Stayed 2 nights

I traveled with my son and his family, my 10 and 12 year old granddaughters and his wife. When we opened the entrance to the building, it was so dark, we had to use the flashlights of our cellphones to go up the stairs. It was later on that we found out that there were light switches that we could have turned on. Since we had visited other countries, we had 3 big luggages and 3 hand carry size luggages. There was no elevator so my son had to carry all those luggages for 4 flights of winding staircase which is dangerous and exhausting. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and but one small weak fan and no A/C. The temperature was in the 90s so it was hot and stuffy inside. Very inconsiderate and cheap that they could not even buy additional electric fans to make the renters comfortable during summer season. If I cancel that day, I could not get my money back so we had no choice but to stay. Horrible experience. Hotels.com should take this hotel off their list.

With our welcome text, he failed to tell us to walk an additional mile to get keys to our room. We were given 2 old towels for 2 people for 4 nights. When we asked for another towel he texted, “ No, this is not a hotel but our apartment. We had 2 tiny shampoos -not enough for one woman to shampoo once. . No soap for the dishwasher. The liquid sink dish soap was almost empty - only a few drops. The shower head rod was broken. The floors were very dirty with big dust balls and huge wads of hair. I had to sweep the floors to survive there. I wiped down kitchen counters and bathroom which made paper towels black. We were uncomfortable there. Do not recommend. We were told to take our garbage outside to the trash bin. Weak WiFi signal

Perfect location, couldn’t fault the communication with staff. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommended to others.

In great location. 3 flights of stairs not so good…very tiring to walk up. Carrying suitcase up 😩😩. Shabby apartment Very very worn scratched table and chairs. Stains to chair covers and sofas. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen and bathroom. Floors not so clean. Needed sweeping. Locks on door very difficult to use. Front door to apartment block very very heavy. Need to buy own toilet rolls!
