Offers a huge breakfast, very clean, nice fitness center.

The property had a very nice outdoor pool and gas grills. The full breakfast had a wide variety of foods (waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had a very relaxing stay.

This Staybridge really was an above average hotel. Easily one of the best we’ve stayed in in the last year. Clean. Good facilities. Kind staff. Parking was easy. Room modern & with a good kitchen. We just liked it & we’re glad we stayed outside of Nashville because it was a great place at a great price.

Such a great stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. The grills at the poolside patio was a very nice touch, and the happy hour small bites and breakfast were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodations. Pool area was nice, breakfast was standard with plentiful options. The staff needs hospitality training, and there was never a manager on duty when requested.

There was great parking for my oversized vehicle. Everything was very clean and the bed was extra comfy.

By far the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time! Very comfortable, spacious rooms, great bed, pillows, you name it. Complimentary breakfast was good, they also have a free social hour Mon-Wed with snacks and drinks. Will be staying here again!

Was disappointed found a dead and a live coach in our room. They sprayed room and then offered to change our room. Management never got a hold of me in regards to it showed front desk staff video and pics of bugs. Never again

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. Our room smelled like a dog was in there before and it wasn’t deodorized well. I tried txting the hotel associate who texted me but no one ever responded. I was extremely busy this trip moving my son in his dorm so I forgot to stop by the office coming in and out and just ended up kinda dealing with it.

The room would have been perfect if there weren't 2 ROACHES in the room with us.

It was a beautiful room, clean linens, and clean bathroom, however it smelled so bad of dog pee. We asked for our room to be cleaned again and they gave us a febreeze bottle. Carpet needs replaced.

The room smelled so bad. A dog had urinated in there and it smelled awful.

The room layout is excellent. Only thing I didn't like, there were gnats in room by kitchen sink. You don't really know how well previous guests clean up after preparing food & cooking.

So very clean, rooms are wonderful. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better!

Bed was incredible. Very comfortable. The only reason i didn’t give it perfection was the walls were thin and the neighbors were loud.

The room’s layout was exceptional. Very functional and great use of space and extremely comfortable for longer stays. Perfect for one or two people.

I love that the hotel was spacious enough full kitchen nice table/desk. The toilet and shower were separate from the getting ready area. Nice closet. We didn’t really need anything but everyone we encounter was very nice. A lot of natural light, which was nice all around very pleasant experience.

Great Property, but too many issues. Ice maker in the freezer NEVER worked and the hotel does not have ice makers-walked to 7-11 to buy ice. At 9:00 on Friday there was ZERO hot food-bacon, eggs etc. oatmeal looked like gruel. Conditioner dispenser locked to the wall was filled with shampoo. Management contacted me via text about the issues but did nothing to resolve any of it. Just really disappointed in management for not trying to resolve the issues or even offering a discount to compensate some how. We wiill never be back here though we do have future trips to Murfreesboro in our plans as we consider moving to the area. Also really, really loud if you blessed to have one of the eight rooms facing Fortress on each floor. All said and done about $200/night. Not a good deal.

Love that rooms have a full kitchen. Plus toilet separate from vanity area. Very clean, breakfast had a lot variety and was very good. Lots of fun shopping in the area.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, the room layout, cleanliness and right off the highway makes this the perfect hotel for anyone traveling through the area.

Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. Great variety of items and options. Also, it was in a decent location but highway noise was not a plus. Walls were thin; you could hear everything. We were on the second floor and there must’ve been a 600 lb person lumbering around late into the night; they were directly above us and I swear our walls vibrated as they did laps around their room. Could hear people in the hall and in rooms all around us. Beds weren’t great. Shower was nice and hot and had great pressure. Wouldn’t go back; not worth the money.

Like to stay in Staybridge but don’t like that there is no door to the bathroom. Very disturbing if one guest is using the bathroom and one is still sleeping in the morning.

Not family friendly. For several reasons: 1. We got the 1 bedroom suite. It stated it slept 4 with a couch pullout for our kids. At 11pm at night I had to rearrange 3 pieces of furniture to get the pullout to fit. It literally wouldn’t extend unless we moved a table, a desk and chair. When I called down to the front desk to ask them why it didn’t fit, she acted like I was dumb and just said “well can’t you just move the furniture around?Unacceptable. I then had to call down a second time because there was not a blanket for my kids to sleep with. She didn’t even answer my call and I had to go down. 2. Amenities. We were there for 3 nights. We were given the bare necessities for one night. Understandable except when we went down on the end of the 2nd night with stuff we needed refilled, we were informed they didn’t have trash bags?! Uhhh what? So they expected a family of four to only need to fill one small (bathroom size) trash can in four days? And not even an offer of options on what to do for the next couple of days. So we had to pile up the trash on the counter for the poor cleaning crew. 3. Customer Service was the worst I’ve had at a hotel. The girl at the front desk was more interested in her phone and seemed very irritated every time we just walked by her. I’m not sure if I ticked her off the first night by asking for a blanket for my kids or what, and I have multiple experiences that I could lay out here, but just not enough time or room and I’m done with them.

When we arrived they had cancelled our reservations. Never notified us, stated that they had no way to communicate. They did accomodate us but the cost was a little more.

One of the employees had an absolutely terrible attitude. I’ve already called Staybridge to file a complaint about this incident. He overreacted to a simple question, didn’t let me finish speaking, and kept interrupting me with an angry and aggressive tone. It was extremely unpleasant. On top of that, he was talking on speakerphone—clearly about something unrelated to work—the entire time, and handled my inquiry half-heartedly while on that call. Just thinking about it makes me angry again. For context, my question was about the housekeeping service being skipped multiple times, but he lost his temper, saying, “That’s not my responsibility.

Smooth and easy check in

We were disappointed by the customer service for our staying. We were traveling from Nashville and called the front desk before our arrival asking if it was possible for an early check in. The front desk said absolutely and our room would be ready by 12-1pm. We arrived via Uber at 1:30p to be told our room would not be ready until 4 and was argumentative that he did not say an early check in was even possible. Other customers were checking in as we continued to sit from 1:30- 3:30p in the lobby. When we inquired about other people checking in early they said the room we were designated for was not clean yet. Meanwhile we watched housekeeping outside cleaning the grill and other various tasks. If we would have known an early check in was not possible we would have stayed and explored Nashville longer. With no vehicle, we were stuck in their lobby.

First stay at Staybridge. Room was great, nice layout, clean. Only issue was “very distracted” checkin employee. Wanted to listen to his phone, and had music on so loud that you could barely hear him. Same guy at checkout, same problem.

I loved everything about my stay. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and willing to help, everything was clean comfortable. If I ever need to stay in the area again, then I will definitely stay there again.

A lot of noise all night from the guests in the rooms above. The hotel staff did nothing to solve the problem and silence them. I asked several times to change rooms and was denied. The room cleaning hours were very short as was the breakfast.

Convenient for a weekend trip to Nashville, if you want to stay outside the city. Close to the interstate, 30 min drive to Nissan Stadium. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

I liked that the property was right next to the Interstate. Convenient location to restaurants and gas stations!

Very clean and new appearance. Little noisy at night from the road and we had a whimpering dog in the room next to us. The worst thing was it took forever for the sink water to get hot. There was a lot of wasted water for sure!

Hotel was clean, in a nice safe area. Easy to get on and off highway as we were traveling from FL to IL. Check in was easy and he was so nice. Breakfast was good, so many options

I wish it had an outlet to a road where there was a traffic light, we had to go down the turning lane to the gas station to turn around and get to the light. With it being right off the exit and across the bridge from the Avenue getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare. The service however was brilliant, Sasha was amazing and super helpful. She was definitely juggling a lot with her being the only one at the desk during check in time but she managed it very well.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfast, super nice clean room with everything you need. Highly recommended!
