Front desk help was great. Pool closed too early and should open earlier. Room was nice, found 2 earwigs sorta gross. Ac was not powerful enough and room stayed at 78 degrees. Asked and was told AC is too small for room size. Front desk brough box fan which helped a bit but wss very hot.

The property is nice. They have a great small indoor pool. A bar in the lobby. And an outdoor seating area with a firepit. There is a small gym. The staff is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. We wil stay here again.

I didn’t like the fact that you got paid for parking but a barcode scanner and it really don’t work and you charge every day $20 for late parking. Should be able to pay at the front desk.

Perfect for events at MetLife! We drove from Canada for a Copa game - hotel was easy to get to, rooms and bathroom were modern and very spacious, there is a pool and gym, and they have a convenient shuttle service (for a fee) to the stadium. Unfortunately the area around MetLife stadium is poorly planned - the stadium is connected to American Dream mall, but other than that, the complex is surrounded by freeways - it is impossible to walk anywhere at all from the stadium or any of the surrounding hotels. There is literally nothing - no restaurants or grocery stores around to walk to ( but we had some of the best local pizza ever delivered to our room). The other options for our trip would have been to stay further away in an area with more to do, and either drive or take the train, both of which would have been a nightmare late at night after the event. With the shuttle we were safely back in our room 20 minutes after the game ended. This was by far the best option for a trip centred around a MetLife event.

This hotel hires an external parking vendor to manage their parking. There’s an app and they don’t tell you how much you’re going to be charged, they just ask you to blindly put a credit card in. If you don’t do that, they put a ticket on your vehicle letting you know you violated their parking terms. They also never mention this at check-in, it’s just a small sign on the desk. Makes me never want to choose a Marriott property again. The rooms were also not the cleanest, mold around the nightstand. Floors have not been washed in a long time. Stains on couches and headboards. Too many other options in the area, choose somewhere better.

Overall nice stay. Room was clean, spacious and tidy. Only hiccup I had that would keep me from coming back is the parking. It’s a huge inconvenience to pay for parking at a hotel no matter how much the cost. If the hotel expects you to pay for parking they should just include it in the fee. To make thing worst I paid the parking and still received a parking noticed hat the front desk staff were unable to address. Instead they gave me an email address to send my concern. Meanwhile I had a restless night worrying if I would wake up and my vehicle would be ok. The parking really hurt my experience.

Our room was filthy and certainly unsanitary. Seems like nothing was actually cleaned prior to our arrival, they barely made the bed. The floors desperately needed to be mopped but weren't even swept. There was loose dirt, crumbs and trash out in the open areas of the room. The side table, tv stand and couch all had smeared food and crumbs on it. My wife was able to wipe it off easily with a wipe we had, which should've been done prior to our arrival. The shower was disgusting. The AC sounded like an airplane jet and kept waking us up in the middle of the night and causing the whole room to vibrate, i wish i was exaggerating. The breakfast was disgusting. I went with my wife and kids and i just hope none of us get sick honestly. Couldn't relax and let the kids be kids in fear of contracting something the whole time. We ordered more towels immediately after arriving since there was only one large towel and 2 small towels in the room, the guy at the front desk promised he'd send some up. That never happened. I was just so done.. i don't reccomend this place at all and I'll never return. I have heard good things about marriot so i was truly disappointed. So many complaints but ill leave it at that. Good luck

The room was filthy. I have photos of areas that haven’t been cleaned in I can’t say how long. This is the the headboard of the bed and next to the bed under the window. The AC needed a “trick” to make it work so it was cooler than 78* in the room. We found this out by going to the front desk when we were sweating. Apparently it’s a known issue. This trick was to move the full size bench and needless to say, there is no place to move this bench without walking into it. We had to pay for parking which is not disclosed beforehand. Plus the parking is just in a lot. If I’m paying $10 I’d expect a garage. Unacceptable

The overall experience is okay. The bedding is comfortable. Parking is not expensive at all. 30 mins to SoHo Manhattan. However the cleanliness should be improved. Floor is sticky with some dark marks. There is a piece of napkin on the floor. There is hair on the counter and desk.

We were too tired to complain at the reception but the air conditioner is too warm, even we set it up to 64, is feels like 69ish I slept without a blanket and to Think outside is raining and its not warm , the air conditioner is also too noisy . It could be in just our room but i just wanted to sleep and get done for the night

The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice but the shower did not have any hot water so we were not able to use it. Not that this can necessarily be controlled but very loud children in the hallways late at night and early morning.

This hotel good, except for the fact that that the AC turns off by itself if there's no movement in the room. When checking in, the room was hot (78 degrees.) After adjusting the thermostat, the room cooled down, but turned off again after myself and the kids took a nap (no motion,) so it got hot again. Throughout the day, there must be movement in the room for the ac to stay working, as stated by the hotel clerk employee. If you're planning on spending the day out, be prepared to come back to the room being 81 degrees. While the ac will kick in, it'll take close to an hour to reach a comfortable temperature of 75 degrees. Besides that, the breakfast was good (turkey sausage, waffles, pancakes, egss, muffins, oatmeals, apples.) The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Large room, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The drawbacks - the soundproofing is minimal. I could hear everything in the hall and the surrounding rooms, and with multiple school groups staying at the same time as I was - it was pretty noisy and also chaotic in the lobby at breakfast time.

Arrived at room and it was hot inside, with thermostat at 77 degrees. Room took forever to cool off. Went to bed hot and it wasn't until the morning that the room finally cooled off enough to be comfortable. Hospitality is second to saving electricity apparently. Secondly, the reading lights at both queen beds did not work. What's the point of having nice accommodations if all the things do not work?

Modern designed rooms but not really accommodating. Barn door for bathroom opposite the beds. This was off putting for me, the TV should have been there, and the bathroom on the side where it is more private. The way it is played out is disturbing for your partner when using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

A great option near the MetLife Stadium, easy parking, very clean and a shuttle that will get you to and from the stadium. Shakira at the front desk made sure we remembered her with her hospitality and jokes. She made sure we were well taken care of. Do not expect any walkability - drive, uber, taxi or shuttle to get around and we used DoorDash to get food.

Let’s start with the positive shall we… we booked 2 rooms for 6 people, including 2 toddlers 3 & 5. We took a red eye from LAX to EWR so the babies will sleep through the flight. When we arrived at the hotel it was about 9am and they let us check right in! The room size are large, extremely comfortable. We were all so tired so it started off very promising. Well we walked into our room and it had been untouched by housekeeping from the previous guest. We were immediately switched to a different room. Perfect. There was a notice under the door that said water off from 9a- 1pm the following day (Friday). No problem.Well Saturday and Sunday we had no hot water…. Still waiting for the person that was sent to come “take a look” to arrive. We also requested towels because although there was 4 of us in the room, listed on the reservation we continued to receive 2 face cloths and 3 towels. THEY REFUSED MY HUSBAND TOWELS because I requested housekeeping for the NEXT DAY. So we shared towels with the toddlers(ew). So beside the no hot water when it’s 20 degrees outside and the lack of towels and very low sense of urgency, the stay was pleasant.

Service was very poor, our room was poorly clean, beds weren’t spread properly, the floor wasn't swept, nor did they dispose of the trash while we were out when booking it was one rate, and after trying to check out it was another rate, then they overcharged my credit and didn't mention to me when brought it to their attention, they added it was a refundable deposit and still haven't received my refund. Very disappointed in the service.

Hotel was very clean. Day/Night shift front desk was very polite and helpful with information and request. Wish I knew their names to give them praise. Housekeeping and maintenance also get a A+. The breakfast staff was very attentive,polite,& professional despite the overwhelming amount of guest. My only recommendation is the breakfast selection. The hot buffet was the same for the multiple days of my stay. King suites smaller than expected, I’ve stayed in closets in Manhattan so space was still sufficient for my wife and I. Bed super comfy with melt into your dream pillows. If I had a gripe it would be about paying for parking when property has parking lot surrounding the building. As a frequent traveler just seems like money grab. With that said I super recommend this location and will be back to stay when I’m in area.

This is thd furst hotel in US that I have to pay for parking. The breakfast was not up to date. The bread and english muffin were bot fresh. They were all hard. No provisions to make your own waffle or pancakes. They only have eggs and pork susage. My family and I didn't enjoyed the breakfast because the eggs was also salty. The towels on the bathroom are very thin. Overall, I will give it 6/10. They rrally need to improve their services.

Nice room but poor facilities: Very nice 400 sqft room with newly decoration. This is the only time I saw a hard wood floor in a hotel, it is hard to beat that. However the facilities are disappointing: 1. swimming pool too small too cold; 2. the worst hotel breakfast i've ever had. I'm leaving reviews in the hope for the hotel to improve. Apparently the 2 things I'm complaining are definitely improvable.
