大きめのホテルの割にエレベーターが2機だと、上り下り時に不便と感じます。後は特に気になる点はありません。

屋上の温泉が良かったです！露天風呂もありました！

The ONSEN with a view is very nice at top of the hotel.. quick walk to shopping restaurants and train station. Great hotel.

快適に過ごせました。ただ大浴場が時間帯により大混雑しており、出直して夜遅くに入りました。

近JR車站，自駕酒店隔離已經有停車場，1000yen一晚，最正係房入面有洗衣機同微波爐，頂樓露天溫泉都好正

建物の大きさ、部屋の数の割にエレベーターが2つしかないので、かなり待たされます。

2nd time staying in Tokyu Stay hotel group. Love the washer dryer, amenities and layout of room though not much space for 2 luggage’s or more. The public bath (onsen) is small though.

浴室清潔度不足，有異味

Found the room to be very dusty. Communicated with the staff about the issue. He is very apologetic and helpful. He shifted us to another room. However the room is slightly better but not much.

去年も滞在してとても良かったので、今年も利用しました。駅から近く、観光の拠点としてどこへ行くにも便利な立地です。今回は備え付けと大浴場のドライヤーがリファのものに変わっていて、風量もしっかりあって使いやすく嬉しかったです。ただ、お部屋のエアコンに埃がたまっていたのが気になりました。ハウスダストに弱い私と娘は、滞在中に目のかゆみが出てしまい少し辛かったです。清掃が行き届いていれば、もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。また来年も滞在させていただきたいです。

Because of “eco” they don’t vacuum the carpet even I stay there 4 night. Very disappointed. On our level 14, 2 nights in a row, other rooms leaving their take away foods containers in the hallway. Staff don’t seem to do anything about it. The smell from food containers is getting worse in the hallway

Hotel is next to Morning market and Fish market and very near the train station. Clean hotel with helpful staff.

ハリウッドツインルームに2名で1泊。 東急系の信頼性とロケーションが良いので決めました。函館駅や商業施設にも近く海の側で散歩にも良い環境でした。 景色を期待していましたが2階だったので視界は悪かったです。 バスタブの内側全体が触るとザラついていて清掃されていたのかどうか気になりました。 ハンガーが多いのは良かったです。

Clean hotel and very helpful staff.

Public bath is very nice. Washer/dryer worked well. Onlu issue is the bathroom has a strong smell of mildew.

浴室の換気扇の掃除がされてなかったのが残念です。 その他は満足でした。

The location is great (with one caveat, see below): very close to the train station, next to a lively market and nearly next to the water. Unfortunately, there is a viaduct between the bay and the hotel, so the view from our 3rd floor room was blocked by the road. Make sure to get a room on a floor higher up (and facing the right way)! Also make sure to visit the fantastic onsen.

This hotel was a 5 minute walk from Hakodate station and right on the doorstep of the morning market. The Red Brick Warehouses were a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel and lots of transport options nearby to get around Hakodate. The room we had, with an onsen bath, was very big. The room itself was extremely quiet, having a door between the room and entrance area probably helped with the noise reduction. The beds were extremely comfy and the pillows were not hard, in fact quite soft. We had our own kitchenette and a nice seating area as well. It had a washer/dryer next to the bathroom, separated to the main room by a sliding door - which again helped with noise reduction. The best part of this room was the onsen bath and its sea views! We loved having a bath in the morning and evening when we stayed here, it made the stay even more wonderful. We used the bar the one night, it was quiet and had amazing views over the city. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Spacious double room, fridge wasn’t very cold but sufficient, great ocean view. Building interior and exterior seem new, very nice.

Incredibly easy access to train stop location. Rooms have a washer dryer combo which was a life saver that allowed us to pack light. Would stay again.

部屋の場所が展望風呂のボイラーの配管と排水の配管がある隣らしく夕方から夜中にかけて排水の音やスチームの音だと思われる音が非常にうるさく何度も目が覚めてしまった。

The staff was incredibly helpful and the facilities were clean. The room was very stuffy though with no ventilation and the air conditioning barely worked.

The rooms are very small, but the building/inside and lounge are both very nice. It's about right with how affordable the rooms are. Convenient to the station and lots of great food options!

Just based on the facilities, I would stay here again. Nice hotel room with comfortable bedding, a spacious (for Japan) bathroom, a smart tv, and a washing machine that has a real dryer function. All fine. But the staff/service I received was terrible. There were many smaller things but there was one staff person who was super rude. The other staff I spoke to throughout my stay were perfectly nice and that the issue with this guy was not due to cultural misunderstanding, as I lived in Japan for a total of three years. Shortly after arriving, I came down to ask for a new room since the AC in my room was super weak. This guy actually asked me to go and wait around a bit because the room needs time to cool down. He was acting like I had never used an AC before. That an AC doesn’t cool the room immediately is OBVIOUS. It is also obvious when the AC is not working properly. I came back an hour later and confirmed that room was still hot. The same man then acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to change my room. He continuously made faces like I was asking for something unreasonable and spent 5-10 mins to make the switch. He then insisted on coming with me to get my stuff but didn’t help with the luggage—just watched me. He walked into my new room with dirty shoes to check the AC, again acting like I don’t know how ACs work. I hope there are some consequences for him specifically and maybe some therapy, so he learns how to treat people like people.

It was my second time staying at Tokyu Stay Hakodate Asaichi Akarinoyu, and it has been excellent both times. Both times, I have had a nice view from my room. I also enjoyed the view from the lounge. The proximity to both Hakodate station and the morning market is a huge plus. It is also near the Daimon Yokochō, which is a great place to have dinner. Having a laundry machine in the hotel room is very convenient. I really appreciated the staff watching my luggage after checking out. This allowed me to visit a location which I would otherwise have missed out on. My only concern is that the bathtub/shower was rather slippery. I am uncertain if this is due to tve material or the shampoo/body wash included with the room, but it is something I think is worth looking into.

Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. We loved the location, the ease of access to public transport and Hakodate highlights, and of course… the amazing onsen bath on the 18th floor. My husband and I made sure to make the most it by using it every morning and evening during our 4 night stay. The views from both baths were beautiful both day and night, they rotate the baths at 1am so you get to experience both the ocean and city side views.

Great stay. Excellent staff. Convenient location. Hotel is in excellent condition.

The staff are very inconsiderate since we came early. What’s the difference of 30 minutes checking in They’d rather see you sitting in lobby waiting sleeping very tired until the time you have to check in. And if you want to ask for toilet paper, you should go downstairs to the front desk to ask for it since and they want delivered to your room

Clean hotel and very helpful staff.

The facilities and location of this hotel were great, but the front reception desk’s services and attitudes were terrible. As a largely non Japanese visitor , I asked for help with dinner reservations. On the first occasion, the front desk receptionist told me that she would not do it. On the 2nd occasion, another receptionist agreed to make a reservation and promised to get back to me within certain time frame, but she never did. And finally, when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told that there wasn’t any available at the hotel. However, when the service storage room was opened, there were many pillows sitting on the top shelf. All those deficiencies can be remedied with a slight improvement in hotel management.

Staff is very rude and not understanding. They do not try to understand hotel guests problems and try to solve it. Was very rude and shouted at me. I told him not to raise his voice as i spoke to him nicely. It is definitely not Japan standard of hospitality or customer service. Will nevwr book Tokyu Stay chain of hotels anymore.I travel to Japan about 2 times a year and each time spend about 2 weeks in Japan.

部屋の洗濯機が動かなくなって、電話すると直ぐにスタッフが駆けつけてくれて、状況を見てくれました。感謝々です。

Tokyu Stay is conveniently located (walking distance) by the Hakodate JR Station and next to the Morning Market area. The hotel is situated along the pier and our room had a great view. The is a lot to see within walking distance from the hotel. We actually walked to the Hakodate Observation Ropeway which is a must see. The views are spectacular from the observation deck.

函館駅から近く朝市も周りにあり便利でした。

Tutto perfetto, personale gentile, hotel nuovo, pulito e confortevole . Peccato che i ristoranti nella zona siano aperti solo a pranzo o Comunque chiudano presto la sera. Per avere un po’ più di scelta bisogna spostarsi fino alla stazione.

Great location, we could walk to both the train station, 7-11 and fish market.

Minutes from Station and Morning Market. Nice 10 minute walk to Red Brick shopping, and another 10 minutes to the Old Public Hall, the Ropeway. Room was clean, and larger than normal Japanese hotel. Enjoyed onsen on 18th floor which had an outdoor option.

Onsen and viewing lounge is wonderful. Room is good overall , and the view fantastic on the right floor n direction. 8 mins walk to jr hakodate , and located in the heart of hakodate fish market. Breadfast can be chosen from 19 restaurants associated with the hotel,, though, not all breadfast is good.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the location was at the seafood market. It was great having a washer/dryer in the room. We loved having the opportunity to try breakfast at 19 local restaurants - what at treat.

Breakfast option is not that great compare to other traditional breakfast plan

It is an OK hotel very close to the Morning market and the train station. They sell breakfast, but doesn’t actually offer it at the Hotel. What you get for your money is a voucher you can use in one of a dozen small restaurants at the Morning market offering various types of traditional Japanese breakfast. It is a silly way to offer breakfast and probably also why they choose to inform you about it only after having confirmed your non-refundable booking.

Very nice hotel. I chose this hotel initially because of the rooftop onsen and the daily meal voucher for the morning market. The view from upper floors is great and there is a lounge and outdoor onsen. There is also a great ice cream shop in the hotel. My only issue was, because so many restaurants participate in the voucher program, it was a bit confusing to choose a restaurant. Also some restaurants only display their name in Japanese.

Schöne Unterkunft mit gepflegten Zimmern. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Onsen, das auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert ist. Einziger Nachteil für uns war, dass das Hotel kein eigenes Frühstück hat, sondern einen Gutschein für ein Frühstück in den umliegenden Restaurants hat.

The breakfast coupons are fun, once you get used to them. A little Japanese goes a long way... but that is true overall in Japan.

The room we had was triple beds. Very good. The room had a washing machine too. It was compartmentalized well with separate compartments for shower and toilet. Two water taps available - one for kitchenette and one for toilet. The basin in the toilet has no cleanser for cleaning after using the toilet and should be improved. The breakfast coupons to the morning market were very good.

We like the hotel very much. Especially, the hotel offer washer and dryer inside the guest room. The breakfast offered was excellent!
