Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Hotel befindet sich im neuen Messegelände und eine U-Bahnstation ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einziges Manko war der Dachpool, welcher grün war und etwas gemüffelt hat.

Stayed here for 1 night prior to a cruise. It was an excellent choice for us. Its quite easy access from the airport by taxi (on the right side of the city), and also to the cruise terminal.The property was clean, modern, and the bedroom facilities (shower etc) were to a nice standard. The property has a great roof top pool area, with bar, which we used for a couple of hours. Both sun and shade. The property is a bit out of the centre, in a relatively suburban area, but that didn't matter to us as we have been to Barcelona many times before for sight seeing. It also made it quieter. If you wanted, though, you could walk to the Montjuic area in about 25 mins, with its things to see, including the olympic stadium. Something we also did. Staff were friendly and helpful, but particular mention should go to Carolina in the roof top bar and Juan from Plata del Mar, Argentina on reception, who was super helpful, friendly and spot on. A prefect introduction to the hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

A recepção muito eficiente e atenciosos. O restaurante com um ótimo atendimento em especial o funcionário João Batista, com dicas valiosas tanto do cardápio como dicas de passeios na cidade. Os ambientes do hotel são de excelente bom gosto. Academia muito boa, pena que não tivemos tempo de usar a piscina que fica no ultimo andar com uma vista linda.O quarto extramamente confortável, cama, chuveiro, tudo.Só tenho a agradecer o carinho de toda equipe. Super recomendo o hotel.

The hotel was nice but way too far to the centre of Barcelona. The metro is close by but you better be in good shape…My daughters helped us navigate in the centre. The pool at the hotel was small and in 6 nights could never get a chair or go in the pool. Our room was next to elevators and stairs NOISY! I even asked for quiet room…Not! Younger Guests from all countries are rude and disrespectful. Screaming at 2:00am in the halls😡 The Breakfast was good but put out some Churro’s, Spain dish here and there always 80% same thing for 6 days. Oh well, over all it was nice but I wouldn’t say it blow my socks off!

This hotel is not in the center of the city but does offer access to the L10 train at the Foneria stop about a five minute walk away. You can get to/from the airport using the L1 and transfer to the L10 if you're not getting a rental car. Parking was €20 per day and the garage is very secure. The rooms are what I would consider standard for Europe, not too big but certainly well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of items to satisfy your needs, I wish they had an omelette station but they do offer sunny side up eggs. The pool area is nice, has a bar for drinks and food but it is a rooftop so don't expect it to be a huge area, we enjoyed relaxing and getting some sun. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in. I was provided some maps and information for the bus tours. I really like this hotel, and the area is pretty quiet. There's also a huge mall with several restaurants within walking distance, maybe about a 5-10 minute walk depending on your speed.

Nice hotel with good amenities and staff. The rooftop bar/ pool was enjoyable. Room cleaning services are available every day of your stay, something you don't find often in European hotels. Transportation is pretty easy as well, metro station was only about a 5-10 minute walk and bus station was about 15 minutes. Not too much dining around the area, but again, its easy to get into the city on the metro. Our only real complaint was that the room seemed to have a bit of a musty/ moldy smell, which seemed to stem from the shower drain. We just sort of ignored it as everything else was clean, but something that should maybe be looked into.

Everything was perfect except for a drain issue made the bathroom and bedroom area smell. If this gets fixed then I’d recommend as it was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

Ein 5sec Zimmercheck nach der Reinigung ist sinnlos. Weder technische Mängel noch Mängel in der Sauberkeit wurden erkannt. Standards des Bleibeservice sollten überarbeitet werden. Musik im gesamten Haus permanent zu laut. Auch beim Frühstück . Manager der Rezeption wirkte teilweise sehr gestresst von Gästen und deren Anliegen. Roger vom FO war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. HSK checker grüßten gar nicht. Sehr viel Personal im Frühstück trotzdem Tische nicht sauber. Öffentliche Toiletten in der Lobby und beim Pool nicht sauber. Auch hier wird offensichtlich nicht gecheckt.

Very clean accommodations. At first I thought the surrounding neighborhood wasn’t going to be safe but it was very safe. I didn’t like the two twin beds pushed together to make a double bed but other than that it was worth the value. And the distance to public transportation was good.

On my recent stay at the Hotel, while the location, cleaness and staff were great , I was really disappointed with the bedroom. I booked a room for one adult and two children, but the room was small and only had one double bed. There was a sofa bed, but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I didn't sleep well during my stay, which really impacted my overall experience. I also found the TV wasn't a smart one, so connecting my phone or other devices wasn't possible. I hope the Leonardo Hotel considers upgrading their beds to improve guest comfort and updating their in-room technology.

I liked this Hotel! Friendly and helpfull staff. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. There was a small green area on the roof of the second floor. The hotel is well maintained and its general appearance was clean. There was a lounge area and a swimming pool on the upper level of the hotel. The swimming pool also had access for people with reduced mobility. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I got a good night's sleep here, I would choose slightly softer beds in the rooms. The area was quiet and about 4 km from the shopping street of La Rambla, a taxi ride cost about €20-25.

+ Very polite and helpful personal, clean and well maintained hotel. + Spacious room and bathroom. - The only big minus is a sliding door to the bathroom that has gaps with the walls and exposes privacy in the toilet/bathroom. It made the stay with the family / kids extremely uncomfortable.

I needed to switch rooms after I complained multiple times about the AC randomly shutting down. Twice they assured me it was fixed but alas, it was not. At 11pm at night, they switched my rooms and that room had working AC but the phone didnt work so everytime I needed something, I had to walk down. I also complained about the phone and they could never get that to work. They also only had one type of soap that said it was for hands, hair and body. I have never seen that before but it did not meet the bar. Overall, a mediocre property. I would only stay here if I had no other choice.

This was by far the worst experience of staying in a hotel I have ever had. Got robbed at the entrance to the hotel and they did very little to support, even though there was a CCTV camera pointing over the robbery. We also lost power and it took 20 minutes to reset the breaker

The staff at the Hotel Leonardo were so friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. In particular,, Julian really helped us when we had previously booked a tour of the Nou Camp and had received no confirmation from Barcelona FC. He sorted out the problem in five minutes which was fantastic and made my daughter so happy! Without doubt we would stay there again, it was a great experience.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. They gave us excellent service. I left a bag containg cash in the room safe and did not realize it until we left. We contacted the hotel and let them know. They said they would hold it for us. We returned a week later and they had it there for us.

The hotel was close to the cruise port but far from the usual tourist sites in Barcelona. That said, the subway line was three blocks away giving easy access to Barcelona. The hotel is fairly new and the staff was very helpful. Our only complaint was that the early check in fee was way to expensive so we did not use any of the hotel's food and beverage services.

The hotel is well away from the tourist area but well served for metro from airport and to the centre. Close to Montjuic if you're happy to walk to Olympic Stadium etc but beware the hill. Local eateries around here likely save money on food. Hotel is reasonably new and still looks so. Rooms are nice. Pool on roof has great views but cold.

We were only stopping over for 48 hours before taking a cruise …. The front desk team are amazingly friendly and helpful from the point of arrival until we left which is a refreshing change from many city. Deals … I’d definitely recommend this hotel for what we needed …. My only point if we were visiting Barcelona as a destination… it’s a little way out from the centre.

The hotel is well placed, walkable to town center (like 30 min walk), botanic garden and the gondola. The room was very tiny but it was clean. They did promise a third "twin bed" as we paid a much higher price for a room with actual three persons capacity but they had added a sort of an uncomfortable sofa-thingy. Staff were very nice and polite. The breakfast was okay but I'd rather spend the 18 euros in a café with fresher products.

Its farther away from the centre of Barcelona than one might think. The neighbourhood its low standard, and its a long way to the beach. The hotel could have had an extra star if it had more focus on cleaning (the pool, showers, toilets) and slightly better breakfast ( Wider selection).

It’s a very nice hotel, love the smell when you walk into the reception and everything was very clean and orderly. The location isn’t the best but there are very good transport links to the centre of the city so not a big issue. I can’t give 5 stars because we had a couple of incidents. For example housekeeping opening our door we were asleep which really scared me ( tbf the do not disturb sign wasn’t on the door but neither was the housekeeping required sign). The bar by the reception is unbelievably overpriced even for Barcelona. The service was pretty good, although again there were a couple of isolated incidents. Finally we requested a double bed and instead got a room with two single beds pushed together, when we called and asked for a change we were informed they had no available double bed rooms and most rooms were single bed. In that case they shouldn’t have offered the option for double rooms which is false advertising.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; it's brand new, and the rooftop is fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the room initially. Despite booking for three people, it was very small with only one bed and a half-sized sofa bed. Fortunately, the issue was resolved the next day after some discussion, but it was an inconvenience, especially during my vacation. /// that GM called Monica was literally yelling at me on the phone. I’m sorry but that wasn’t cool.
