Prestige Collection, Hotel Boutique

The rooms were lovely and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. However, parking proved to be inconvenient, as I had to spend $149.60 to park in a public lot. Ensure that parking is included before making reservations, as this unexpected expense significantly impacted our budget. We could have chosen a more luxurious accommodation with that additional cost in mind.

Place is nice and location as well, rooms are TIGHT and the fact they charge for parking in a place with space to park only golf carts is the reason I'm not leaving 5 starts, charging extra for parking is literally a scam.

Hotel is very nice. Very nice pool, although spa tub wasn’t heated. Owner greeted us warmly, very nice. Parking was a little confusing. We had no hot water. Someone above us was very loud at 6:30 am. Banging and moving furniture. I texted the number I had (there is no front desk) and this was never addressed. We were only there one night and we could walk to our venue, so that was very convenient.

Unique property and a clean, cozy room. Nice coffee and snack bar in the lobby area. Everything about it is vintage, in a good way. Great location. My only issue was that the portable A/C unit in the room was very loud.

We had a fantastic stay! Our room included a mini fridge and end tables with wireless charges!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It’s a Cute little place, with great staff!

Centrally located and quiet hotel. Close to the water, parks, restaurants and shops. Self-service check-in and no front desk staff. Nice pool, the only real amenity. Definitely for the self-reliant traveler.

Very nice boutique hotel. Bed was very comfortable and there were nice amenities in the room (2 free bottles of water; some miscellaneous toiletries). Lobby has food you can heat up for free breakfast (self-serve) and they also have a very nice wine and beer selection. Small workout room and small pool also.

Nice neighborhood, near downtown restaurants and attractions. We felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood, day or night. Parking was provided and fine for small cars, tight for our 9-passender SUV and for a full size truck. Still, we both got parked without bumping anything. This boutique hotel is delightful, a mix of classical, whimsical and funky decor. Striking lobby and kitchen with wine and coffee provided, plus comfortable seating. Small, but right-sized pool. Our room was very nice; bedding and towels are luxurious. Slept well. The service says a lot about Mi Casa. We arrived about 8:00 PM. I tried to work out the door code (I missed the email with instructions), and ended up talking with an owner/manager by intercom. A pleasant lady then welcomed us, helped us unload luggage, showed us the hotel, all the time carrying one of my heavy bags. Strong woman. She offered us wine, coffee and water, then showed us to our room. Only as we settled in did I discover that I had mistakenly made the reservation for the night before. I was an uninformed no-show. The owner/manager realized our dilemma and, without embarrassing me, comped our room for that night. When I asked our attendant about it, she said it was rare for them to violate policy, but he was just being kind. Wow! In summary: delightful decor and ambience; all of the amenities you might want; extraordinary service; big-hearted people. We will book Mi Casa Es Su Casa on future visits and recommend it to friends.

This little gem had so much character. Maria was wonderful. The only thing that we were missing was pool (under the maintenance), and it was extremely hot. We would still come back in a heartbeat.

Someone had used our toilet before we checked in and left the toilet bowl dirty. It was close with some toilet mats piling messy on it. It was a long drive to get there and I had to use the restroom as soon as we checked in. Normally I wouldn’t take the room but this being “boutique hotel” with self check in and out system I had no one to resent with and it left me this gross feeling the whole stay. And the damn stain in the toilet bowl never went away no matter how many time we flushed. I was very disgusted. Thank god we only had to stay two nights. I’m never going back. Next time I will pay more for one of the chains.

Lovely place, within walking distance of downtown St. Pete. Quiet, relaxing, and clean. Super attentive staff and owner despite the property being mostly unmanned. Immediately eased any concerns I may have had going in. Would absolutely recommend!

We asked for early check in but it was not available for purchase. We expected to have a very clean room and it was not. Our room was very dusty and had hair all around. The experience was to be virtual but was not. That was weird and the ac was so loud we absolutely will not stay again.

Great location, clean and very cute. Nice chic decor. We truly enjoyed our stay and think this place is way above other hotels in St. Pete and we stayed in a number of places in this city.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of St Petersburg, everything is walking distance which makes this location ideal. The room was clean and ever so comfortable! Fantastic value!

Rooms not serviced regularly, no towels in room, carpets are dirty, tv did not consistently work Otherwise cute, quiet, has potential, nice pool. Needs a little upgrading.

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was great before we arrived. The bed was so comfortable! It's beautifully decorated as well.

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. We were greeted by a sweet and hard working housekeeper named Maria. I thought the hotel vibe was very eclectic and adorable. The hotel itself was very quite. The location was great! We parked our car at the hotel Friday and walked everywhere the rest of the weekend. We went to about 5 different restaurants and they were all AMAZING! We walked down and sat at the pier for about 3 hours one night watching a beautiful sunset and listening to music. We swam in the clean pool. The room and bathroom were a little small, but since it was only the two of us it was fine. It was an ideal weekend for us! Thank you!

Definitely a unique & cute boutique hotel, located less than a half-mile from Beach Dr., with Looper transportation to other parts of downtown St. Pete. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Maria & Mark introduced themselves to us, too. The room we stayed in was small, but comfortable. We definitely would stay there again.

So thrilled to find this gem of a hotel. Added a stop in St. Pete at the last minute. The location is perfect. Parked and walked the rest of the time. Amazing service from the second we arrived. Sandra greeted us and showed us to our room. Check in was so convenient by text. The room was perfect, upstairs and quiet. Loved the decor. Enjoyed the pool. No elevator, but the stairs weren’t a problem. Highly recommend this charming boutique hotel. Will stay there again on our next visit.

We would’ve loved to leave a good review for this hotel based on cleanliness and how nice the staff were. Everything from lobby to rooms and pool area was nice and clean; however…they have a termites issue that they need to address. The owner tried to use the excuse of “termites being attracted to light” but it doesn’t work like that. Also, we’d recommend parking in the streets if you don't want to run the risk of getting hit by a car trying to squeeze in/out of the small parking area. Our car was hit by another car who was parked closely (a grey mini cooper) and scratched and chipped paint on our car. When we asked to view the footage of cameras in the parking lot, part of the footage was missing when the car left. We asked the staff if management could look further into this, a short while later we received a call from the owner and he had sent us videos from the pool side (different angle) of a woman guiding the car out of the parking space but… not the entire video, just a video that shows a woman already standing by our car right by where it was hit. We texted the manager to see if we could get the full video and did not receive a response. We just want the driver held accountable for the damage done to our car. Overall, disappointing experience.

The property caretaker Maria and her daughter/colleague are absolutely spectacular, I can’t say enough good things about them. The hotel is adorable and well appointed, but the staff really sets it apart. I’ll be back!

I had a great stay and the property was easy to communicate with. The staff on site was very helpful. The beds were really comfortable and I thought the room was very nice. I would stay here again! It’s also an easy walk to the water and restaurants.
