The Muse

This is a very new hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine bed is nice. The location is ok. But : - the environment is noisy, the double glazing is not efficient - the swimming pool was not working, opening every day postponed to the next day... - there is no real reception, no room service, no one competent when there is a problem. These problems will have to be solved so that I come back next year

I have just booked 2 nights for my mother and all I heard from her is complains. The hotel is dirty and smelt like sewage. The steps towards the bed are very steep and she nearly injured herself as she said it’s slippery. The door has no security lock. She said it was like jail. She woke up in the morning asked for toast it was out of stock. The ac was right by the bed and it was pointed directly at the bed. The sink was clogged and she complained twice then they fixed it the next day. She had a terrible stay and I’m being forced to write this lol. Therefore she does not recommend this hotel sorry to say

Exactly as advertised, comfortable bed, adequate cooking and laundry facilities, very usable gym and pool. Very friendly staff

The rooms are pretty unique. Perhaps the most unique I have seen in Dubai. The location is great minutes away from dime town Dubai and business bay. It’s a new property which is a plus. The price point is great for Dubai. The price to quality and service ratio is perfect.

This hotel looks nice on photos but it fails at everything else. The bed is tiny and hard, the room has furniture for a single person even thought we booked a double. The daily cleaning doesn’t come if you’re busy and send them away until you specifically request it. Nothing gets refilled, even toilet roll and soap! To make matters worse there was a blaring loud festival opposite until 3am for several nights we stayed. Even though we repeatedly complained, they seem unable to provide any customer service or even a coffee to apologise. Not recommended.
