This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

Estadia de dois dias em Puerto iguazu! Eu e minha esposa grávida gastamos quase 900 reais por diária para ter um fim de semana maravilhoso, porém o hotel é pobre de qualidades! Quartos pequenos e não cheiram bem, piscina não funcionava, cassino que aparecia nas fotos não existe, estrutura muito velha, valores das bebidas e comidas fora da realidade! Com esse valor se hospeda nos melhores Resorts de Foz do Iguaçu! Não vale nada a pena! Hotel não te oferece nada, além da estrutura antiga, nada funciona, e as fotos não condizem com oque mostra! Decepcionado e com certeza não indico pra ninguém!

Modern hotel overlooking the 3-border-point on the Igazu and Parana river. Rooms are not very big but ok size. Very good closet space. On 1 of our nights it go very warm in the room, as there seemed to be some power issues. Also, the airconitioning of the hallway can be heard very well in the room. The pool is a very nice size and kept clean. There is also a nice hottub that is actually heated. The spa area on the top floor offers even better views and is also nice and clean. Reservations are required there. We were not greatly impressed by the food and in fact we got sick on the last night, most likely from something we ate at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately we did not receive the 20% discount on food for Hotels.com Gold members, but we only noticed after we left

Checkin staff were excellent. Room was very clean and well maintained. View was excellent. It is easy to walk to a nearby area with many restaurants. We also had a great dinner at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good—excellent fruit salad! Pool area is nice. Friendly staff overall.

Beautiful panoramic views and awesome pool facilities. Rooms were a little small and outdated and the carpet and furniture was stained. The rooms could have improved on cleanliness but overall its a great location within walking distance to the main downtown. Good stay!

War ok, aber zu teuer. Frühstück typisch argentinisch, viel Süßes, hatte mit Flussblick gebucht, war grade so am Rande zu sehen, bin dann nochmal umgezogen und war fast überm Eingang. Da hört man eben jeden Bus der ankommt oder in der Frühe abfährt. Der Pool hätte sauberer sein können.

Hotel is very clean. There are handicap grab bars and a ramp into the restaurant. The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel building is quit old it needs a refurbish, specially the furnitures! The swimming pool is very nice. The water is clean and silky. The breakfast is okay, nothing special. the dinner and the snack bar are fair. The city is very,very poor, so the contrast between the hotel and its surronding is huge! The beds were okay.

We absolutely loved staying at the hotel; the room was very spacious, clean and the house keeping very prompt and friendly. Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. The view from our room was beautiful watching this amazing sunset. The pool and hot tub were big snd clean.

The Panoramic Grande Hotel was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay. The staff was very helpful in every way, especially with suggestions for dinner and taxis. We stayed on the fourth floor facing the rivers and had amazing views at sunset from our balcony. There were many places to eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, however the view of the falls is much better from the Brazilian side.

I have never experienced such attentive and accommodating staff before staying at Panoramic Grand. The restaurant staff made special accomodations gor my wife's diet without having to ask each time. I wouldn't ever expect this, but it definitely shows their level of service. They made sure we had some breakfast and transportation for an early flight.The grounds are beautifully maintained.

Checkin staff were excellent. Room was very clean and well maintained. View was excellent. It is easy to walk to a nearby area with many restaurants. We also had a great dinner at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good—excellent fruit salad! Pool area is nice. Friendly staff overall.

This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. Luckily I had their WhatsApp to contact them. The staff were neither surprised nor apologetic so I got the impression this was a common occurrence. They fixed it and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I might stay again. It was just a bit weird.

Beautiful property, with a view of Argentina , Brazil and Paraguay! The property is well kept, with a lovely pool area and restaurant/bar/lobby. Great place to start the evening with a sunset view by the pool, or to end the evening with a nightcap. Very close to downtown area with fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were a bit dated but ok - but the real gem is the property itself and the amazing location! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is lovely and quiet. I had the pool to myself and there was silence around me. Iguazu falls are busy so it’s nice to come back to this. This hotel is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. You get a great view of Brazil and Paraguay from the property. It’s close to the port of you want to take a boat across to Paraguay. The only criticism would be the dinning - breakfast was okay but could be better- had to pay a little extra for soggy pouched eggs. The dinner - improvement needed here too. This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

Hotel is very clean. There are handicap grab bars and a ramp into the restaurant. The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5.
