Unwelcoming service and staff from the very arrival. Extremely bad wifi that keeps disconnecting. No service, no cleaning even when requested. No option for coffee, any amenities in the room other than bed and bathroom. Window kept opening itself. And much more.

Staff were great. Rooftop bar has great view of Eiffel Tower. Only thing was my toilet was blocked before I even used it. I complained the following morning and left for work but it had still not been fixed by the time I got back. Fortunately they were able to move me into another room. Otherwise it would have been a big problem.
