Great design, clean and tidy, high quality service and excellent location. Interior design is very thoughtful and stylish, quite calming and everything worked well in the room. Hotel is new so everything is in good condition and kept well. Service quality is high and staff is really helpful. They also have a Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Location is marvelous and very close to Corso Garibaldi which is nice lively shopping street, Brera, Chinatown and good quality restaurants, bars and cafes. Porto Garibaldi station is also very near so there is easy access to Malpensa airport. Location felt really safe. Tram noise can be bothering for noise sensitive guests but didn’t disturb our family at all. There is quite limited room for overcoats and other clothes one might want to hang on a hanger. Overall nice hotel and just about in line with the room price of around 280€/night

The room was great and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately i chose this hotel for the rooftop access. When we checked in we were notified th rooftop was only accessible for 1 person in our party of 3 and for only 1 day. The others would have to pay an additional $50 to access the rooftop. I decided to wait to go up on our 2nd night. Around 9 pm i went downstairs for them to grant me access but they said it was closed. I was annoyed because it had just gotten dark and the rooftop photos were the reason i chose the hotel. Needless to say I did not get to see it at all. The spa was the same way. Only 1 person could access the spa and the others would have to pay an additional $15 each. I decided to go down to take a look and it was no spa. Just a large jacuzzi with a wet and dry sauna. In the summer that is a useless amenity. The location was ideal and the balconies were great but no wifi on the balconies within the room and the 1 outlet that was outside didnt give off power. Also, when i went to access the rooftop and got off at the 12th floor, i went trhough a double door that lead outside to stairs, but there was no reentry. Sadly i had to walk down 12 flights of stairs then buzz through the parking garage to then walk back through the lobby to regain access into the building. so i give the review a 3 out of 5. the suite luckily was advertised accurately and that saved the trip.

The view they use for the property on the rooftop is only available if you book the Penthouse Suite an extra £1300. Took ages to find this out as reception was very slow on Saturday night. False Advertising. Won't be going back as there are plenty of other hotels at this price point.

This a very nice hotel in excellent location. Very modern and clean. Reception is so friendly and helpful. Next door parking is a plus and you can access from the hotel. Beds are comfortable. My family and I enjoyed it so much.

Really disappointed about this. The pictures of this hotel make it look like it’s got a lovely hot tub and rooftop bar with an amazing view of these sky scrapers… it doesn’t - there is no rooftop hot tub, there is no rooftop bar or place to sit, these are a 3000 euro per night penthouse suite and not for any guest to use. Ruined our holiday Breakfast was poor. Over run, running out of everything within seconds. Tables weren’t cleared so we had no where to sit on two days until we had to ask a waiter to go and clear a table for us. The staff were always helpful when asked, but it appeared they were just over run at breakfast time.

So overall the property and stay was good. Most staff were nice and knowledgeable. What I didn’t like was on my first night the gentleman helping me seemed like he was all over the place, told me I got an upgrade to my room so that I had an excellent stay but the room was what I had paid for..then when I got to the room, the door to the patio was broken (so I couldn’t access the patio) and I told him but he brushed me off and said it wasn’t broken, just locked. I told him the handle had come off and he said someone would look into it. They didn’t fix it, they opened a different door/window so could have been a misunderstanding. The night crew is who helped me and fixed the door, so I appreciated that. The kettle was full of dirty water and a couple towels had stains on them and bed had no top sheet, so that concerned me a bit on the cleanliness but overall the rest of the room and bed seemed ok. Very comfortable bed but LOUD room. I could hear everything outside which was no fun in the last night when we needed to get to bed early for a very early flight the next morning. Otherwise, very convenient location. Great Sushi restaurant right on the corner and shopping area beside the hotel.

Overall a very nice hotel. The cleaning was a challenge though and when I reported that the mop was till in my room and that the bathroom was uncleaned the Reception just asked what I wanted him to do. The cleaners we’re still in the building but they never returned and I just put the. Op out in the corridor and cleaned the bathroom myself.

O hotel é novo e com boas condições mas, infelizmente, apesar do quarto confortável, fica ao lado de uma linha de TRAM/BONDE que passa de 20/20 minutos à noite toda com um barulho ensurdecedor. Detalhe, como comumente não se ligam os ar-condicionados na Europa esta época, ou você morre de calor com tudo fechado ou não dorme com o bonde. os quartos necessitam de tratamento acústico ou liberar o ar-condicionado.

Great hotel in the heart of Milan. Close to trains, food and anything else a tourist could ask for. The rooms we clean and the hotel staff are friendly. Helped with everything, check in was good. We never ate here but had a few drinks at the bar. Bar staff was friendly.

Staff never recognized my VIP status. Hotel never answered the 2 emails i sent prior my arrival. The bed was double bed so terrible for 2 people to sleep together. Very noisy..for all the 5 nights durinf the whole night there was noise as if furnitures were being moved around above us. Incorrect charges at the check out.

The staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. It felt that we were profiled to being young guests, and as a result of that we were treated less than the rest of the guests. I had asked for access to the gym, was said my keycard had been granted access, and I had to come back three times before finally getting a member of the team to escort me.

Our stay started a bit chaotic as there was an electric problem in our room so all lights came on several times during the night and woke us up every time. Very nice receptionist moved us to another room at 2 am so we could sleep uninterrupted. Next morning the hotel manager Mr Carmine apologized for the horrible night we had and promised to upgrade us to a junior suite with no cost. Fitness and spa really good. Great breakfast and a fantastic garden and terrassse to eat breakfast. The hotel is very quiet and no noise from the street despite the fasct that the hotel is very centrally located so you can walk everywhere. We really loved this hotel and will be back for sure. Great service! :)

Great modern hotel in fantastic central position for Garibaldi, Corso Como and walking distance to the Centre and Brera. Great restaurant options situated around the hotel - Eaterly around the corner to pick up delicious food if you tire of eating out. Nice breakfast if you include that in your reservation. If I return to Milan I will definitely chose this hotel again as my base.

The location of the hotel was nearby one of the train stations Milano Porta Garibaldi and there’s restaurants, mall, ice cream shops, etc nearby the hotel, literally like 5-10 minute walk. Amazing experience.

I chose the Milano Verticale based on Hotels.com reviews, and it definitely lived up to the ratings. The room was very modern and stylish. The bathroom and other amenities were also excellent (although I'm still not convinced that a rain shower head is the way to go.) The service was excellent - they even accomodated my daughter with a separate single bed, which was not just a typical folding bed, but an actual quality twin XL mattress! The included breakfast was excellent - lots to choose from and all very high quality. The location was great - right next to the Duomo and very close to everything else.

Close to staion for Malpensa Express and metro, also tram stop outside. A short stroll to the start of a pedestrianised road filled with outdoor bars and restaurants. A modern shopping centre next to staion. Also very close and within walking distance to the main central area sites. Hotel is new, clean and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb.
