Although a nice place it was very far from anything and it felt like they were nickel and diming you on everything. The a/c sort of worked but did not get anywhere cold enough for comfort. The. Safe didn’t work and we were tired of having to contact the staff. Pool was very deep at all areas and not easy to enter. We had dinner at restaurant- best meal we’d had all week in Italy. The breakfast was quite plentiful.

The staff was not really pleasant when you ask them question they didn't seem to be helpful. And also no iron I have to purchase laundry service so I can have my clothes iron? it's insane! And the place is far away from everything. The only good thing was breakfast was really good and lots of variety of food

The breakfast could be improved. They serve the same food every day. Not a fan of the food that I am used to being warm being cold and the drinks I am used to being cold being warm.
