Wäre gerne informiert gewesen, wie man vom Parkplatz kommt, wenn man den Parkplatz im Vorhinein gebucht hat. Dass man seinen Türcode an der Schranke eingeben muss, hab ich nur durch Zufall herausgefunden. Info darüber wäre schön gewesen.

Super ist die Nähe zum Olympiapark. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber umd top ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kapseln :) Trotz der Anonymität werden Fragen per WhatsApp beantwortet und tagsüber trifft man in der Lobby auch jemanden an. Parkplatz ist sicher und nicht so teuer.., insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Struttura bella, camere molto pulite e arredate bene. Si trova tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Comodo il parcheggio a disposizione così come il check in online. Zona tranquilla servita ottimamente dai mezzi pubblici. Veramente consigliata.

Great place for multiple day lodging. Well equipped kitchen, spacious studio room and easy electronic key access. Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing and stressful from the start. I never received an online check-in email, so the check-in process took over two hours and required me to walk around several buildings while trying to reach support—calls went unanswered for long periods. Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt und nicht mal frisch Handtücher gewechselt, kein, tea Zubehör nach gefühlt. Alles muss man selbst von Lager holen und dort ist alles leer. Alles digital und ohne persönliche Service ist kein Spaß. Dankeschön

The room was pretty standard and clean. There was no AC so it was really warm at some point of the day, window wouldn't open and both on corridors and in the room there was a bad smell. We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

OK hotel for the price but the cleaners at the hotel were extremely lazy. This hotel has limited cleaning which is as advertised but every time the cleaned my room the refused to take out my garbage. One time after they cleaned my room i placed the garbage outside my room only to get woken up the next morning to an angry woman cleaner demanding I take my own garbage out to the street. THIS IS NOT ON, there is no signs in the room or in my booking condition telling me this. GET YOUR STAFF IN LINE. I stayed at this hotel for almost 1 month and my room was cleaned twice. Very poor effort and when my room was cleaned the cleaners didn’t even finish the job.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir hatten eine kleine kochniesche, in der alles zur Verfügung stand für zwei Personen. Mit Kaffee und Tee wird man auch versorgt, hat uns sehr begeistert. Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die große ist super. Wir sind immer noch begeistert von dem drehbaren TV. Evtl. Sollte hier noch ein Vermerk oder Hinweis stehen, dass dieser drehbar ist. Einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klima gibt und im Sommer ist das ziemlich schwer auszuhalten. Wir hatten zwar einen Ventilator, aber dennoch würde ich eine Klima empfehlen. Der andere minimal Kritikpunkt ist (meckern auf hohen Niveau), größere Müsli Schalen wären super und ein anderer Föhn (bei längeren Haaren ist dieser überhaupt nicht funktional). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

Struttura ben tenuta, aree comuni molto ampie e pulite. Camera insonorizzata, ampia, pulita, con cucina accessoriata il giusto. Un paio di piccole pecche però a mio avviso ci sono: la mancanza di un paio di asciugamani piccoli, il corredo era di due asciugamani bagno e due viso; manca la cappa e c'è tanto di indicazione di aprire la finestra se si cucina che se non si fa e scatta l'allarme antincendio NUMA appioppa all'ospite una sanzione di €. 2.500,00, quindi prima di cucinare all' interno del monolocale ci pensi due volte, non solo per il rischio dell'allarme ma soprattutto per il fatto che senza cappa il rischio è anche di fare puzzare tutto l'ambiente. Per il resto tutto perfetto e preciso.

Es war OK, aber kein Klimanlage und es war 31 Grad draussen und seeeeehr heiss. Ausser davon war es ganz gut. Sehr gute Anbindung und Preise ist definitiv gut. Es gab kein Handtucher im Handtuchlager obwohl es versprochen war.

Das beste Hotel, was ich in München bisher hatte: •\tRichtiges kleines Apartment •\tKüche mit ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr •\tEs gab sogar Spülutensilien für die Küche! •\tIm Haus sehr ruhig; die Gebäude liegen zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, von der man bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings nichts hört (sehr gute Fenster). •\tSupermarkt bis 7-20 Uhr in ca. 300 m Entfernung, außerdem Tankstelle mit vielfältigem Angebot direkt an der Kreuzung •\tKontaktloser Check-In und -Out •\tSehr gutes WLAN Besonders empfehlenswert finde ich das Hotel, wenn man im / Nähe Olympiapark etwas zu erledigen hat. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es etwa 400 m, bis in die Innenstadt benötigte ich mit ÖPNV insgesamt etwa 25 Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder!

There was an issue when we arrived where we couldn't access our room because the code wasn't working. Luckily they have free WIFI so I was able to message the Numa team and they were able to help. It took almost a half an hour to figure out but they were extremely communicative and did eventually figure out the issue. Otherwise, the space is very comfortable, spacous and clean. Would definitely stay with Numa again!

Booked a twin room and told 2 hours before check in it was not available. Offered a compensation after I asked for one, but this has not been processed yet as I am currently using a different card to the one that I booked the room with. I have tried to contact the WhatsApp and email multiple times and no one has been able to help me

Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking.

Die Zimmer sind groß und auch gut und modern ansprechend möbliert. Der Online Checkin klappte erst nach mehrmaligem Nachtelefonieren weil der Link nicht verschickt wurde. Das Zimmer war etwas muffig und ungelüftet, die Fenster zur stark befahrenen Hauptstaße nicht Lämisoliert, das Internet mit 4-5 MBit grottenschlecht, Der TV unterstützt keinerlei Streaming, auch nicht über mitgebrachten Firestick und die Heizung war auf 21 Grad gedeckelt. Alles in Allem kann ich diese Apartments für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen. Eigentlich schade weil die Grundausstattung abgesehen von den Fenstern sehr gut ist

Seit Reservierung bei Expedia hat sich der Hotelname geändert und die Reservierungsnummer von Expedia war dort nicht bekannt. Ich wurde informiert, dass mein gebuchtes Hotel KEINE Rezeption hat und ich nach erfolgreicher Registrierung eine Mail bekomme mit Zimmer-Nummer und Zugangscode. Also rief ich bei Expedia an, schilderte mein Problem und man setzte sich mit dem Hotel in Verbindung. Das ging relativ flott, ich musste dann aber selbst nochmal mit der Zentrale in Berlin telefonieren wegen Datenschutz. Am Samstag dann kam eine WhatsApp mit der Zimmernummer und dem Zugangscode.Wir sind dann um 15 Uhr mit dem Code aufs Hotelgelände und in die Tiefgarage gekommen. Soweit alles noch irgendwie gut. Aber, der Code funktioniert nicht fürs Zimmer. Ein Mitarbeiter vom Roomservice, der kein deutsch sprach, liess uns ins Zimmer rein, wusste aber nicht, wie ich den Code aktiviert bekomme. Mittlerweile bemerkte ich, dass eine SMS eingegangen war mit dem Inhalt, dass der Roomservice noch nicht fertig ist und wir erst um 17 Uhr ins Zimmer könnten.Ich suchte dann im EG nach einem Manager und fand dort eine junge Frau am Laptop, die ich 4x kontaktieren musste, bis der Code freigeschaltet war, weil der Roomservice bestätigen musste, dass alles ok ist. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war nicht zielführend. Zwischendurch gab es auch noch einen Feueralarm, woraufhin meine Frau fast schon ein anderes Hotel gebucht hätte. Fazit: ca. 4 Sunden nicht eingeplanter Mehraufwand, nein danke,nie wieder!!!

Great apartment, everything very modern, clean and comfortable. The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Das beste Hotel, was ich in München bisher hatte: •\tRichtiges kleines Apartment •\tKüche mit ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr •\tEs gab sogar Spülutensilien für die Küche! •\tIm Haus sehr ruhig; die Gebäude liegen zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung, von der man bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings nichts hört (sehr gute Fenster). •\tSupermarkt bis 7-20 Uhr in ca. 300 m Entfernung, außerdem Tankstelle mit vielfältigem Angebot direkt an der Kreuzung •\tKontaktloser Check-In und -Out •\tSehr gutes WLAN Besonders empfehlenswert finde ich das Hotel, wenn man im / Nähe Olympiapark etwas zu erledigen hat. Bis zur U-Bahn sind es etwa 400 m, bis in die Innenstadt benötigte ich mit ÖPNV insgesamt etwa 25 Minuten. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room service is on demand for a small fee. Towels and toiletries can be availed from common areas but one often times they are quickly gone! The beds were comfortable but the bedding was a bit smelly. The only real issue we had was the central heating, which made the room very warm despite having the windows open to compensate.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir hatten eine kleine kochniesche, in der alles zur Verfügung stand für zwei Personen. Mit Kaffee und Tee wird man auch versorgt, hat uns sehr begeistert. Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die große ist super. Wir sind immer noch begeistert von dem drehbaren TV. Evtl. Sollte hier noch ein Vermerk oder Hinweis stehen, dass dieser drehbar ist. Einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Klima gibt und im Sommer ist das ziemlich schwer auszuhalten. Wir hatten zwar einen Ventilator, aber dennoch würde ich eine Klima empfehlen. Der andere minimal Kritikpunkt ist (meckern auf hohen Niveau), größere Müsli Schalen wären super und ein anderer Föhn (bei längeren Haaren ist dieser überhaupt nicht funktional). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen.

Struttura ben tenuta, aree comuni molto ampie e pulite. Camera insonorizzata, ampia, pulita, con cucina accessoriata il giusto. Un paio di piccole pecche però a mio avviso ci sono: la mancanza di un paio di asciugamani piccoli, il corredo era di due asciugamani bagno e due viso; manca la cappa e c'è tanto di indicazione di aprire la finestra se si cucina che se non si fa e scatta l'allarme antincendio NUMA appioppa all'ospite una sanzione di €. 2.500,00, quindi prima di cucinare all' interno del monolocale ci pensi due volte, non solo per il rischio dell'allarme ma soprattutto per il fatto che senza cappa il rischio è anche di fare puzzare tutto l'ambiente. Per il resto tutto perfetto e preciso.

The room was pretty standard and clean. There was no AC so it was really warm at some point of the day, window wouldn't open and both on corridors and in the room there was a bad smell. We added breakfast as well but then they said they don't have it so we got a refund. The communication with the structure needs to be improved. I wouldn't come back here.

Apartment was nice, just I would have loved to have a microwave in kitchenette. Apart that, everything was fine, the buinding and the room were new and comfortable, and the place even if a bit far from the center has bus stop just in front of entrance and u-bahn 5 mins walk, so in 25-30 mins you can be in the center. Communication with customer service by whatsapp was easy and helpful.

I like the almost completely automated feel of the property but the availability of a human component at any given time to resolve an issue. The ONLY drawback was a lack of plastic utensils. I believe you should supply that at the very least if each apartment has its own kitchen, stove, microwave, pots/pans, etc.

The room was very clean, and the kitchenette was very handy. The gym was absolutely amazing - we chose Numa because of its gym and we were very impressed. Hotel was always warm - overall I would highly recommend!
