Enjoyed our stay in a spacious, well thought out room with a comfortable king bed. Functional and attractive furniture and fixtures throughout. One of the best breakfast set ups and buffet options we have enjoyed. Staff is helpful. Easy to park. Quiet despite a busy weekend with wedding guests. Pool is on the small side, but had it to myself the two times I swam during our stay. Good driveable location for visiting the Niagara region.

The property is quite new and very clean. It is very quiet and only a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area near the Falls. The staff is very friendly and professional and the facilities including pool and gym are great. The morning buffet breakfast is incredible. I will stay here again in the future.

Very convenient location if you’re looking to stay in the Niagara area, but away from the busyness of Niagara Falls. The hotel overall seemed in good condition - clean shared areas, nice staff, etc. Unfortunately, our bathroom was not cleaned well or fully. The floor had several scuff marks and visible dirt (including hair). The bathtub/shower also had strands of hair in it. Normally, I rely on Holiday Inn to be reasonably priced, comfortable and clean. This stay was very disappointing and I”m very glad we only booked 2 nights.

Room was great no complaints. However just after unpacking my things and getting settled I had to leave for my son’s next hockey game right away. As we tried to leave I realized the door didn’t lock and we couldn’t leave. Called front desk they did send someone right away only to tell me what I already told them. Then I had to wait for the maintenance guy to come and at this point I’m late. He told me the same thing I already knew as well. They gave me another room but and key right away but it was on another floor. Now my son was no longer on the same with his team which wasn’t a big deal either but again just inconvenient. Anyway it was a simple issue but one that should not have occurred at all. Room should be inspected and I’m sure there’s a checklist before they can use the room again. Maybe not. Now we were really late and the new room had a paint roller and pole left in it. Room must have needed touch ups but again doesn’t seem anybody is checking the condition of these rooms before handing over to guests.

Upon arrival, two loud and intoxicated women, starting making loud comments about how much luggage we had with us. Then, in the hotel lobby, there were 5 scantily clad women sitting in the lobby, escorted by one gentlemen with a cell phone. This was not the business travel / family friendly hotel we were hoping to find for a Memorial Day family trip to Niagara Falls. The bathroom floor in our room had hair, dark dust, very dirty and the ac wall unit did not work. Very disappointed, a little scary, and uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the room didn’t get cold enough. The thermostat would not allow it to go and stay below 71 degrees and the fan wouldn’t stay on consistently even after making the selection. These were default settings that could not be adjusted. So it was warm/muggy and too quiet at night. The point of having individual thermostats are so customers can adjust the temp to what works for them.

We were passing through the area and chose the Holiday Inn for a one-night stay. The room was very clean and updated. I thought the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast - the food and seating area were spacious. Would recommend!

Large clean comfortable room. Bright bathroom with lots of counter space to put out toiletries which is always appreciated. I found the light switches confusing. Never did figure out how to turn on room lights from the doorway. Surprised and delighted by the range of items available for breakfast.

Hotel itself if fine and met all my expectations. Rooms were nice, breakfast was better than expected, location is fine. Our washroom smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty cloth, I could smell that dirty scent of an unclean cloth. The worst part of the stay was the staff response to an issue we had. My husband had microwaved a noodle bowl (bought in the lobby of the hotel) and it lit on fire in the microwave. So much smoke came from it, it made it difficult to sleep and even breath in our room for a while. It was midnight and we had clearly woken several people on our floor, as they all started opening their doors (obviously checking if there was a fire), that's how bad it was. And we had to sleep in that room, which we couldn't even open a window in to air out. When my husband brought the microwave to the lobby (to reduce the smoke in our room) and told the lady at the front desk what happened she seemed unbothered and didn't offer any help. Even worse is she said "this has happened before!" And they're still selling those bowls in the lobby, and could care less we were left sleeping in a smoke filled room (with a child i might add). It was a very disappointing experience. Clearly there is a lack of client service training within the facility.

I have not checked in. I cancelled because of severe weather and they refused to refund my payment. They also lied to Expedia and said the other members of our team arrived and that I should’ve—none of our team made the 2.5 hour drive after the OPP advised against travel. I always book with IHG for the MANY tournaments of my kids and their teams. NEVER again.

The room and hotel themselves were comfortably excellent. No issues at all during our stay. However, if you are here planning on seeing Niagara Falls, plan for a very isolated area and winding 20 minute drive between the hotel and Niagara. On the plus side, breakfast was great, the area was quiet, and staff were very friendly.

Hotel itself is clean and new, grounds are well kept. Staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Good vibe. Unfortunately the hotel is located in a dystopian commercial area next to an old landfill mountain and across from some undeveloped land behind a Walmart. Fine for a work stay or if just passing through, just don’t expect the immediate area to be a charming holiday destination!

Overall 3 day stay was excellent, however the breakfast options were limited. Bacon and sausages were slightly undercooked and bagels were day old. Pancake machine was finicky, fruit options were bananas and apples. Room was Clean and it was great to have our bedding changed the second night we were there. Pool a bit too cold and shower pressure was ok.

The property is new. Very clean and the rooms are large and well appointed. Check in was easy with pleasant staff at the reception desk. The heating cooling unit was loud. The pool is very disappointing as it’s only 3 feet deep. I suppose good for families but not very relaxing for us. Breakfast was very mediocre. The sausage tasted a bit strange, the pancakes were odd too. Coffee was undrinkable. Juice was good.
