Well pleased with room - booked standard double but given family room with terrace: Very comfortable, spacious and quiet on rooftop area. Pool was really lovely. So convenient for Chateau de Chambord. Didn't have breakfast here, but had a very good evening meal. Best to reserve table for evening meal directly. I had booked online using emailed survey from hotel which asked if I had any requests, but despite confirmation, they could not actually give me a table in the restaurant at the time I had requested, as it was very busy.

Chambre assez petite donnant sur la rue, donc soumis au bruit du passage des voitures… Petit déjeuner à 15 euros, un peu cher pour la proposition du buffet. Personnel très sympathique - Parking gratuit et suffisamment grand : c’est top. Pas d’ascenseur dans le vieux bâtiment et escalier difficile avec des bagages : décommandé aux personnes ayant des problèmes pour franchir les marches et à celles chargées de bagages - Bon restaurant

Tout d'abord l'hôtel à un parking à disposition de ses clients c'est un véritable plus. Le service d'accueil fût agréable avec les explications des différents espaces (coin lecture, bar, restaurant, piscine). La chambre était parfaitement propre et suffisamment spacieuse pour notre séjour. Pas de bruit ambiant et très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter le soir même du restaurant de l'hôtel qui est très bon ainsi que du petit déjeuner du lendemain qui était assez garnit à notre goût. Nous recommandons surtout pour la proximité du château de Chambord.

La experiencia fue bastante mala. Al llegar al hotel no recibimos ni siquiera unas palabras de bienvenida. Nos dejaron esperando como 10 minutos y después nos dieron la llave y no nos explicaron ni dónde estaba la habitación. Tuvimos que pasar con las maletas por medio de un camino lleno de piedras porque no nos dijeron que había una escalera dentro del hotel para poder subir, sí el hotel no tenía elevador. Cuando fuimos a comer al restaurante en la noche vimos todas las cestas de pan llenas de moscas. Después comenzó una tormenta y entró agua al restaurante. También se fue la corriente y nos dijeron que no podían darnos nada de comer. Después cuando vino la corriente lo único que nos iban a dar era ensalada y unos quesos. La mesera nos trató bien mal. Al otro día cuando nos pusieron las toallas, estaban con un olor insoportable y manchadas. Tampoco hicieron las camas. Estas también tenían unas sábanas que daban bastante calor. El aire no estaba muy bueno tampoco. La verdad este ha sido el peor hotel que hemos visitado.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et rénové pour sa partie extérieure. La salle principale où se prennent les repas est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Un bémol sur la propreté : le ménage dans les parties communes laisse est partiel avec des papiers ou des morceaux de plinthes écaillées éparpillées. Les poignées de portes dans les salles de bain étaient cassées lors de notre séjour. Nous avons trouvé surprenant le fait d’être facturés à la journée pour le lit supplémentaire notre enfant. Il est regrettable que la rénovation de l’établissement ait été faite à l’économie (sol, poignées et peintures ne résisteront pas à l’usage intensif quotidien de l’hôtel). Le staff est agréable et serviable mais les tenues vestimentaires relèvent plus de la tenue de plage que de l’accueil d’hôtellerie. La bonne volonté des employés ne cache pas le manque de management ou l’absence d’un chef d’équipe digne de ce nom. Dommage car on sent une équipe volontaire et jeune qui ne demanderait qu’à monter en gamme et en qualité de service.

A nice and clean room, but a bit small. It has a lovely seating area outside, but in the room itself there is only one chair. The bed was comfortable, but had a plastic cover under the bed linens, which gave it a damp and sweaty feeling. Not so nice.

It is a functional complex with moderate charm. The proximity to Chateau Chambord is unbeatable. The staff are also very friendly. The hot food is average. The breakfast was plentiful and good. It would make sense to make sure that the room doors in the neighbouring house don't always slam shut automatically with full force. You can hear that three rooms away.

A lovely stay with lots of fun in the pool. Some of the staff were excellent, others less friendly. The family room we had was pretty compact and ours was quite noisy from the kitchen/staff area

Horrible, chambre minuscule pour 190 euros, Lit 140 cm, salle de bain avec douche et pas de vitre ni de rideaux et sans bac avec un écoulement au milieu. Je vous explique pas les inondations et le fait de glisser partout, nul!!! Lavabo bouché. Ils profitent de la proximité du château de Chambord. N’y allez surtout pas !!

La experiencia fue bastante mala. Al llegar al hotel no recibimos ni siquiera unas palabras de bienvenida. Nos dejaron esperando como 10 minutos y después nos dieron la llave y no nos explicaron ni dónde estaba la habitación. Tuvimos que pasar con las maletas por medio de un camino lleno de piedras porque no nos dijeron que había una escalera dentro del hotel para poder subir, sí el hotel no tenía elevador. Cuando fuimos a comer al restaurante en la noche vimos todas las cestas de pan llenas de moscas. Después comenzó una tormenta y entró agua al restaurante. También se fue la corriente y nos dijeron que no podían darnos nada de comer. Después cuando vino la corriente lo único que nos iban a dar era ensalada y unos quesos. La mesera nos trató bien mal. Al otro día cuando nos pusieron las toallas, estaban con un olor insoportable y manchadas. Tampoco hicieron las camas. Estas también tenían unas sábanas que daban bastante calor. El aire no estaba muy bueno tampoco. La verdad este ha sido el peor hotel que hemos visitado.

Great for a short stay, pool area is very good and the room was spacious. Food was hit and miss in the restaurant had a steak and couldn’t cut it without shaking the bottle of water off the table, I did mention this to the staff as couldn’t eat it and they just shrugged and walked away. Hotel is in a great location for the chambord castle.

Les prestations hôtelières sont là, mais le personnel n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes pour le prix exigé, notamment pour la restauration: attente très très longue, relance pour boisson oubliée.... Dessert apporté par le cuisinier lui même....et en plus erreur sur notre note à notre désavantage !! La qualité prix n'y est pas !!

Well pleased with room - booked standard double but given family room with terrace: Very comfortable, spacious and quiet on rooftop area. Pool was really lovely. So convenient for Chateau de Chambord. Didn't have breakfast here, but had a very good evening meal. Best to reserve table for evening meal directly. I had booked online using emailed survey from hotel which asked if I had any requests, but despite confirmation, they could not actually give me a table in the restaurant at the time I had requested, as it was very busy.

Our stay was good and comfortable. We arrived late (just after 9pm) the restaurant was closed so we couldn't order food, only 'tapas' was available, deep fried frozen food which was horrible! Buffet breakfast was good. You have to collect a hairdryer from reception if you need one so best to do that before you go to your room.

Hotel situé à quelques kilomètres du domaine de Chambord, piscine agréable en saison et bon accueil et bon contact avec toutes les équipes. Effort remarqué et très apprécié pour l'impact environnemental (agrément clef verte). Chambre vue piscine conforme à un 3 étoiles mais sans beaucoup d'âme. Il est à regretter une offre et une qualité de restauration en deçà du potentiel de la salle. Pour le même prix il vaut mieux faire l'effort de faire une petite distance en voiture avec une offre de restauration concurrente remarquable.
