The pictures on the site don’t tell the facility is located together with offices in the building. Nothing was wrong but not easy to find my room. I stayed 3 nights for business. When i checked in, the receptionist didn’t tell me about the room make-up policy that it will be cleaned only with request. I found this next day a saw small card saying this on the desk. Even i had to tell one day before. Somehow i got my room cleaned next day but still so dusty below bed. They never did vacuum cleaning under the bed. Shampoo/hand-wash soap seem cheap quality. Breakfast is just normal. Good thing was people were kind and fitness room facility was ok. That’s it. I wouldn’t stay again if it is necessary

The hotel was fine. The shuttle was a disaster. They give you directions that no one even at the airport could tell us where that location was and we ended up traversing between two different terminals and finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. When we brought this up with the Front Desk clerk, he was not interested at all. We were not the only person staying in the hotel that evening that had the same exact experience and had to take a taxi so their shuttle service is not good at all.

Firstly, don’t be fooled by the pictures of the rooms you’re supposed to be booking we had a completely different room than the one in the picture. We travel A LOT and this was the first time it happened, so I told the front desk crew they pretended like they have no clue what I’m talking about, but they are terrible liars you could see it in their face, and the girls at the front brought out a manager (I didn’t ask for one) to tell me it’s €20 more for the one in the picture or we can cancel our room! We only went here ‘cause it was supposed to be close to the airport but it was not and cab ride there was €25 basically the same as the shuttle bus fee for two people. Anyway needless to say go anywhere else but this place they are thieves and tricksters and clearly desperate for an extra 20 bucks so pathetic. The rooms are EXTREMELY tight we didn’t have enough room for two carry on and one luggage, the bathroom was moldy on the corners and there was a used tooth paste in the bathroom on the counter beside the sink and garbage already in the garbage as if someone had just left and they never bothered to clean the room. Breakfast options were also terrible. Oh and it looks like they converted an office building to a hotel you have to go to another building to get to your room it’s ridiculous.

Rooms were cosy, and very convenient being next to the airport, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice however, the downside is that the planes are loud at night. The bar and restaurant were also closed due to staff sickness? Overall a good experience and convenient if you’re travelling to Therme Erding

Room was very small and not enough outlets. Directions were unclear to get to our room, poor signage. Alarm went off at 3:00 AM causing a n evacuation. NO HOTEL STAFF were present to guide guests to safety or announce an ALL CLEAR when it was safe to return to our room. I went to the front desk for information but NO STAFF was present. I went back to the room to call the desk however THERE WAS NO PHONE in the room. I have traveled extensively throughout the USA and several trips across Europe and this has been by far the poorest excuse for a hotel

Good stay. The room was unbelievably small and there was a little difficulty with the front staff person I talked to when I first checked in, but overall, the stay was comfortable and fairly convenient. The cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly.

Der Empfang war sehr nett, wirklich freundliches Personal. Aber wir hatten eine furchtbare Nacht, es waren immer wieder laute Laufgeräusche wie einer laufenden Dusche zu hören Wir machten die Klimaanlage aus, weil die oft laut ist, aber es half nichts. In regelmäßigen Abständen rauschte es laut und es war schwer, Schlaf zu finden. Wir glauben, dass die Konstruktion des Hauses schlecht und damit extrem hellhörig ist und die Rohre/Leitungen nicht isoliert sind. Sonst ist das Hotel schön und nah zum Flughafen, aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Le design de l'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est courtois, le petit déjeuner est bon. Cependant la chambre était glaciale à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas réussi à la réchauffer suffisamment. Nous avons dû dormir avec plusieurs épaisseurs de vêtements et avec nos tuques pour supporter le froid de la pièce. Vraiment désagréable comme expérience.

The room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked for the room to have a phone in order to be able to call if we needed any information or had an emergency. Our room was a good 3 to 5 minute walk to the reception area. Also, the blinds needed some type of rod in order to make it easier to close them.

Check in schrecklich - zuerst bekam ich eine Zimmerkarte welche nicht funktionierte, danach ging ich zur Rezeption, erklärte mein Problem, bekam eine neuen, Zimmerkarte funktionierte, jedoch war das Zimmer von einem anderen Gast belegt, noch einmal samt Gepäck zur Rezeption, Problem geschildert, neues Zimmer bekomme, wurde ins Zimmer begleitet, Zimmer klein aber schön, am nächsten Tag nachmittags wollte ich wieder ins Zimmer, Zimmerkarte funktionierte wieder nicht, noch einmal zur Rezeption... Ich kann's verstehen wenn ein Fehler passiert aber nicht 3.

emailed and texted for info about the shuttle, no reaponse so i called upon landing, rude person. The check in was also cold with an attitude. Not even a bottle of water in the room. the air controls, nothing would change when adjusting them. Honestly i think the meter was there only for show because none of the buttons changed anything. Lastly the blanket was perhaps a bit larger than a kid bnanket, very strange and weird experience. Can tell they cheap out on everything. Also the room in the picture was nothing like the tiny little corner i got. Horrible overall, never going back. Bad bar service too extremely slow girl training 10 minutes per drink.

We needed up here last minute due to a flight cancellation just a day before. It was a really great experience, the answered our questions and told us how to get into Munich via the bus. Breakfast was amazing, beds were very comfortable, wonderful staff, bar service in the hotel was really good. Happily visit again

Flightgate Munich Airport, fantastic hotel easy to get to from the airport. I arrived very late staff were accomdating and quickly had me sorted out and they spoke great english. In terms of accommodation ground floor very post modern with a good bar and breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and well laid out and facilities felt modern. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was fine. The shuttle was a disaster. They give you directions that no one even at the airport could tell us where that location was and we ended up traversing between two different terminals and finally had to take a taxi to the hotel. When we brought this up with the Front Desk clerk, he was not interested at all. We were not the only person staying in the hotel that evening that had the same exact experience and had to take a taxi so their shuttle service is not good at all.

Staff was ok at best. The front desk wasn’t able to print a receipt so they were to send an emailed receipt. It hasn’t been received yet. The restaurant staff person was not overly friendly nor helpful but it was late and maybe they were tired of the tourists. Would I stay here again? Yes but my expectations of service would be lower.

Modern hotel with a nice vibe. Friendly staff. Only downside is no direct public transport to the airport. Bus then S Bahn. Around an hour commute to the city centre - again with the use of bus and S Bahn.

It was close to the airport but two different cab drivers from airport made out like they didn't know where it was even though we had the address. Finally we got a cab, who dropped us off on the dark side of the hotel. Main problem is there is virtual NO signage around the hotel especially at 9pm you cannot see the one barely lit sign until you are under it. Definitely will not stay there again.

such an interesting place. It is in a business park, and the address on google took me to the business park entrance. There was no signage to the reception, and I was walking in circles for 15 minutes since I couldn't find a single person. Interesting layout, the rooms are not attached to the reception, you have to leave, go into the business center and navigate to the rooms. It is so weird how disjointed it is. Felt unsafe in some ways. However, the breakfast is so worth the 22euros per person.

Weird layout sharing an elevator with the connected office building. There are better and cheaper options but this was fine. I slept well.

The staff provided excellent service. The advertisement for "restaurant" is a bit misleading. There's a very limited menu, very limited. The rooms are distant from the reception area. To access the rooms you must have a room key to open the door to hotel rooms area, which is great. The beds are super comfortable, and the room size is typical for a hotel room in Europe. There's no phone in the room, which can be an inconvenience to patrons who are from another country, and there's no phone number provided to call the front desk staff for questions. The hotel guide on the TV is missing a lot of information, and there's not an information packet in the room. Overall, it was decent. For Americans who enjoy iced beverages, the communal ice machine wasn't working. The bar and reception staff were very accommodating when asked to get ice from the bar. It was a bit of a walk to go get ice, and no ice bucket was provided, only a glass of ice. This is a cultural thing. I'm just adding as an FYI. Overall, the staff is exceptionally courteous, the hotel is clean, safe, and close to the airport.
