DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences

VI havde et rigtig fint ophold. Flot hotel - god beliggenhed tæt på Metro og lokalmiljø. Flotte værelser - god morgenmad. Vi havde to ankepunkter. Der var to brandalarmer mens vi var på Hotellet. Personalet synes ikke rigtig at vide hvad der skulle gøres eller gav ikke besked. Personalet ved baren ved poolen var utrolig sløve - mens alt øvrigt personale var helt i top.

Wonderful kind staff, worked hard to get us a complimentary early check in after a no sleep overnight flight on arrival. Room spacious and huge bathroom. Breakfast buffet varied and excellent. Rooftop pool clean and friendly lifeguard, all superb and highly recommended- thank you!

I spent one day here between flights and found it quite enjoyable. The hotel features a lovely pool for relaxation, both on the lower floor and on the rooftop, offering a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a convenient café in the lobby and a fantastic breakfast selection. Additionally, there’s a shopping mall nearby, which was very handy.

The hotel was nothing like advertised and very poor customer service / facilities for being named under 'hilton' The pool was closed everything was extra charged The staff was unhelpful Not worth paying over 1200.00gb for a 6 day night stay for this money there is much better hotels This is a disgrace of Dubai.

I had a really pleasant stay here for two nights as a solo traveller. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk away from the ACDB Metro station from where you can easily get to the Museum of the Future [3 stops], Financial Centre [4 stops] and the Burj Khailfa & Dubai Mall [5 stops] for only 6DHS one way or 20 DHS for a 24hr ticket. The Dubai Creek/Bur Dubai area with the Al Seef Heritage Village, Gold and Spice Souks is less than 10 minutes away in a taxi. The hotel has a nice modern vibe and my room was spotlessly clean and tidy with all the facilities you’d expect. One facility the hotel doesn’t have though is a bar. However, as stated above, the Financial Centre with its numerous bars and lounges is only a 10 minute metro ride away, which I didn’t mind at all. There are two pools. A quieter one on the Mezzanine Level staffed by the friendly Padam [who was always happy to have a chat and was a genuinely nice guy] and another on the 19th floor with a ‘mocktail’ bar and wonderful views down Sheikh Zayed Road towards the Burj Khalifa. The buffet breakfast was great but there are also numerous dining options surrounding the hotel, the Burjuman Shopping Centre & Food Court over the road, and a large supermarket adjacent. Ahmed on Reception also deserves a mention for delivering a hassle-free early check-in and a late check-out. Thank you. As I was leaving on a late night flight, it was also helpful to have access to the spa facilities to freshen up for my journey home.

Diamond Member mit Upgrade auf Executive Zimmer im 22. Stock mit Blick (auf den Creek), der leider durch die Fensterbeklebung von außen stark beeinträchtigt war. Executive Lounge ohne großes Angebot an Speisen oder Getränken; das wäre tatsächlich mal verbesserungsfähig! Personal allgemein erscheint freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Aufmerksamkeit bzw. Zuverlässigkeit einzelner Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum lässt allerdings mitunter zu wünschen übrig. Für Frühstücksmuffel, die nur gerne einen Kaffee oben am Pool genießen möchten, sei angemerkt, dass der Pool zwar um 9 Uhr öffnet, aber Kaffee dort erst ab 10 Uhr und Essen erst ab 12 Uhr bestellbar sind. Der Sinn erschließt sich mir dabei jedoch nicht.

When i booked the room it said it was close to airport. It was not. There was a lot of people everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable being from another country. I was traveling alone. When i got in the room the smell was awful and the cleaning bottle was oh the console below the tv. I was very disappointed. Left right away. I would love to have a refund if possible. The hotel was willing to do so however, i booked with Expedia. I am not a happy customer

We never got towels properly no slippers no tooth brushes nothing

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean, tidy rooms and rest of the hotel was spotless. Food menu for breakfast was very good

Very clean room. Housekeeping was not very efficient changing the daily toiletries aand I had to ask for them every time. Reception staff extremely helpful. Room Service was not very efficient and the food served was cold.

We planned to stay for 2 nights as a city break. We left after one night and booked an alternative hotel. We were on the 6th floor and all we could hear was the tram and traffic. In fairness to the hotel, when checking out they offered to put us in an alternative room. So if your booking, make a point of asking for a quiet room.

Our room was nice. And a nice city view but the problem was sound from 4th floor my room number was 336. Every time ther was a sound in the morning evening night.

My issue was with the air conditioning. I walked into a freezing cold room, well below 18c. I turned the thermostat up and it made no difference after an hour. I rang reception who sent an engineer. It was 'fixed' but it took so long to get to temperature I actually had to go to bed fully clothed and at 3.30am it was still registering 18c (the lowest it could register) Then on my final day I was terribly ill. Only then did I notice it wasn't getting below 24c which was really uncomfortable, often going up to 26c. I couldn't complain and get another engineer as...quite frankly...my stomach was not good and access to the aircon was in the bathroom, so, I had to endure it. Just not something I expected from a 5 star hotel. I also paid a cash deposit on arrival and was not provided a receipt for the deductions. Otherwise the room and staff were great.

The hotel exceeds my expectation. Design is modern and hip. Straightforward yet full of character - size is suited for traveller, smells good, staff are naturally friendly and location is perfect.

Beautiful property, surrounded by restaurants and roads. All aspects of this hotel otherwise are top-notch, such as staff and services.

Good location and well maintained. Very responsive and friendly staff. Su at front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, pleasant and prompt. The conceirge staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and enjoyed our stay very much. We would highly recommend this hotel for vacation stay.

Customer service at the reception was disappointing. I had emailed them previously to ask if they could do something special and surprise my wife as it was our 25 th wedding anniversary. But the hotel failed to do anything not even any decorations in our room or cake etc.

Very mean staff, like robots , it’s ok .. not worth the price, two days continuous noise from my neighbouring rooms , did complaint, no solution whole night, no management bothered to follow up with me

Hotellet är jätte bra och ligger nära metro. Om man reser med barn skulle jag dok rekomandera ett annat hotel. Det är inte mycket för barn att göra i hotellet eller runt kring det.
