A one night stop over. The check in experience was quite underwhelming - no welcome smile and just the bare minimum of interaction. He also spoke to me in English - I am fluent in French and spoke to him in French. This is the only time this has happened to me in a long time. We also tried to get a drink at the bar - that was hard work. Even though the bar and the reception are the same room the 2 receptionists did not come over until we went to them. Pretty poor. The room was clean and well provisioned - just a little tight. The shower floor was a little spongy. Although the maintenance guy told me they were refitting these over this summer since they knew there was a problem. So that resolved the bathroom would be great.

Il serait bien de prévoir un second rouleau de papier toilettes étant 3 filles il nous en a manqué Le parking meme si un peu chère est un grand plus Nois avons passez un agréable sejour Nous reviendrons

Hôtel très bien placé au plein cœur de la gare de Perpignan. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking souterrain sous l'hôtel très pratique. Très bonne insonorisation. Je recommande !

The standard of the hotel was superb, and its access to the rail and bus stations couldn’t have been better. There were two places within the complex to get a snack, and a lovely restaurant just a few minutes walk away. I thoroughly recommend the hotel, which was clean and quiet, and very well served, with free still or sparking water on tap as well as excellent staff and facilities.

The hotel was hard for me( Japanese ) to find, the building was next to the sta. the entrance was hard for me o find, a local lady told me the entrance. The hotel is so good for very quiet to sleep, the room is wide, bright , locates next to the train sta. The first request to me was to pay deposite money of 100eur, it's ok, but at the morning of check-out , though my train ticket to Lyon of France is ,7:05 am , the staff couldn't pay me back the 100eur soon, I said to him, please hurry , i can't take the trai, be hurry, but he couldn't , another young lady staff came and she payed me back the 100eur soon. I was about to miss the train which i bought ahead in Japan by net. it was very scary happening to me. Only this was very inconvienient happening. Anyway , thank you.

Il est désagréable de devoir verser d'office une somme de 100 € pour couvrir le contenu du mini bar qui contient 3-4 jus de fruits, sans qu'il y ait d'inventaire à l'entrée. Nous louons une chambre dont le montant est plus ou moins similaire à cette somme. C'est scandaleux ! Mettez des distributeurs à l'accueil ou près des ascenseurs !

Belle hotel, chambre tres bien , literie, plateau thé/café, mais abattant des toilettes en plastique simple et douchette de la douche obsolete et vieillote pour un 4etoiles...bof bof mais le pire est que j’avais une bouteille d’eau en verre vide et des tarifs pour de l’eau....et j’ai appris plus tard qu’il y avait unz fontaine pour remplir la bouteille vide de ma chambre--> mauvaise communication avec affichage payant et aucune information de la standardiste a l’accueil!!!!un comble pour un 4 etoiles!!!

C’est la deuxième fois que je me rends sur cette hôtel. , on m’a donné une chambre qui n’était pas faite draps sale et chambre désordonné. Par la suite changer de chambre, cela n’a pas été une bonne expérience pour moi car j’ai perdu du temps et il n’y a pas eu de compensation et même de geste commercial ou même un petit déjeuner offert de la part de l’hôtel.

La habitatacion buen tenia la superior,limpieza en la ducha rastros de humedad negra que el dia de hoy no trendria qye estar, Lo que no me gusto fue el desayuno no pude comer revueltos porqué estuvo largo tiempo sin reponer la fuente,aparte el comedor muy pequeño para ka gente que habia, los productos no estaban algunos visibles, a mi vuelta a casa ni parare alli.

La chambre demanderait a être plus insonorisé,en rapport à l'axe routier Également il faudrait, autant faire ce peut,mettre plus de pateres et d'étagères dans la salle de bain,il serait judicieux également d'une une protection supplémentaire au niveau de la douche, afin d'éviter que le sol soit mouillé Le petit déjeuner est excellent,le personnel est également parfait

The staff were helpful and friendly but the facilities were not very practical. The shower screen is too short so the floor gets wet The WiFi signal was inconsistent and difficult to connect to. The air conditioning was noisy No kettle or coffee and nowhere to get one nearby even at 8.30pm on Saturday evening The washbasin design looks nice but is awkward to use. I had to pay €50 for extras for tax, breakfast and parking. In the details it said parking was “available” but there was no mention of a charge, breakfast was not mentioned

The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and a great size. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise it's a bit of a trek into town but fabulous if you are planning to travel by train to the surrounding area. One niggle was that the safe in our room was not working. They did offer at reception to take care of our valuables but it's not as convenient as having a safe in your room.

The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable and a great size. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was hard for me( Japanese ) to find, the building was next to the sta. the entrance was hard for me o find, a local lady told me the entrance. The hotel is so good for very quiet to sleep, the room is wide, bright , locates next to the train sta. The first request to me was to pay deposite money of 100eur, it's ok, but at the morning of check-out , though my train ticket to Lyon of France is ,7:05 am , the staff couldn't pay me back the 100eur soon, I said to him, please hurry , i can't take the trai, be hurry, but he couldn't , another young lady staff came and she payed me back the 100eur soon. I was about to miss the train which i bought ahead in Japan by net. it was very scary happening to me. Only this was very inconvienient happening. Anyway , thank you.

Ideally situated next to bus and train station to enable us to visit places nearby. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good too. Would definitely return again.

The hotel was very central to the bus and train station and only a 15 walk ti the centre. The rooms were compact but comfortable and the breakfast was plentigul.

Tivemos uma boa experiencia no hotel com ótimo serviço, só deixou a desejar a localização para quem gosta de deixar o carro no hotel e explorar a cidade a pé, pois é distante do centro turístico e com pedintes e moradores de rua que nos deixaram insegura para retornar a pé para o hotel após o por do sol.

Tivemos uma boa experiencia no hotel com ótimo serviço, só deixou a desejar a localização para quem gosta de deixar o carro no hotel e explorar a cidade a pé, pois é distante do centro turístico e com pedintes e moradores de rua que nos deixaram insegura para retornar a pé para o hotel após o por do sol.

Íbamos una familia de 4 y nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones muy grandes conectadas, ha sido un acierto total. El desayuno muy completo y cuidado. El personal muy amable. Algo alejado del centro a pie pero no fue problema.

Really good Hotel, close to Train station and other forms of transport. Staff really helpful, everything else was first rate, except breakfast. wasn't a great choice. no staff topping up hot food

La habitatacion buen tenia la superior,limpieza en la ducha rastros de humedad negra que el dia de hoy no trendria qye estar, Lo que no me gusto fue el desayuno no pude comer revueltos porqué estuvo largo tiempo sin reponer la fuente,aparte el comedor muy pequeño para ka gente que habia, los productos no estaban algunos visibles, a mi vuelta a casa ni parare alli.

La chambre demanderait a être plus insonorisé,en rapport à l'axe routier Également il faudrait, autant faire ce peut,mettre plus de pateres et d'étagères dans la salle de bain,il serait judicieux également d'une une protection supplémentaire au niveau de la douche, afin d'éviter que le sol soit mouillé Le petit déjeuner est excellent,le personnel est également parfait

Como hotel de paso - bien. Buen acceso, parking. La cama muy cómoda, pero AC hace mucho ruido, incluso en nivel mínimo. El desayuno muy limitado con poca variedad sin reponerlo al tiempo ( a las 7:30 ya no quedaba casi nada). Y desde luego el precio de desayuno por lo que ofrecen es desorbitado.

Right on station. Room facing platforms and town yet quiet. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nice tea. Sparkling water provided. Nice smelling shampoo and soap. Breakfast also satisfactory. Would come back.

The room was lovely: spacious, great mattress and pillows, large shower space, espresso machine, large water carafe for still or sparkling water. The breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful. The person who checked me in was warm and welcoming. When I told her I was going to go out for coffee after checking in , she told me there was a coffee machine in my room. Once I got to the room I realized there were no milk packets for my coffee. I went back down to the same person, and asked if had any milk available. She went to the breakfast room and got a tea pot and she heated milk for me to take up to my room. What a nice touch that was! Everyone I encountered in the hotel were obviously committed to making it a great overnight stay. And last: the location for an overnight stay to break up the Paris to Madrid trip was perfect. The hotel is attached to the train station and a ten to fifteen minute walk to the restaurants and downtown area.
