Property was very new looking and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, with a range of hot and cold foods. The ground car park is a bit tight to manoeuvre especially if you are in a large car, however there is another level for parking. Just to note we booked a twin room ( thinking beds may have been king singles) but they are not, they are just normal size single beds.

Great Hotel.. Contemporary and clean.. Much nicer than I expected for Ringwood.. Parking fees are a bit of a joke.. $35 a night?! Come on.. Its not a CBD hotel and there is a free parking lot within 50 paces out back! Gym was well appointed. Quick 5 min walk to Eastland and other shops.. In summation, Would I stay there again?? Hell Yeah I would!

Room is still good but management is worse than when it was managed by The Sebel. House keeping always comes at early in the morning while I am not ready yet. Concierge staff isn’t always available even during day time. The restaurant are also closed most of the times probably due to lack of customers.

We were received with a friendly welcome, and we enjoyed our one-night stay in the spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable bed. The kitchenette had the basics (microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine) but no basin or cleaning items which is odd considering crockery, cutlery and glassware was supplied.

This Rydges was absolutely lovely. Clean, modern and rooms were thoughtfully designed. All the little details were thought of. Microwave, small fridge, kettle, coffee machine including milk frother. The bathroom had good lighting and a magnifying shaving mirror and the little essentials like shower cap and ear buds. Staff were helpful and friendly. It could be that I just missed seeing it, but there wasn’t an easy entry with zero stairs. There was a ramp but still 2 steps at the end which is hard with luggage when you have a disability.

The check in process was extremely slow and inconvenient. We had booked for 3 people but no extra bedding, towels etc were provided and it was a hard task explaining why we needed these things provided. Heating was very slow & we had a very cold night. The room was decorated beautifully

Truly amazing service from the reception staff, especially the manager. It never felt like I was asking too much, he was a pleasure to deal with! The staff there were going over and beyond and trying their best to be the most convenient. Will go again and highly recommend

Nice, but (A) the breakfast offering was very confusing (I recommend walking up Maroondah Highway a couple of minutes to Fingers Crossed café where the breakfast offering is considerably better), and (B) there was no desk suitable for working at, or for plugging in my computer, phone, etc.
