycard was broken, but door wasn’t actually locked so anyone could walk in. Other than that everything else was nice, staff was pleasant and professional, room was nice and clean, just security/safety was not like I’d expected.

The check-in was hassle-free and swift. Unfortunately, we encountered two cockroaches in our room, which marred our experience. One cockroach was seen on the ceiling at night, while the other was found on our clean towels in the bathroom. To top it off, the shower drain filled up slowly, causing us to stand in water during our shower. The breakfast was ok.to we stayed 2 nights.

Hotel was overall ok but upon checking in, I took a shower and when reaching for a towel discovered a pair of used dirty underwear belonging to someone else!!! I asked repeatedly for a manager but one was never on site. Probably wouldn’t return to this particular location.

There was mold above the door and down the side as well as around the light switch. My 8 year old child is highly allergic to mold so it was a very difficult night. The man at check out seemed as though he couldn’t care less

Overall very nice hotel with updated room. Only a few issues that I feel would bump my rating up. There was no ice in the ice machine our entire stay, nor was there water in the vending machine. Pretty much no drinking water except for the water fountain in the lobby which was awful. The water from the sink tasted better. We also found a bandaid in the bathtub when we first got there so cleanliness could have done better. Overall great place to stay when visiting the zoo. Very convenient on and off the highway and 5 minutes from the zoo. Would still recommend despite the few speed bumps.

Rooms were clean. Had some hot water issues but the reason our stay deserves a review is Elaina at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and knew her stuff. We had made reservations through a 3rd party but needed extra nights and she made the transition quick and easy. It’s hard to find customer service these days that have all the skills and she had them.

We splurged a little and got the king-sized suite since our little girl was with us and would need some room to roam. It was the perfect setup for us. The room is huge, it functions well, and it’s surprisingly beautiful! Everything is very clean and appears to be recently remodeled. The breakfast is awesome! It’s too cold and early in the season for the pool, but there have been men out there doing maintenance to prepare it. We haven’t heard a noise from another person the entire time we’ve been here (except breakfast). You can tell the owners must do a good job caring for their property. We will definitely stay here again.

Much about the property seemed adequate, but cramped, e.g. small bathroom, cramped breakfast area, etc. The building has been renovated, but still some final touches needed, e.g. a disabled ramp at the front door, nicely repainted door but with unpainted hinges, etc. Overall though, pretty good value for the money.

I use to live in Asheboro and I know how long this hotel had been there. Came back to town for a visit and was pleasantly suprised at how nice and clean it was. The lobby is very inviting, the room was also very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was alot more then you get at most hotels. Meat, waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, there were other choices but I didn't look at everything. Eggs would have made it great! Checkout was easy. My only complaint was they didn't have password protected wifi, so my computer wouldn't let me go to the sites I needed to. Also, no explanation at checkin about the wifi instructions. But, hey the price was great, the hotel was so clean and the bed was great, its really hard to complain about the wifi. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

Overall, the property was ok. Not the best looking place from the roadside, but inside it was evident that there had been some remodeling that happened recently. All of the staff members that my family and I interacted with were very pleasant. The room was serviced daily and fresh towels provided. However, the bathroom was incredibly small, barely enough room for one adult to comfortably get ready for the day. The shower curtain was linen and just long enough to go past the edge of the tub. The floor was soaked after each shower my family took. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the door had to be cracked to let air flow during showers. The bathroom door was heavier that the door to the room. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. Overall, the staff was pleasant but we would not atay again.

Went for a soccer tournament and impressed with the warm welcome—lemonade and cookies for the kids. Staff was standout in friendliness and helpfulness all weekend. Convenient to tournament and lots of food options nearby.

The staff was great and very helpful. We had trouble getting the key cards to work at time. One of the cards in particular wouldn’t work. It was easier for us to park in the back and use the rear entrance which requires the key card to open the door. It wouldn’t work at all on the rear entrance so we had to walk all the way around to the front. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The shower head was old, leaking, and falling apart. There are some things that need attention but the staff is wonderful.

Very friendly desk person swiftly checked us in. Made excellent dinner dining suggestion which we enjoyed. Lobby very clean as was parking lot. Room was basic and very very comfortable. Continental breakfast was ready and the coffee was waiting early. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff was fantastic in every way and this hotel was completely spotless. The breakfast area was also very clean with a good variety of options for both days or of our stay. The location was good and the parking lot well-lit. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Easy check in. Renovations were going on at the property, but our room was wonderful. Breakfast had a lot of choices including waffles. Only downside, if you leave to go to Walmart, etc, on the way back, you have to get on the interstate and get right back off because you there is not a turn into the hotel from the opposite side of the road.

Very nice stay, I was there for one night. Quiet, yet very close to the freeway. 10 minutes to Tot Hill Farm Golf Course. Breakfast selections were good overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. It was very clean and quiet. The hotel's location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent it included just about anything you would want or need. The only thing it didn't have that I missed were eggs, either boiled or scrambled.

Everything was wonderful until the next morning. The breakfast looked like it was leftover from the day before. The sausage was shriveled up and the individually wrapped biscuits were dry and too hard to swallow. The only tasty thing was the gravy.

I use to live in Asheboro and I know how long this hotel had been there. Came back to town for a visit and was pleasantly suprised at how nice and clean it was. The lobby is very inviting, the room was also very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was alot more then you get at most hotels. Meat, waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, there were other choices but I didn't look at everything. Eggs would have made it great! Checkout was easy. My only complaint was they didn't have password protected wifi, so my computer wouldn't let me go to the sites I needed to. Also, no explanation at checkin about the wifi instructions. But, hey the price was great, the hotel was so clean and the bed was great, its really hard to complain about the wifi. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to town.

Breakfast was very good. The front desk women were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean but felt a little damp. Also we were in the second building and the door to the outside was not locked. I would have felt even more secure knowing there was no way for no paying customers to get in.

Rooms and entire hotel is very clean. The staff is as friendly and helpful as any I’ve been around. Breakfast was solid with the usual hotel breakfast . Parking is convenient to entry ways. Just a quick 5 minute drive to all the restaurants downtown and 10 minutes from McCrary park.

Everything was really nice but the room was so humid. The sheets felt slightly damp. As long as the AC was running it felt nice but not so long after it would turn off the humidity rose.

The property was not easily accessible from both directions. The room appeared clean; however, I found it disturbing that the coffee pot was located in the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short to prevent water from getting on the floor. A very large cockroach climbed out from underneath the shower spigot handle. The deadbolt in the room would not fasten all the way closed. The room was not well insulated, as you could hear everyone in the hallway. I will never stay at another Quality Inn.
