Have stayed multiple times. Always clean & quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Kitchenette has induction stove top, requires pots and pans specifically for that type. Others will not work. Bring your own plates, flatware & utensils. Great value for your money.

Hotel staff was very kind and room large and comfortable. I loved the little kitchenette and the tv had a multitude of channels. Bed was comfy and room exceptionally clean. Best of all, a great price!

The trailer parking is a separate lot with NO light or cameras. It’s behind the hotel so the staff can’t see what is going on there. Completely unsafe once the sun goes down since there is NO lights. The hotel lot is brightly lit so no reason why they couldn’t install one light fixture back there. Raised concerns with the staff who didn’t care, lied and said there was lighting and talked down to be because I was a woman. Wouldn’t give me the Wi-Fi password, said I didn’t need it and said staff likes to be with family on weekends so no housekeeping. They did change the towels daily. Kids running around outside making noise past 9 PM and staff said nothing. If you don’t have a trailer, it’s an ok place to stay. If you have a trailer, avoid this place.

I have no complaints about this hotel the room was clean the bathroom was clean it had a fridge a top counter stove and the price was reasonable for what we did get the parking could be extended but over all I would definitely be coming back again and I do recommend this place

This is the second time I stay here. Parking is hidden from the Main Street and it is quite. Room has a mini kitchen that includes refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

This property is in excellent shape and the only drawback is that they need new bath towels and seem to me they are to cheap to replace all of the bath towels and some have skid marks on them or stains.

Surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Easy check in. Beds were so comfortable, very hot water which I liked, came with kitchen which was convenient and close to the competition. Only bad thing was a roach the morning we were leaving on the kitchen counter. Told the staff and they were gonna get it cleaned and sprayed right away. Would definitely come back

Incredible all around. The price for such a nice, well-kept, clean hotel within five miles of every restaurant and store you'd need is almost too good to be true. The maids came by every day to tidy up the room, the front desk is available 24/7, and the amenities are top notch. The bed is comfy, the air conditioning works really well, and the water pressure is great (which is rare for a hotel!). The only downside is that the air quality can become quite poor during certain weather conditions. Upon my arrival, I could barely stand outside for more than thirty seconds without my throat hurting. If you have asthma or are sensitive to poor air quality, keep this in mind. I am not dinging the hotel for this, however, because it's not the hotel's fault; they cannot control Texas and the federal gov't allowing the local plants to pollute the local air and environment. Once you're inside your room, the air quality issue ceases to exist. Make sure you don't listen to the GPS when traveling here. My GPS kept trying to take me down E. Ninth Street, but that's not how you get to the hotel. You turn into the hotel's parking lot straight off Center Street.

Check in was easy and fast. Workers had a smile and were very polite through entire check in/check out. Room was still clean and smelled fresh. Front desk gave us 2 more pillows upon request without any complaints or negative attitude. Bed was comfortable We were able to hear the person next to us snoring, but we were so tired and it didn't bother us after that. Overall, great experience and if we are in the area again, definitely going to stay here again.

I’ve stayed here many times and it was great, they even know me. This time, however, I woke up with red itchy bites all over my hands and arm. They refused to believe it was bed bugs or fleas or anything. They said they had an exterminator come check and didn’t find anything, but I was in a different room across the way the whole time (they switched my room for me on my third and last night there) and never saw anyone in there checking. They refused to give me a refund at all or rectify the situation in the least. Just said sorry and sent me on my way. It’s a health hazard and I’ll be reporting it to the health department. BEWARE.

We often stay at the Studio 6 in Deer park when we go to the Houston area, The crew is very friendly and helpfull, the facility is clean and well kept. We will visit them again whenever we stay in Deer Park, tx.

The room and grounds were VERY clean and nice and the staff was friendly. Everything was great. My only complaint were the interruptions to see if we were out of our room yet. If check out is at 11am, then please do not continue to knock on our door to see if we're gone yet... even more... do not use your key to walk in while we are still there. My husband was sitting at the desk next to the door and there was no knock. The situation could have been much worse and embarrassing. I understand you saw our vehicle leave, however only one of us stepped out to grab coffee. I recommend knocking first... or having the "Privacy" tags on the door knob.

In between places at the moment and i chose this property. The office worker was very nice and made sure he explained everything in detail. This was the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. I recommend this hotel .

Need to verify if motel provides breakfast as advertised, desk said they were working it for future. Upgrading towels to higher quality would change my rating to excellent and parking layout is a little awkward if you get a room towards front of property.

Motel room satisfying the only thing is that they are not disclosing the pet fee on line on the site they're surprising you once you are already there, and secondly they don't offer /give coffeeon motel site in other words you get nothing in this motel .
