Last minute booking due to change in biz plans required an unexpected layover.. Hotel was very well appointed, I was allowed an early check in. Dog area provided. Pool was relaxing & refreshing. TV extras like free on demand and Netflix allowed for enjoyable downtime and comfy bed out me right out. Highly recommend!!

Clean, recently remodeled room. Breakfast was great! Parking lot was full but received permission to park on the broad sidewalk on side of hotel. The parking at rear of hotel was VERY tight and hard to maneuver through. Overall, good place to stay.

VERY PET friendly, Nice green space to take your dog out. Front desk very friendly both check-in and check out. Room was very clean and spacious. Maid staff, very rude. blocked hallways with their carts, hard to walk through the hallway, extremely loud, especially if I was needed a little more sleep in the morning before a long drive.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. We travel with our two small dogs and they have a dedicated grassy pet area to walk the dogs and they set us up with a room right by the door leading to this area. Unlike many hotels these days that overcharge for dogs, they cater to dog owners and have a modest pet fee ($20 per dog). This will now be our go-to stop when traveling South to visit our daughter's family!

Excellent property. I like the fact that they had an area to park my trailer and the parking lot was well lit. They also upgraded me to a king suite which was very nice. Their breakfast starts at 6 am which is great for me as I am an early riser.

Good overnight stay with kids. Beds are really comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Fitness center doesn't have many machines, but it does have good weight set and rack. Breakfast was simple, but has some hot foods.

The hotel was nice, friendly staff, the food was good, the concept of the pancakes was cool but they were a little rubbery. The only real complaint I have was the parking in the back was ridiculous. We arrived around 1 on the morning and had to drive through the parking lot with hardly any space between the other vehicles. We truly expected to come out to dents on our car. They may want to rethink how that is set up. We’d definitely come back though…super comfortable and a great location!

At the time of my arrival, I noticed urine on the toilet seat, and human hair inside the shower and on the bathroom floor. It was very noticeable, there is no way the cleaning staff should have missed it if they cleaned the room properly.

This place was okay. Definitely could have had a cleaner bathroom and sheets. There was hair in the bathroom and on our sheets. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either. Other than that, the workers and housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful. It was very quiet. The place smelled clean.

The check in went well. Our room had a musty, mildew odor. The door to the bathroom gives zero privacy. It had a huge gap in it allowing a visual of anyone in it. It would not remain closed. Breakfast could use a few more options and be more easily accessible. Maybe putting an additional coffee stand at a location away from the breakfast bar would allow for easier access.

I was absolutely amazed at how upscale this hotel was for a little over $100 per night! Our room was beautiful and very clean and I am a pretty harsh judge as I use to be a housekeeping supervisor!

This place is rundown, and in need of repair. We found the bed had blood stains on the mattress. The floor in the bathroom was rotting and starting to give in front of the toilet. We found that the comforter had blood or feces on it. We tried to speak with someone at the front desk, but no one was there. We had to just leave our key card in a basket. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.

We were passing through Murfreesboro and decided to stop for the night. This hotel seemed new. The room was clean and comfortable. We weren’t hungry when we woke up, so we didn’t eat breakfast. It looked fairly standard with cereal, eggs, yogurt, waffles, etc. The only complaint I would have was the lack of soundproofing between the walls/door to the hallway. I felt the people in the hall were in the bathroom with me.

Nice hotel, convenient location, clean rooms. I don’t understand the sliding barn doors for the bathrooms though; these doors offer zero privacy from sight or sound. There’s a 2 inch gap around the entire bathroom door.

The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had with it was that it has a pocket style door to the restroom. You can slide it closed but it slides right back open. There is no shutting the door. My husband gets up earlier than me and typically does not wake me but did this time as the noise and light from the shower were not muffled at all. I was ok with this since it was my husband traveling with me, but if anyone else had been with me it would have been uncomfortable. Who wants to shower or use the restroom with the door always open??

The fellow who checked us in was really wonderful. He was warm and welcoming abd recommended a great Indian Restaurant which we loved. It was clean, affordable and really comfortable. The pet fee was only $20, which I really appreciated after getting charged $75 by other hotels. Would stay here again!

Liked the property. Two issues: 1…we arrived at 12:10 to check in…we knew that was early. They said the room was ready but there was a $25 early check in fee. We sat in the lobby until 1:45 to not have to pay the fee. I can understand if the room was not available when we arrived but the room was available. As a side note we checked out at 4:00 AM but there was no early checkout refund. 2: The tub/shower was very slippery…my spouse and I came close to falling which at our age could have been a disaster. They need to fix that.

We stayed in room #101, doors slamming all hours of the night, a loud ice machine right next to this room, we discovered ants on the desk when we woke up the next morning. The the air freshener in the room was disgusting and over powering. The next morning when checking out we met Michalynn who said she was the General Manger asked us how are stay was? We simply said awful, and we had not had a full nights rest. We let her know about the insects (ants) and how noisy our stay was. We also advised her about the slow draining bath sink which was nasty. It’s oblivious she had complaints before about this room. She became very loud, rude, angry and disrespectful. Asking my wife and I why we did not ask to be moved? We explained it was the middle of the night. She went on to say in a very rude tone well you should have asked to be moved. It was obvious she was very triggered by our complaint. We travel a lot and this was the absolute worst treatment we have ever experienced from a hotel employee. It is ver clear this person is NOT a good fit for her job. We will never stay at another Wyndham hotel ever again. A 1 star review is generous.

The overall staff was amazing. The only issue I came across was trying to buy 3 waters from the front desk on the night of (11-30-25), where I ran the bell multiple times & ended up putting the water back, only to see buddy outfront, coming back inside as I was leaving. Went back to buy them bc I still NEEDED them. Our room was not amazing... ROOM 216. Screws in the shower were coming undone, the bathroom door handles looked hot glued together & fell apart, lamps were actually missing, light switches didn't work, drawers were stuck. I am not saying the hotel was a problem - that room was a problem to look into.

We reserved a room with tub. There was no stopper so couldn’t use tub. Guy at desk already had snippy personality. He offered zero help. We have stayed here once a month for pas 6 mo or more. Probably won’t happen again

Right across the side street was nice Kroger with a gas station. In the area there were several nice, newer restaurants. The entire area looked relatively new. I felt safe. The entrance to the hotel included a huge lobby with very high ceilings. It was light and well appointed. The room was clean, updated.

The only reason it was a 4 star versus a 5 star complete rating wise is because the pancake machine was out of order and that’s what my kids wanted for breakfast. That and the eggs and sausage weren’t very good. But it’s a hotel breakfast for ya.

Everything was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast included pancakes, bagels, toast, danishes, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and cereal. We very much enjoyed this stay and will stay here again. This was our second time staying at this hotel and were very pleased our first visit as well. They have shown consistency. I highly recomend staying here.

We had a good, comfortable 7 night stay. Beds were excellent and clean everyday. The location was convenient for us to spend time with our family. Breakfast was good the first day, but unappealing by day 3. The menu was exactly the same every morning.
