From the entrance alone it was so disappointing coz the host did not show up and it took almost 2 hours to wait before we were able assisted and check in. So disappointing

Terrible. Host was late, not hospitable , keeps calling me even after i left the unit for more money. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The unit was cockroach infested heavily. When brought to his attention he just said its normal in the Philippines. They need to shut down this business. Hotel.com should stay away from this rental condo. Location was very good though. Left the unit after a week with painful experience and painful cockroach bites. Also, cookwares are not fit for human use; severe wear and tear on teflon and aluminum on pans so bad i would not feed my dog on it. I’m not exaggerating. But if I would not speak up, maybe nobody will.
