Had many amenities in the lobby like coffee, single use toiletries, and towels. Check in/check out was very quick and easy with kiosk with staff ready to help. Two restaurants in the building with many more nearby. Great value!

Good place to stay. Conveniently located next to Yokohama station with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The hotel only has two washing machines which are usually busy so don’t expect to wash your clothes while staying. Will definitely consider staying here again.

関東圏に行く際はメッツ系のホテルをよく利用させていただいています。シングルルームですが、それほど広くはありませんが、快適に過ごせます。駅に隣接していますが、防音性は高いと思います電車等の騒音、隣室の音もほぼ気になりません、隣接のタイムズの駐車場も利用でき、定額でのサービスが受けられますが、昇り降りのスロープが狭く神経を使いますし、上の階に停めると目が回りますね、ホテルスタッフの方が駐車券を確認してメッツのサービスを付加して精算するか、そのまま生産した方が得かを判断してくれて親切だと感じました。今後も利用させていただきたいと思ってます。

駅からの便も良く、ホテルの近くには飲食店やスーパーなどもあり、とても良かった。部屋のテレビも最新型が設置されていて、YouTubeやNetflixなども観れ満足感が高かった滞在となった。設置されていたシャンプー系も良かったし、コーヒーマシーンがロピーにあったこともホッとでき助けられた。また利用したいホテルになった！

コンビニが近くに無く、ロビーの販売機も種類が少ない。各階に販売機が欲しい。横浜駅からの出口付近にホテルの道案内が無くて迷ってしまった。室内は清潔で快適だった。ごみ箱が分別になっていたが、具体的な使用方法を明記しないと捨てる時に迷う。朝食はシンプルでちょうどいい感じだった。

連續住4晚，頭3晚均沒有執房, 原因是環保，不吸塵, 不清潔，只清走房內垃圾桶內的垃圾，垃圾桶外用膠袋裝的垃圾，住到第3晚仍然在房內。天氣炎熱，問前台可否多取一支水，需要收110YEN，真係第一次見!

JR東日本ホテルメッツ系列をよく利用しています横浜は初めて利用させてもらいましたがまず、布団に血痕らしきもの(乾いていた)がありすぐに交換してもらいました。連泊だったので2日目の部屋の掃除もいらないしタオル等はドアノブに掛けてもらいたかったのですが、その表示するものもなく部屋の掃除をされたのがちょっと嫌でした。

this location is just around 7 mins walk from the Yokohama JR station. If you have heaps of heavy luggage, there will be a walkway directly connect you to the hotel from the station so you can just push your luggage all the way. It's not in the buisest area so it's quiet enough. Rooms a bit biggerthan the Tokyo tiny ones so you can open your luggage lay flat no problem. Oh and I also love their shampoo and conditioner makes my hair so soft. I stayed for 4 nights. Will defo stay again if I'm in the area.

It was very clean and well maintained property. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind as I had to ask them to hold luggage both before checkin and also on the day of checkout without hesitation they were holding it for long time. The location is very close to Yokohama station but I had a bit of problem finding it as you have to go through atrium of shopping mall. So make sure you use navigation app!

機械でチェックイン…チェックアウトですが困った時はすぐに店員が対応してました。チェックイン後のカードで、部屋もエレベーターも管理してます。チェックアウト時間が11:00で余裕があるのは助かります。部屋はとても綺麗でした。

今回チェックインの際、外国の方々がいらしていて時間がかかっておられました。機械化は致し方ないのですが、スタッフの方がおられるのに並んで待つのはいかがなものでしょう？他にも待っておられる方がいらっしゃいました。日本ならではの良さは残すべきと感じました。

元々ロケーションだけで選んだので想定通りでした。寝るだけならなんの問題もありません。機会があればまた使う事はあるかと思います。チェックイン時に大量の荷物がありサポートの知人がいたんですが、荷物を部屋に上げるために一緒にエレベーターに乗ろうとしたところ予約は1名なのでと言われた。ベルがいてホテル側がサポートしてくれる訳では無いし、1人で持って上がれる荷物の量でも無いし、どうしろというのか疑問でした。この辺りの従業員の改善をしてもらえれば今回の滞在に何の不満もなかったんですが。

We would have appreciated more signage from the train station to the hotel. It was quite a confusing and frustrating walk from the train station. It was by accident that the next day we found a pedestrian bridge leading directly to the station.

横浜駅から近く、雨の日でも濡れないで行くことができて、便利。ただし、横浜駅からホテルまでの動線は、最初は難しいかもしれない。駅にあるニューマン横浜の2階（又は3階）の中を通って行くのが良いと思う（外に出ると遠回りになる。）。

スーツケースで荷物が重かったので、駅近のホテルメッツ横浜さんに滞在しましたが、結果大正解でした！ NEWoManから入り2階の一番奥の出口から出ましたら、ホテルのあるビルまでは屋外連絡通路で繋がってます。所要時間も5分も掛からない程度です。屋根付きなので雨でも濡れずに便利でした。お部屋はセミダブルの部屋を2人で使用だったので少し手狭ではありましたが、新しく非常に清潔で快適に過ごせました！ベッドも硬すぎず柔らかすぎずちょうど良く、ぐっすり安眠することが出来ました。疲れていたのでバスタブも使いましたが、アメニティでいただいた入浴剤がとても良い香りだったので癒されました。横浜駅周辺で宿泊の際はまた利用したいと思います。

アメニティや部屋のお風呂、トイレなどは非常に清潔感があって良い。またロビーの紅茶、コーヒーのサービスもありがたい。枕の高さなどもちょうどよかった。朝食ビュッフェもほぼ非の打ち所なく、素晴らしい。しいていえば、あずけた荷物を返却していただくときに渡し忘れがあったこと、(経費削減のためか）新聞のサービスがなかったことが気になった。と言っても、新聞は欲しければ自分で買えばよいだけの話。あとは横浜駅からのデッキが極めて分かりにくく、何かしら周知に改善を要する気はしました。いずれにしてもありがとうございました。

The hotel was very good, a bright clean bathroom, comfortable bed and wonderful staff. What i cannot recommend is the breakfast option. The restaurant staff were fatigued by the number of foreign visitors. When i asked for a condiment, to have it become a subject of derision the staff spoke to one another about was not good. I may choose not to speak japanese but i do understand what is said. This was an attitude prevalent in all working the restaurant, they all could use a good hug.
